E'una sorpresa stare in questo hotel!Dal momento in cui entrano nel salone, sentire il servizio entusiasta del personale professionale, risolvere le domande con pazienza e aiutare a trasportare i bagagli. La stanza è pulita e pulita, il letto è morbido e la pelle è piena, l'apparecchiatura intelligente è completa, i dettagli sono anche intimamente preparati per il benvenuto a frutta e carte di scrittura a mano.Il colazione è ricco, cibo cinese e occidentale hanno tutti, il gusto è eccellente!La posizione geografica è eccellente, il traffico è conveniente intorno, e il viaggio è particolarmente conveniente. Amazing hotel with superb facilities. Best breakfast buffet we had anywhere in China. We used the pool, sauna, steam, gym, ping pong, and billiards facilities, and got nails done at the salon. Everything was great, and the staff was always super friendly. Likewise in the ******* cultural goods shop and at the concierge desk. All around excellent stay.

Purtroppo, il servizio era molto povero - non ci erano porti USB in funzione e l'hotel era inutile - sembrava indesiderato o incapace di offrire una soluzione. Il “servizio in camera” è effettivamente il cibo fornito dall’esterno dell’hotel, ma non è stato fornito alcun cutter/coltello. Quando abbiamo chiesto all'hotel di fornire qualcosa, ci sono voluti quasi 20 minuti per arrivare (più lungo del cibo stesso), al momento in cui il cibo era freddo. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere ripetutamente un'acqua potabile sufficiente, essendo state fornite solo due piccole bottiglie per due persone. Oltre al servizio povero, l'hotel si trova in una posizione strana, circondato da negozi chiusi e siti di costruzione - nessuno vicino al centro commerciale della città - con nulla a piedi. Con la corretta gestione, potrebbe essere un ottimo hotel, ma non è proprio lì al momento.

Reception were not well trained . Upon check in day one a deposit was collected and on the same day night they made a call to inform we did not pay the hotel charges and later explained it was reception lapsed that they did not collect upon check in even it states pay at property . 2) chambermaid was brazen to wash our socks without permission and after breakfast we were shocked to see our socks as wet. What if we only have a pair of socks for tourist stay ? 3) after check out multiple phone calls was made to our mobile and was told item teaspoon was missing in the room. And if they cannot find it they will raise a charge on our credit card ??? We called back 5 times to ask n follow-up and wasted 30 Mins of our morning to ask if item was found . We even informed it was on the basin area. Wrong procedure as in general all check out reception staff would contact chambermaid to ask if minibar and items were intact before letting the guest check out . The reception lady were having an aloft attitude and said we could go and we even have to ask for car parking coupon and were directed to fill in the form . This make us beg for service instead and please train your staff to check the items before check out and not making irritating calls and that spoil our rest of the day with 5 international calls made to assist them for a teaspoon costs of CNY20!!! Disgusting service . Please train your staff !!!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Service is amazing. Breakfast is extremely good with a very big choice of western food. At check out Isabelle even gave me some complementary coffee for my train trip to Lhasa, as well as a gif box from the hotel. Absolutely value for you money! One of the hotels in China that really deserves 5 Stars! Thanks!

Stavo transitando a Xining e ho scelto questo posto, che è molto vicino alla stazione dei treni ad alta velocità. Come sempre, sono stati forniti anche un hotel di qualità con un buon atteggiamento nel servizio, pantofole per bambini, spazzolini da denti e colazione. Se ordini dal sito ufficiale di ihg, sembra che ci sia yogurt per i membri. È molto comodo mangiare in giro e c'è un KFC al piano di sotto. Consiglio i noodles di manzo dall'altra parte della strada.
