Ihre Bewertungen ＜ Actually, I had booked another hotel earlier which I needed to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The Norfolk Lodge is one of the very few hotels offering a gym, a ”mini gym”. For me an essential on any trip. The mini gym offered some cardio equipment of which only 1-2 were working properly and a few very light weights. Most disappointing was the extremely small single room, even smaller than in any (!) hotel in Japan's metropolis earlier this year. The smallest ever, that small that it was impossible to open my suitcase anywhere except on the bed! The breakfast was disappointing, too. Allways the same products, no variety at all. Luckily, there was at least gluten free muesli (for s.o. with coeliac disease) and gluten free toast on demand. Nevertheless, for instance only tin fruits and one sort of cheese etc. Positive, however, was the hotel's greatest asset, the staff! Very friendly and caring people, young, open-minded and very diverse from all abroad. As St. Hélier or Jersey in general are very expensive during the summer season, I won't complain about the price although it was very expensive (cheepest I could find was about 170 - 175 € per night).

Hotel molto bello, pulito, tempestivo e abbondante personale attento. Abbiamo usato come base per esplorare Jersey, quindi non abbiamo davvero usato le strutture dell'hotel - tranne il colazione che era eccellente - anche se per noi sarebbe stato bello se il colazione fosse iniziato un po' prima, forse alle 7:30? (stava correndo dalle 8 alle 10 che era ok). In una serata tardi, quando abbiamo trovato che non potevamo aprire la stanza in sicurezza, perché era malfunzionata, era dopo le 11:00, ma in realtà ha mostrato al personale dell'hotel una buona luce, come il ricevitore ha provato a aiutarla meglio, Il direttore del ristorante ha detto che l'apertura della cassaforte era la priorità, e alla fine, dopo circa venti minuti, il portatore ha riuscito a aprire la cassaforte (”meccanicamente” - ma questo è un'altra storia! ), quindi tutto è stato buono ...... il problema è stato il dispositivo elettronico - il personale dell'hotel è stato eccellente e il problema è stato risolto! In generale molto buono, sarebbe rimasto.

Il check-in era tranquillo, il colazione era delizioso e variabile. Il personale era molto attento. Non ho provato il menu set di cena,. Ordinato dal menu del snack che era molto carbo-grave e sul lato prezioso per quello che era. La stanza era comoda ma decorazione di mattoni e bagno datato, che era chiaro dalle foto e altre recensioni, quindi non era una sorpresa. Purtroppo, c'era un film di plastica lasciato sul pavimento del bagno all'arrivo indicando che non era stato completamente pulito. Altrimenti, per il prezzo e per i motivi, non si può davvero lamentarsi, soprattutto se si è dopo un posto tranquillo per rilassarsi

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dalla spiaggia balneare, può anche raggiungere a piedi il centro città, al piano di sotto c'è il ristorante Michelin, molto delizioso. La SPA dell'hotel è in co-branding con il sito web di un marchio di bellezza e cura della pelle. E' necessario prendere appuntamento un giorno prima. Dopo averlo sperimentato, è molto rilassante e rilassante. C'è una fermata dell'autobus accanto, quindi è molto comodo andare allo zoo.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Jersey Hotel in a stunning Seaview room, and it was truly an exceptional experience. La peggiore esperienza mai in un ristorante. Il nostro ultimo giorno, ho avuto il mio colazione fino alle 10 quando il tempo del colazione è finito. Ho chiesto a uno dei funzionari se posso portare il mio tè nella mia stanza, il funzionario ha detto sì. Altri clienti stanno portando anche bevande e cibo a casa. Quando uscivo dal ristorante, un altro personale mi ha passato e mi ha guardato il tè in mano. Poi ha ruotato gli occhi drasticamente e ha lasciato un suono ”tsk” alto e dismissivo.

Jane, ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Merton. I membri del personale sono tutti amichevoli, utili e amichevoli. Il servizio colazione è stato assolutamente fantastico, con grande cibo e attento servizio durante il mio viaggio. Le strutture erano pulite e confortevoli, mi piacerebbe prenotare questo hotel di nuovo la prossima volta!

This is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. There is an up hill walk to the hotel I have a knee problems but I made it in 5 minutes. At the front there is a number 15 bus that take you to the airport and to the capital. It also has room for cases. It runs every 15 minuted during the day. Breakfast with a view is wonderful. The one thing that I would like is a walk in shower anf that would make it perfect.

Great hotel. The location is superb and we very glad to have a sea view. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but was good quality. The room was spacious and well maintained. The staff were always friendly and helpful, especially towards my five year old son. Due to a travel problem we ended up having to check out a few hours late and the staff were very accommodating.

Excellent hotel, front staff very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & everything you would need, ( a fridge would have been handy) 10-15 minutes walk to town & sea front. Breakfast fine & plenty of choice, good evening menu. Spa was excellent with infinity pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, sauna & steam room at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend.
