Regno Unito: hotel con piscina nella provincia di West Sussex

Ho trascorso un soggiorno incantevole in hotel, ci sono stato la notte prima di un volo da Gatwick. La camera era pulita, i servizi igienici erano fantastici e il letto era comodo con una bella vista sul cortile. Il personale è stato molto disponibile con il parcheggio e l'aiuto con la tessera magnetica, e una bella reception, bar e cortile con personale cordiale e un arredamento gradevole. Di seguito sono riportati piccoli cavilli, ci tornerei: Alcune delle informazioni sui pasti erano fuorvianti: al bar, un signore ha scoperto qual era la zuppa del giorno, poi mi ha detto che il cibo non veniva più servito... e poi 20 minuti dopo ha preso le ordinazioni e ha servito un pasto ad altre persone. Un po' strano. La mattina mi è stato detto che il servizio della colazione sarebbe terminato alle 9:15, quindi non sono entrato alle nove e dieci e ho preso solo un caffè quando sono andato al ristorante della colazione, ma è emerso che le 9:15 erano solo l'ultimo ingresso: due pasti persi! È stato un peccato che quando ho prenotato la spa non fosse stato pubblicizzato che la piscina sarebbe stata fuori servizio. Il WIFI era un po' discontinuo. E la mattina non sono sicuro per chi fosse la musica a tutto volume che veniva suonata nel bar alle 9! Un po' presto per Burn, Baby, Burn a tutto volume! Tuttavia, per il prezzo in particolare, era l'ideale e molto vicino a Gatwick.

A really lovely hotel and country club which is tucked away in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex. The driveway is a wonderful welcome with all the purple rhododendrons in bloom. The decor of the entire hotel was contemporary mixed with tradition - loved it. We had amazing service which made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a family room within the hotel with an amazing view of the golf course (9th tee) - it was perfect; beautiful interior, comfortable bed and pillows, fluffy towels, great balcony, tea/coffee and biscuits and lovely toiletries. It had a lovely country cosy feel to the room and the entirety of the hotel. The service in the restaurant was brilliant and super friendly and the breakfast was superb - the perfect amount of choices. The view from restaurant was brilliant, the first tee! We used the health club in particular the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The changing rooms and showers were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful as was the family cat 😊. The only slight down side was the swimming pool closed at 5:30pm for children. The golf pros in the golf shop were super friendly and made us feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised how lovely this hotel was after booking very last minute, it was very reasonable and we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Highly recommended, thank you very much.

Il personale della ricezione, che ci ha trasferiti in camera con bagno come richiesto, era grande, con macchina da caffè, ma un po' polvere, avrebbe preferito una TV regolare, non Internet, e svegliato con rumore fuori dalla stanza al mattino. Il letto era duro, e due single insieme non è così confortevole. Nessuno di noi ha dormito bene, purtroppo, il parcheggio gratuito era buono. Avrei voluto provare la piscina, il tubo caldo e la palestra, ma solo una notte e correva fuori tempo. Mobile per viaggiare all'aeroporto di Gatwick. Valore per soldi.

Good option price/qualitywise if you need to stay next to Gatwick. Cheap to reach by bus, but with a lot of luggage it had to be a taxi, so mind this expense. The room is quite alright, and nice to have access to the pool of you are travelling with kids. The food at the restaurant is not great, and room service is not included in the price of ordering food there. So if you are planning on eating dinner, ordering from other places in Crawley. Breakfast was ok though, quite standard.

Abbiamo prenotato per tutta la notte, per sorprendere la famiglia che era a Butler per la settimana. La struttura è stata molto attraente, il parcheggio era proprio fuori e tutto era così vicino che non avevamo bisogno della macchina per andare in giro. La vista sul mare dalla stanza è stata spettacolare e la capacità di prenotare la piccola piscina all'hotel è stato un bonus aggiuntivo. Noi ci rimanderemo certamente

We had a great night stay at Baliffscourt, we did however find the spa busy, all the loungers reserved with towels but few people actually on them. We therefore spent the duration using the facilities which are all fab. The staff are helpful, attentive and we really enjoyed the breakfast! Overall a great stay.

La stanza era vicina al perfetto. Molto bellissimo spa, bellissimo terreno, ristoranti di alta qualità, buon servizio. La stanza è diventata un po' troppo calda in un giorno di 30 gradi nonostante il ventilatore elettrico fornito dall'hotel.

E'davvero difficile trovare un hotel all'estero. Questo posto di riunione è vicino. L'hotel è più sicuro. Le strutture di servizio sono complete, pulite e pulite. Altri non devono più considerare

Mi sentivo come una principessa che viveva in questa bella stanza. Tutto quello che mi serviva, personale amichevole, e una bella cucina per ordinare colazione al mattino.
