Very disappointing experience. When we arrived no wifi in hotel and being far away from family during these turbulent times not ideal. Then when we went to the room to unwind the TV was not functional and they stated the situation would not be solved that evening. After a long flight we figured at least we could take a nice hot shower and to our dismay no hot water. Not a good start to our experience. Following morning still no wifi thik late evening. Figured a swim might be worthwhile in the late afternoon and were told pool was under maintenance for a few days but we were not notified of this even at check in time. We usually book hotels on vacation or even for business getaways with down time in mind and this felt more stressful than relaxing. Staff overall was friendly at breakfast and at the desk but was disappointed with how management handled it. No offer of apologies or complimentary anything despite the challenges. Heard lemon tree was supposed to be a good brand but won't be booking again. Oddly we got water the other evenings only after informing them we needed hot water. They would tell us that they will inform the engineers to turn it on. And another thing I found odd which I have not experienced is that you can only connect max 2 devices to wifi but both my husband and I have devices that we need connected eg lap top, cell phone and tablets. Difficult to pick only 2 per room.

The property is nice, & the rooms & service is good. Ambience of Qube restaurant needs some upgradation according to Marriot standards. Every staff member was kind, cooperative, and truly professional. I have been to many hotels and i must say the buffet dinner & breakfast at Qube had a huge variety, the taste & quality was flawless.👍
Rooms are clean but a little worn. Bed was firm but ok. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling and a little bit dirty from water / humidity from the shower. Water was quite hot and good pressure in shower.
Breakfast was good and reasonable amount of choice but not really a
any regular salad options. Table service was great and worth the stay alone ! Tv was not setup properly and I could not choose a working CNN channel to catch up on news. Location was a bit awkward to get to, taxi driver had a make a few u turns in rush hour traffic adding abt 30 mins to our already long journey. (LKO to Gurgaon).
Still a good standard of service, which is why we chose a Hyatt. (Couple traveling from USA).

MMatjaž CaterBuona posizione, terribile igiene e pulizia, scarso servizio.Nella mia camera le luci nel bagno erano progettate per essere sempre rotte - il ricevitore ha detto che è richiesto dalla legge. È una grande bugia grassa, ma va bene. Il problema principale è stato la pulizia e la mancanza di igiene, oltre a che non potevo dormire bene quando la luce si accendeva nel bagno.

Vorrei ricordare che Prerna e Biju erano eccellenti, sono davvero utili e hanno fatto del loro meglio per rendere il nostro soggiorno comodo. Neel dal ristorante era anche molto buono.

NNamanKala51Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended
UUtente ospiteWe were 2 couples travelling together and we had an excellent stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly greeted by Sanjeev Suri (Airport Supervisor) in the airport itself, while waiting for our luggage! Our welcome and transfer to the hotel was super comfortable in spite of having to walk a long way to get to the transfer vehicles. This was due to the airport having to handle G20 meeting participants.
Excellent service was provided to us always at the club lounge by Rohit Singh Bisht (Butler) and your other staff.
At breakfast, your Sous Chef Regan Barua Chowdhury went the extra mile to prepare vegan pastries and other delicacies for our vegan sister. Server Dhaiaya was at her best in looking after our every need.
