India: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Haryana

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disturbing and amounts to harassment by the hotel staff, ***** with gross mismanagement and lack of basic humanity. We were explicitly allowed to enter and stay in the room, including having guests. Once permission was granted, there was no justification for the staff to continuously interrupt us throughout the night via repeated phone calls and visits to the room. This constant disturbance, despite having allowed us to stay, felt like deliberate harassment. Further, the housekeeping staff initially confirmed that pets were allowed, based on which we proceeded. Later, the front desk team contradicted this information, stating that pets were not allowed. This internal miscommunication is entirely the hotel’s responsibility, yet the consequences were unfairly imposed on us. During the night, my mother was asked to stand outside the hotel at around 12:30 AM, in the cold and darkness, for nearly 30 minutes, and was repeatedly told to move aside instead of being assisted. This was both unsafe and inhumane. The front desk staff, Alisha and Pankaj, were rude, repeatedly poked and provoked the situation, and invaded our privacy by attempting to enter the room under the pretext of noise complaints. Ironically, they themselves escalated the matter by calling multiple staff members into the lobby and creating a scene. Ultimately, we were forced out of the hotel at 3:30 AM, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. Asking guests to leave hotel premises in the middle of the night due to the hotel’s own policy confusion cannot be justified on any humanitarian or professional grounds. Hotels are not just about rulebooks—they are about hospitality, safety, and empathy. This incident reflects a serious failure on all three fronts. We strongly urge the management to investigate this matter and take appropriate action, so that no guest is subjected to such harassment, humiliation, or risk in the future.

Whoever trying to book this hotel through trip.com has to be careful of potential payment issues throughout your stay. When I was checking in at the reception, I was told that the hotel haven’t receive any payment from trip.com’s partner. Hence, they have to ‘charged’ a pre-authorised sale (which wasn’t refunded to me yet, I’m still waiting) because I don’t want to waste time waiting for travel agencies and hotel to deal with this. (I have fully paid my stay to trip.com). I have contacted trip.com several times on this issue and all updates I have received was that payment was successfully made but even after checking out, the hotel reception keep telling me and calling my WhatsApp that no payment have been received yet. I’m annoyed throughout my stay and even after my stay. Other than that, In terms of my stay experience, overall it is still okay. The hotel decorated one of my room for my grandmother’s birthday which is great and the room is spacious enough. However, the room is a bit old and definitely would help with some refurbishment especially the washroom. I also see stain which suggests cleanliness needs improvement. The hotel breakfast buffet was great with many options (but not suitable for meat lovers) and restaurant staff was helpful. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the experience was just ok. Also, I wouldn’t recommend this place for tourist who intend to visit Delhi’s attractions as there is a distance.

Very disappointing experience. When we arrived no wifi in hotel and being far away from family during these turbulent times not ideal. Then when we went to the room to unwind the TV was not functional and they stated the situation would not be solved that evening. After a long flight we figured at least we could take a nice hot shower and to our dismay no hot water. Not a good start to our experience. Following morning still no wifi thik late evening. Figured a swim might be worthwhile in the late afternoon and were told pool was under maintenance for a few days but we were not notified of this even at check in time. We usually book hotels on vacation or even for business getaways with down time in mind and this felt more stressful than relaxing. Staff overall was friendly at breakfast and at the desk but was disappointed with how management handled it. No offer of apologies or complimentary anything despite the challenges. Heard lemon tree was supposed to be a good brand but won't be booking again. Oddly we got water the other evenings only after informing them we needed hot water. They would tell us that they will inform the engineers to turn it on. And another thing I found odd which I have not experienced is that you can only connect max 2 devices to wifi but both my husband and I have devices that we need connected eg lap top, cell phone and tablets. Difficult to pick only 2 per room.

Due to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent. I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

Sono molto felice di stare al Grand Hyatt. Lo faccio ogni anno. Era il mio compleanno e Celine (non sapevo la corretta ortografia, forse Selene) era così gentile a organizzare la torta per noi. Divyaansh a Checkin era così cortese e professionale, che ci aiutava a portare le valigie in camera. Il suo manager era anche grande, e ci ricordava di stare l'anno scorso. Al checkout, Alisha era molto utile e gentile, così era il suo manager (non si chiamava), ci hanno camminato fino alla porta. Amit ha anche fatto un grande servizio aiutandoci con i bagagli, e Vinay alla porta anteriore era così gentile e utile con i bagagli. La posizione è anche ok. 35 minuti all'aeroporto se non c'è traffico, mezzo ora di guida a DLF Cyberhub per una grande cena. Oh e in inverno serviranno delizioso cioccolato caldo come bevanda di benvenuto. Il loro colazione era anche fantastico. Ho bisogno di provare i piaceri locali di solito non ho tempo per provare come la Bun Maska. 10/10 consiglia Grand Hyatt!

Non lontano dall'aeroporto, il personale dell'hotel è amico. La colazione è ben preparata e la camera è soddisfacente. C'è una piccola zona commerciale intorno all'hotel, quindi si può godere di cibo locale.. Se si visita di nuovo, si rimarrà in questo hotel.

Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

Il posto è stato un po' più lontano dal centro, ma è vicino alla mia posizione commerciale. La cena era assolutamente fantastica con una buona selezione, i servizi sono molto buoni anche. Il bar al tetto era anche molto bello e i prezzi sono ragionevoli.

今回はグルガオンに用事があって、翌日にデリー・インディラガンジー空港から帰国するので、ロケーションからこのホテルを選びました。 思っていたよりも小さなホテルで、ガーデンなどもなくて朝の散歩などは出来ませんでしたが、清潔で快適に滞在できました。 レセプションのコンピュータが不調だったようで、チェックインとチェックアウトの両方ともが、とても長い時間が掛かりました。それ以外はサービスも良くスタッフも感じの良い対応をしてくださいました。ありがとうございました。
