Germania: hotel con bar nella provincia di Baden-Württemberg

Super clean and convenient (5min walk to Heidelberg Central Station/10 min to flixbus boarding point)! Enjoyed the 3 nights.

i love this hotel! Located right next to the main train station, which is the main reason i chose this hotel as I didn’t want to haul my big suitcases to the old town. We arrived at about 2pm but was told that I could not check in “early” as the rooms are still being cleaned. We took our time to eat our breads at the sofa and approached the counter again at 2.34pm but was told the same thing. Guess the hotel is not so flexible to allow “early” check in 🫠 ok then we stored our baggage’s and went to the old town first. Also the staff could have told us that we could enjoy free transportation in the town if we joined the H Rewards when he told us how to go to the old town by “buying a ticket at ticket machine for tram #5”, only for me to find out when I browsed the internet. That would save us many euros. Other that above points, I love this hotel! Super new super clean, the lobby was pleasant, the room design made super sense (with USB type C provided, rain shower and toilet were great too. Also, was pleasantly surprised with the good window view of the train station (but remember to close the window as it is noisy esp at night). Overall, am pleased with my choice of this hotel.

Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend und super vielseitig und immer reichlich !! Lage wunderbar zum Wandern und wir sind sogar problemlos mit dem Deutschland Ticket angereist, sehr gute Anbindung an öffentlichen Verkehr !! Personal sehr höflich und immer hilfsbereit und super nett.

The hotel is very new and in first rate condition. Next to a ubahn station but a 20 minute walk from centre. For a Hilton the bedrooms are very small with the bathroom and toilet entered right next to the bed. 7 configuration only works for singles. In room servicing ok but each we had to ask for more tea and coffee as this was not refreshed. For asinglebusinessman this hotel is good. Couples should go elsewhere.

Excellent hotel in very convenient location for train, bus and tram. Very friendly staff at Reception. Excellent breakfast with good choices and selection. High level of cleanliness. Absolutely no problems and I can recommend this hotel.

La colazione dell'hotel è ricca. La stanza è molto tranquilla. La funzionalità di vita vicino è conveniente. La dimensione del bagno è buona. Il letto è buono e dorme bene. Ci sono parcheggio, ma è necessario comprare fuori

The location is not so central but the bus stop is located a few steps from the hotel. And for people who love to stretch their legs like we do, you can walk to the center maybe aprroximately 30 minutes. The room was clean and got the basic things that we need. The buffet is enough and decent. In our second day of stay there was a lady who went inside our room without even knocking. She is bringing some fresh towels. Maybe she was mistaken but it is MANDATORY that she knocks before coming inside any room. Btw, we did not order for fresh towels.

Great hotel, great location. Asked for tea bags and was told they have no tea bags minor issue). I told reception that we were checking out at midday. I got back to the room at 10.30 to find our bedroom door wide open with all our possessions inside, my wallet and passport sitting on the side and the cleaner in the bathroom. Not acceptable. Anyone could have taken my wallet and passport or our bags and other personal possession’s. I thought it was strange that they have no “do not disturb” signs in the room. This really put a downer on what would otherwise of been a really nice overnight stay. Also - the booking confirmation stated we had a twin room with 2 small double beds. When we got to the room they were singles touching each other. When I questioned this at reception they said they don’t have small doubles. So I asked why they advertised small doubles and they had no idea.
