La vista è fantastica, che guarda una grande colina con il lago nel centro della colina. Molto consigliato per coloro che vogliono rilassarsi, passare la luna di miele, il personale è amichevole e utile. La colazione ha varietà ogni giorno.

The stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again

الفندق جيد جدا الغرفة تم حجز غرفة بالشرفة المكان بعيد عن الميدان والأسواق ولكن المطعم المقابل على البحر كان ممتاز ولذيذ خدمة الفندق ممتازه وسريعه ولكن يوجد بعض الاشياء مكسوره بالغرفه مثل الستارة جهاز المكيف ولا يوجد مواقف للسيارات كثيره وامنه السيارة التي تم استأجرها تم حكها من شخص اخر

Hotel eccellente con personale amichevole. Letti molto confortevoli con splendido colazione con molte opzioni. Il personale è stato molto accogliente e ha offerto un sacco di bevande complementari e kuymak che è il cibo tradizionale per Trabzon. L'unico problema era la luce di buio nella stanza, ma penso che fosse tranquillo.

I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. L'hotel è fantastico, ma sarebbe perfetto se il prezzo fosse incluso il colazione ... Si può dare un colazione ...

Avevo prenotato questo hotel perché vicino al centro e dotato di spa con sauna. Il reparto spa era in manutenzione da giorni (hanno detto). Molto caro il pasto in camera e la colazione (circa €20), che ho scoperto non inclusa nel soggiorno. Per cui non ho mai mangiato in albergo. Il personale gentile e disponibile a fornire ogni indicazione dovesse necessitare per il soggiorno. L’ubicazione di questo hotel è abbastanza centrale. La camera è silenziosa ed il letto comodo… ho dormito molto bene.
