We highly recommend this hotel. They provide a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The distance is only about 10 minutes from the airport. Since we were transiting in Fuzhou, we intentionally chose a hotel that was close to the airport. The hotel is clean and modern, and one of the main highlights is their receptionists, they are truly friendly and caring. The hotel is also not far from the market; it only took me about 7 minutes to get there. Within a 15-minute walk, I was even able to find a halal restaurant. I highly recommend Lanou Hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit Fuzhou again, I would definitely stay here again.

Questo Shangri-La è molto Shangri-La, e per prima cosa, la posizione è ottima, proprio nel centro di Fuzhou, comodo per raggiungere qualsiasi posto. Non è lontano dalle Tre Vie e Sette Corsie, raggiungibile a piedi. Per vedere la cerimonia dell'alzabandiera quotidiana a Fuzhou, ho prenotato appositamente una camera che affacciava sulla piazza. Ho potuto assistere alla cerimonia dalla mia stanza e, subito dopo, concedermi un altro po' di sonno. Non c'è che dire, è un hotel a cinque stelle internazionale di lunga data, e il servizio è davvero eccezionale. Di solito, il check-in negli hotel è alle due, ma qui si può fare già a mezzogiorno, e c'è anche un maggiordomo a disposizione, il che è comodissimo. Appena entrati in hotel, si viene continuamente 'coccolati' con snack e frutta fresca, davvero un tocco premuroso. Anche la colazione è buona, con una vasta scelta di piatti cinesi e occidentali, tutti deliziosi. Un piccolo cartello di avviso mostra la professionalità dell'hotel per il servizio e l'attenzione ai dettagli. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è la palestra dell'hotel, è addirittura un negozio 24/7FITNESS, con attrezzature professionali che mi hanno reso felicissimo, essendo un appassionato di fitness. È la migliore palestra che abbia mai trovato in un hotel, senza eguali. La prossima volta che verrò a Fuzhou, soggiornerò di nuovo qui.

The location of the hotel is great. Just outside, to the east side of the old town (古城), with a few minutes' walk. Near a bus stop too, where we can get to most places pretty conveniently or a good pick up spot for taxi. Our room is pretty spacious and well-lit. Big bed. The column where the TV hangs on it's kind of a weird design but ok. They provide a sufficient amount of supplies for the bathroom. Hair dryer is like dyson. I was pretty shocked by that. Definitely a plus. Most of the room is pretty spotless, except the floor can be swept more clean. We found some plastic pieces and a few hairs stuck on the floor, but it's tolerable. We just dealt with it ourselves. Front desk staff are patient and friendly. I think it's worth the money to get their breakfast. It's made fresh every day and has pretty good healthy selections. Self-help laundry machines on 5th floor. We are satisfied with this stay!

La stazione MRT più vicina, Zhenghai Lu, si trova a circa 7 minuti a piedi attraversando il centro commerciale. I servizi dell'hotel sono molto completi. Ho utilizzato la lavanderia e il vaporetto gratuiti quasi ogni giorno. Sono forniti anche detersivo per il bucato. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile sotto molti aspetti. Una menzione speciale a 小钟 e 小纪 che mi hanno aiutato con la prenotazione dei biglietti dell'Alta Velocità, un processo difficile se prenotato tramite l'app 12306, che richiede un numero di telefono locale, che non avevo. Prenoterò di nuovo questo hotel? Assolutamente sì.

Great hotel nestled in a quiet corner of San fang qi Xiang. You can’t ask for a better location as it is in the heart of the historic cluster of courtyards and alleys that is the main attraction in Fuzhou. It’s peaceful at night and walking distance to the train station. The decor inside is classy with restrained Chinese influences and elegant touches. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside is we didn’t get a welcome gift like the booking mentioned but that is a small issue.

Ho già saputo da un soggiorno precedente che la ricezione non conoscerà l'inglese per la navetta aeroportuale, quindi ho avuto il servizio clienti aeroportuale per parlare con loro utilizzando questa app. La ricezione mi ha dato un conto WeChat, quindi è stato più facile coordinare il pick-up aeroportuale. Per il trasferimento all'aeroporto, ci sono state molte persone che aspettavano circa le 5:00, quindi si raccomanda di dare abbastanza spazio in termini di tempo, dato che la navetta è ogni 20 minuti, ma la gita è solo circa 5 minuti. La nostra ospite Polly ha prolungato il nostro soggiorno per un'altra notte, quindi siamo rimasti per tre notti. Quando visiti Fuzhou, puoi dare la priorità a Sandi Hilton.

Excellent location - inside Ancient Town with many eating shops. Need to walk about 200m to the hotel because taxi not allowed in the AncientTown. Room & bathroom clean and tidy. Many thanks to hardworking lady cleaners. Staff helpful & friendly. No lift, they carry your luggage to your room and also when you checkout.

Writing this 5 stars review to the concierge 小康， he is the only person who are friendly and helpful during my stay. I was first given a room with bad smoking smell although I asked for the non-smoking room. He instantly went down to change another room for me. And for the following 2 days, he was extremely helpful and polite to help me with my enquiries. The service from the front desk staffs were so unkind. I asked for the direction to the city, their responses were so unprofessional and rude. Not even look at me by saying: ”这个我不是很清楚，你自己查一下”. All of them had no greeting to the guests at all. Unprofessional! As for the room service: the picture updated was their standard on how to keeping the towel after cleaning Will not return to this hotel any more. However, writing this to thank Xiao Kang for his service.
