One of the best hotel in Bandar Lampung. They start operating in May. Since the hotel just open, so the interior, facilities and the equipment still new. This hotel provides good views especially at night. but there still needs to be improvements such as access to the swimming pool. guests need to exit through the hotel lobby and through the outdoor walkway. so that when it rains or hot day you can't go to the swimming pool. And, the management can add a children's play area or activities to make it a kids-friendly hotel. But overall i love Holiday Inn. I have stayed in Macao, Jakarta and Lampung. They’re all the same..

Overall I had a good stay at the hotel. Location is excellent and it has coffee oey out front to hang out also indomaret and alfamart just accross the street is really convenient. A/C and the water was excellent as well. However, the bed has some kind of beach sands when I stay, so I have to remake the bed and get rid of those sands. Also, one thing that need improvement is you should put ”quiet” sign or something like that since many kids was running along the hall and make terrible noise. If this can be improved you have awesome hotel when guest can stay comfortably.

I booked a Superior Double room via WhizMate app. Upon check in, receptionist gave me a non smoking - Superior Twin room. Its okay for non smoking room, but i'm a little bit annoyed with the Twin room, as i wish i could get spacious bed. I don't underestimate Whiz's reservation system. I think it was an intentional by the receptionist, not an unintentional mistake. Also i get wrong acces card, as the access card programmed to level 10, while i'm staying at level 15.

La vista della stanza è ok, la pulizia è ok, è solo un po' lontano dalla folla della città, la piscina è abbastanza pulita, il colazione è molto variabile a questo prezzo e la vista del ristorante è grande, il bagno è pulito cm non puzza bene, in generale è ortodosso per coloro che vogliono soggiornare 👌

New hotel in Lampung, the room is good and the staff service is very friendly starting from cintya, riska and rivaldi at the front office to Mr. ahmad leader FNB very kind, waitress andre very helpful person, serving me and other guests wholeheartedly, this hotel is very good suitable for business trips and family vacations, the food is delicious very varied especially the traditional pastry is delicious all. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Good job guys 🙏

Trovo tutto sorprendente e anche trovare un'alta cura e persone professionali che si prendono cura della mia stanza come il signor Choirul ha lavorato molto bene e quando abbiamo bisogno di lui lo troviamo.Io consiglio a tutti coloro che visitano lampeggiatura bandera per avere molto piacevole e il bellissimo tempo in Swiss-belhotel lampung dove si può trovare le cose buone e professionali.

Bene per l'alloggio durante il soggiorno a Lampung.. 30 minuti di auto all'aeroporto e questo hotel collegato al centro commerciale che ha ristoranti e caffè ... buon servizio e pulito.. facile check-in e check-out.. La dimensione della camera è anche ok ... non è piccola e l'aria condizionata è anche fredda.. Canali TV non molto scelte.. Gli articoli per colazione sono standard hotel 4 stelle..

Tried out the spa & massage facility as apparently this is the only 4 star hotel in the city that offers the spa service to non staying guests and caters to female market, not sure about Sheraton (tried to reach out but to no avail). To sum up, it was the worst massage experience I have ever experienced by far. No one was attending at the reception desk when we arrived, we had to go inside and call for the staffs while they were chit chatting at the back. The whole treatment was tormenting rather than relaxing, the spa therapist clearly had not been receiving proper training beforehand. Uniform is way too revealing, you can tell that the therapist was not feeling comfortable wearing it. She kept adjusting her clothes in between the treatment. At the end of the treatment, we were told that card payment is not accepted and we had to pay either by cash or bank transfer to their personal account🤔 We asked for the billing and they could only give us the yellow copy instead of white. Understand that it is managed by third party, but if it is a facility inside the hotel I suppose the hotel management should pay attention to it as it will eventually affect the image of the hotel.

This was my first time stay in Grand Elty Krakatoa Lampung. Great Hotel with a great service and suitable for couples or family. The room was good and clean, the breakfast was nice, also all the staff was very generous. And most especially thanks to Mr Husein who help me and my family a lot during our stay and make our stay more enjoyable and beyond expectations. We are sooo happy and will make sure to comeback again in the future! Keep up the good work🤗

Anche senza entrare nella lista, il servizio alberghiero è molto cordiale e molto buono, ma il nostro SDH può entrare in albergo mostrando solo la prova di prenotazione e pagamento tramite app. Mantappp rende omaggio al servizio al Sahid Hotel di Bandar Lampung
