The hotel is perfectly located in the food street. If you walk out the door and into food street, turn left on the opposite side of the road and walk about 100 meters you will come to an excellent ginger duck Claypot restaurant run by a young family (it's the second one you will come to). You'll know you're in the right place because the owner is moving non stop to fill orders. The hotel itself was very comfortable. Very comfortable bed. The window faces an indoor corridor, but it still looks cute. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The room ayi was very sweet. The kitchen staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was simple and could do with an omelet station. Apart from that, I was very happy with my choice to stay here.

Sono molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno a Lanou. Non solo la camera è confortevole e tranquilla per soggiornare, ma anche il servizio fornito da Mu Zi al desk front è particolarmente caldo e considerato. Such a great transit hotel. Arrived Xiamen at 10pm and and before that we already contact the hotel through wechat for a pickup service. They pickup us by van which is so convenience since we had 4 big luggages with us. And our flight next morning was easy as well. You can refer their airport transfer schedule & wait at lobby. Def coming back if I need to transit at Xiamen in the future.

Un risparmio pazzesco! Xiamen è davvero una città romantica! Torneremo sicuramente! Questo B&B, una vera gemma, sarà il nostro punto di riferimento e, una volta a casa, lo consiglierò vivamente a tutti i miei amici e compagni. Anche i miei compagni di viaggio ne sono rimasti entusiasti! Tutti erano estremamente soddisfatti! Voto: 100 e lode!

Il ristorante è proprio di fronte al Civil Aviation Yunxiang Express. Parte ogni mezz'ora per l'aeroporto e costa 31 yuan. Sotto l'hotel c'è una stazione degli autobus. È molto comodo raggiungere varie attrazioni lato sinistro della strada quando esci. C'è una mensa n. 㐅 accanto, non ricordo quale sia, i materiali sono freschi, l'ambiente all'interno del ristorante è igienico e il prezzo non è alto Abbiamo viaggiato in modo indipendente e abbiamo scelto l'hotel giusto L'hotel offre anche tè bianco, wolfberry, datteri rossi e crisantemo.

Il personale è utile .. gentile e bello Non siamo riusciti a ottenere un taxi all'aeroporto, anche se non era lontano.Infine, il personale ci aiuta a ottenere un'auto che dobbiamo pagare 20 RMB in contanti all'aeroporto chiamando qualcuno. Hotel circondato da così tanti locali ristoranti n mercato..

L'ambiente sanitario dell'hotel è buono, c'è qualche problema, la signorina Reception ci aiuterà a trattare in tempo utile, l'atteggiamento di servizio è anche molto buono. Questa parte è anche molto vicina alla città antica, molto buona esperienza di soggiorno. L'hotel impresionato sulla piattaforma è appena stato consegnato al negozio Walmart, Il viaggio non sarà molto lontano. Il negozio di biancheria e il cibo sono anche molto convenienti. L'hotel è in zona piccola. Quando esce, c'è una fila di biciclette condivise che puoi andare a fare il bagno. Ovunque sia molto conveniente. Bella e comoda casalinga, ha dormito bene. Era molto pulita, la doccia è enorme. Il personale era amichevole e utile. Ci sono lavanderia a servizio personale che viene anche con una macchina da asciugare.

Front desk was very inefficient and quite disappointing, but the Floor Manager and the very helpful bellboy made up for it. Seems like front desk was totally untrained and took almost up to 1 hr just to process the check in itself and the group of us booked five rooms and only three rooms were ready by 3pm and the other rooms were only ready near 5pm, which is another 1.5-2 hours. We understand that China government required every occupants passport and visa entry to be photocopied but it is quite absurd to take such a long time for check in processing. Moreeover , we extended another night and communicated twice with front desk and have placed extra deposit requested ,and was requested to come to front desk the next day to swipe the card again. However , when some of us came down to front desk to swipe the room cards on next day , they were asked to place additional deposit again which resulting for total of RMB5000 for first night , additional RMB4500 for second night plus additional RMB2000 asked by reception again for rooms deposit , which was quite ridiculous. The rooms was also quite old and the only things drawing us to book the hotel was only it's central location which makes it convenient to travel to almost all the attractions on Line 1 via metro , and very short taxi distance to everywhere. There is also no kids club or any kids area , and the pool was closed during our stay. Kids amenities were provided in the room. Quite disappointing in terms of overall experience.
