Regno Unito: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Grande Manchester

Very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms. We went into cloud 23 and two cocktails will cost you about £30, which were very well presented. The rooms have everything in you need, including an iron. A night here would make a great Christmas present. We had our dinner the ground floor bar area, that cost about £56 with a drink each included, are we both enjoyed it Holistically the staff were helpful. We will be returning in the future and would recommend it to others

La stanza era pulita e accogliente e il desk era amichevole e responsivo. È stato deludente constatare che queste strutture erano chiuse il giorno di Xmas e che altri giorni erano operate in ore limitate quando eravamo li'. Ciò significava che le ore di funzionamento di queste strutture non sono affidate agli ospiti dell'hotel. E anche significava condividere le strutture con i membri del giardino. Quindi se stai pensando di rimanere qui e utilizzare il giardino o piscina, ricordate solo queste cose. La selezione del colazione era piuttosto limitata. Molto semplice selezione di salate o verdure. Molto imbarazzante anche per vedere che le piastre pulite non erano disponibili più volte quando ci erano meno di 20 coperte al colazione. Capisco che sia stata la stagione delle vacanze e l'hotel è sottoscritto, ma sono sicuro che non sia il primo Natale o NYE l'hotel ha incontrato.

Non si può parcheggiare in questo alloggio e non si può lasciare in tempo per la manutenzione e la consegna dei carri di servizio, che possono portare il piccolo spazio in terrazza anteriore. Le camere sono pulite, ma la decorazione è un lavoro di patch-up in tutto il tempo. Il rumore dal tram è orribile e la notte, perché le finestre non sono sonore. In nostra stanza il riscaldamento era fuori ordine e i radiatori piena di olio sono stati posizionati. I set TV hanno la possibilità di connettersi al telefono o di canali TV: il cattivo aereo impedisce di vedere la maggior parte dei canali e la TV solo collegati ai Android del personale e non ai nostri iPhone. Non c'erano opzioni per applicazioni come youtube o netflix e i bambini devono divertirsi sul loro tablet. Piscina è la dimensione di una privata in una casa residenziale. Il personale è cortese e il colazione è via e oltre soddisfacente. La sala maestosa dalle loro foto non era da vedere, ma sarebbe andata di nuovo se non fossero disponibili altre opzioni.

La buona cosa è che il parcheggio in fine settimana è gratuito. Il colazione è molto normale. Non aspettatevi.C'è sul sito starbuck.Se volete avere un colazione migliore, potete considerare di avere a starbuck (ma aperto alle 8) piuttosto che a hotel. Ci sono solo 1 bar + ristorante vicino. Il cibo è di solito la qualità del livello del bar, ma il prezzo è inferiore alla media. Circa 13-15 per un corso principale.

I stayed at the Village Hotel Manchester Cheadle from the 20th to the 21st and accidentally left my Oral-B electric toothbrush and La Mer face wash on the bed. These are high-value items, and I immediately called the hotel on Sunday morning, fully expecting them to be professional and help me retrieve my belongings. Instead, I was met with complete indifference and disregard. Despite their company policy stating that lost items should be returned if found, I was simply told that nothing had been discovered in the room. I am 100% certain I left them on the bed, but instead of investigating further, the staff dismissed my concerns and didn’t even bother to follow up. As a paying customer, I expected a level of care and responsibility, but I received none. The worst part is that when I asked for an update, they merely shrugged it off, stating that “if they could find it, they would have by now,” despite less than 24 hours having passed since my stay. This lack of effort, urgency, and empathy from the hotel is shocking and unacceptable. It feels as though they couldn’t be bothered to take my situation seriously or value me as a guest. I will not be returning, and I urge others to avoid this hotel if you expect any kind of respect or attention to detail regarding your belongings.

It’s not 5 star… Probably a hard review to write, if it had a title it would be “imbalanced” Food and drink were excellent and service staff in both areas were on point  Front of desk were a mixed bag but again majority were on point, had 2 rooms(1 an upgrade) both had tired woodwork and fittings that fell apart and a mini bar (empty) with the fascia falling off You pay 5 star prices and don’t get 5 star package, arrived early so was ok not getting my room but to sit and watch in excess of 50 people get checked in after me and still not get my assigned room after 3pm is poor at best  Upgraded to a suite when we complained about the overall room and experience after being told our original room is an held as an upgrade for others but I had already paid for this level of room may months ago… Breakfast, food and in restaurant was superb but was challenged at the front as they had no record of my having already prepaid for breakfast which I then had to show them proof from my booking details  We felt judge on arrival which made us feel uncomfortable and felt like as we hadn’t booked direct then we were held back in room allocation  We won’t be back as stayed in much better hotels in the area at a much cheaper price, as said “imbalanced”

The hotel is only a 5-7 minute walk (all indoors) from the arrivals section of Manchester's T2. Importantly, it is only about a 5min walk to the train station where you can take a 30min train ride into the city. The return trip for my wife and I was just under GBP16.00. Despite proximity to the airport, we didn't hear any planes at all! The rooms were modern, well furnished, bright and comfortable. The toilets were spotlessly clean and importantly the beds were very comfortable. Note that if you have a lot of luggage, there is a luggage trolley ”rental” thing right outside the doors of the hotel. BUT DON'T DO THIS! Instead, just go to the ground floor of the train station (5min walk away) and pick up a luggage trolley for free instead of paying EUR2.00 for the ”rental” of one. Check-in was not an issue and Alexandra handled the process very well despite the 'trainee' tag on her jacket. If I need to stay at an airport hotel in Manchester in the future, this is no doubt for me the one I'd book.

My husband and I booked this hotel to stay on the celebration of our daughter’s wedding and we were very impressed with all aspects of it the location was beautiful and all public areas were stunningly dressed to celebrate the festive period food and service in bars and breakfasts a very high standard the room we had was also very nice the only small thing that let it down was cobwebs and the amount of dust in corners and behind the tv apart from that a very pleasant experience Mrs D Langley

room was clean beds and ere comfy, the staff weren’t that cheery. The gym and pool facilities which are included and really good. Would stay again.

Grande luogo per soggiornare con appartamenti carini e un jacuzzi con sauna. Ben situato anche vicino a tutto. Sainsburys lungo la strada rhe anche. Grande per qualcuno che è stanco di stare in hotel e vuole un'esperienza reale come parte del soggiorno.
