Cina: hotel con internet nella provincia di Fujian

We, a group of 15 people, stayed here for a night upon landing in Changle airport late in the evening. We had arranged for an airport pick up a day earlier via Wechat. And continue to communicate via Wechat upon landing. The instructions were very clear. We were picked up promptly. Upon arriving at the hotel, all our room keys were ready for collection. We were able to retire to our rooms quickly. Impressively efficient. Thanks to the three receptionists on duty for the impressive service. I liked the layout of the room. It was equipped with a smart voice activation system to control the curtains, air-conditioning, lighting, TV etc. The room was spotless. Looked brand new. No cigarette smell. The bed was super comfortable. I fell asleep immediately. The breakfast variety was sufficient and tasty. Thank you Yue Yue and her colleagues (housekeeping, breakfast lady and receptionists) for making our stay so very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Hilton è uno dei miei preferiti, non mi lasci mai scendere, mi piace tutto, pulito, bello, gentile... molto nuovo, fortemente raccomandato questo!

The hotel is perfectly located in the food street. If you walk out the door and into food street, turn left on the opposite side of the road and walk about 100 meters you will come to an excellent ginger duck Claypot restaurant run by a young family (it's the second one you will come to). You'll know you're in the right place because the owner is moving non stop to fill orders. The hotel itself was very comfortable. Very comfortable bed. The window faces an indoor corridor, but it still looks cute. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The room ayi was very sweet. The kitchen staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was simple and could do with an omelet station. Apart from that, I was very happy with my choice to stay here.

L'hotel è ben posizionato. Alle sue spalle si trova la zona pedonale di Zhongshan Road. A un minuto a piedi si trova un enorme centro commerciale. La stazione MRT più vicina, Zhenghai Lu, si trova a circa 7 minuti a piedi attraversando il centro commerciale. I servizi dell'hotel sono molto completi. Ho utilizzato la lavanderia e il vaporetto gratuiti quasi ogni giorno. Sono forniti anche detersivo per il bucato. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile sotto molti aspetti. Una menzione speciale a 小钟 e 小纪 che mi hanno aiutato con la prenotazione dei biglietti dell'Alta Velocità, un processo difficile se prenotato tramite l'app 12306, che richiede un numero di telefono locale, che non avevo. Prenoterò di nuovo questo hotel? Assolutamente sì.

Front desk was very inefficient and quite disappointing, but the Floor Manager and the very helpful bellboy made up for it. Seems like front desk was totally untrained and took almost up to 1 hr just to process the check in itself and the group of us booked five rooms and only three rooms were ready by 3pm and the other rooms were only ready near 5pm, which is another 1.5-2 hours. We understand that China government required every occupants passport and visa entry to be photocopied but it is quite absurd to take such a long time for check in processing. Moreeover , we extended another night and communicated twice with front desk and have placed extra deposit requested ,and was requested to come to front desk the next day to swipe the card again. However , when some of us came down to front desk to swipe the room cards on next day , they were asked to place additional deposit again which resulting for total of RMB5000 for first night , additional RMB4500 for second night plus additional RMB2000 asked by reception again for rooms deposit , which was quite ridiculous. The rooms was also quite old and the only things drawing us to book the hotel was only it's central location which makes it convenient to travel to almost all the attractions on Line 1 via metro , and very short taxi distance to everywhere. There is also no kids club or any kids area , and the pool was closed during our stay. Kids amenities were provided in the room. Quite disappointing in terms of overall experience.

L'ho trovato piuttosto carino per il prezzo. C'erano persino le pantofole! Il mio unico problema è stato usufruire del trasferimento gratuito dall'aeroporto all'hotel. La reception non parlava inglese, quindi ho dovuto cercare un membro del personale dell'aeroporto che lo parlasse per chiedere all'hotel come essere prelevato.

È stato davvero eccellente! Non solo ci hanno offerto un upgrade spontaneo, ma ci hanno anche permesso un late check-out! Il servizio della reception è stato semplicemente strepitoso! Ci hanno persino fornito una guida con consigli su dove mangiare e cosa fare, che si è rivelata preziosissima. Seguendo i loro suggerimenti, abbiamo provato i noodles Satay... e devo dire che il sapore era talmente buono che ci siamo tornati per ben tre giorni di fila, eravamo completamente dipendenti, ahahah! La camera era impeccabile e ordinata. Il materasso era fenomenale, così confortevole, né troppo morbido né troppo duro, che non volevamo più alzarci! La posizione è poi eccellente, vicinissima a tutte le attrazioni principali. Per gli spostamenti, prendevamo quasi sempre il taxi; una corsa costava circa 10 yuan, praticamente la tariffa base! Un risparmio pazzesco! Xiamen è davvero una città romantica! Torneremo sicuramente! Questo B&B, una vera gemma, sarà il nostro punto di riferimento e, una volta a casa, lo consiglierò vivamente a tutti i miei amici e compagni. Anche i miei compagni di viaggio ne sono rimasti entusiasti! Tutti erano estremamente soddisfatti! Voto: 100 e lode!

Upon arriving at the Xiyue Minnan Courtyard Hotel, I was greeted with great hospitality. As I was unfamiliar with the surroundings just after getting off the car, my Driver called the Hotel for assistance. The Hotel is located inside a PEDESTRIAN ZONE. Shortly after the call, Siao Dong came to my drop-off point to help me with my luggage and assisted me to check in. She also carried my Baggage to My Room 2303 at Level 3 as there is no Lift Facility here. I thanked here very much as I would have problems carrying my Baggage as I am over 77 years of age. This Ancient City is truly a wonderful place, and the hotel environment is quite pleasant as well. There are lots of variety of local food and snacks. The Hotel also assisted to book a Group Tour to visit Nanjing Toulou and a Private to Fujian Toulou. Also arranged for my private transport by Car to my Hotel in Xiamen.

地理位置優越，地處東湖北岸——北岸公園旁。酒店為園林式風格，環境好，酒店房間視野開闊，尤其湖景房，可俯瞰湖、可遠看塔山、鳳凰山，也可遠眺東海… 雖然在過程中存在一些不足，但是酒店賓客體驗經理vicky的真誠態度、職業素養以及專業服務，還是打消了最初的主觀判斷。酒店的服務初心、服務初衷、服務努力，還是值得肯定的，從vicky的應急處理過程——還原真相、直麪問題…可以感受到。希望下次，有機會再來體驗，那稍許不足改進之後的場景…

Stanza di transito eccellente vicino all'aeroporto di Fuzhou Changle! L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e offre una bella vista sul mare. Il proprietario offre un pick-up/drop-off gratuito all'aeroporto e è stato molto amichevole – ci ha persino lasciato alla metropolitana Wanshou quando disponibile (chieda in anticipo). Situato a soli 5-minute passeggiata da una spiaggia, con pochi piccoli ristoranti e un mini-mart vicino, perfetto per colazione. Molto conveniente per un fermo di notte all'aeroporto.”
