L'anno scorso ero in questo hotel, dimenticando il mio anello nella stanza, la squadra di custodia guidata da Cathy Walter mi ha aiutato a uscire non solo trovando il mio anello, ma anche cercando di ritrovarlo in un'altra città. Con l'ultima volta che ho cambiato il mio programma di min. ho lasciato il paese senza essere in grado di prendere l'anello. È sorprendente che Cathy abbia tenuto l'anello per 6 mesi fino a quando non sono tornato negli Stati Uniti, sono rimasto in questo hotel questa settimana, vedendo il mio anello a destra al check-in sul desk front. Questo è il miglior servizio e aiutare un viaggiatore quando necessario. Grande lavoro per Cathy e la squadra!

Location in downtown Baltimore was excellent, a block from the Convention Center, across the street from a subway station and 2 blocks from a light rail station - subway runs east-west ( including the Inner Harbor) and light rail runs north-south for over 40 miles with 1/2 hour direct connection to/from the BWI Airport. - one way tickets on both are $2.  My corner room on the 9th floor was spacious with good views. I had business all afternoon in the area with no car - when I asked if I could check my luggage 4 hours before check-in time, they actually checked me in then and there and gave me my room key at noon.  The lobby is elegant and the the room rate was very reasonable for a downtown location hotel.

Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno al Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis. Il posto era pulito e ben tenuto, e il servizio era veloce, soprattutto quando abbiamo chiesto asciugamani extra. L'uscita era pulita e veloce, che apprezziamo davvero. È circa un 15-minute guidare al centro di Annapolis e al quartiere storico, quindi è un luogo confortevole e tranquillo proprio fuori dalla città.

Bello hotel, moderna, nuova e confortevole camera. Buona letto, doccia e nero fuori per le finestre. Il ristorante era buono, il colazione era cattivo, ho smesso l'altro giorno. $30,00/day per il parcheggio di taglio. Tuttavia, c'è un parcheggio pubblico davanti all'hotel. Domenica è anche vacanza dalle 10 alle 7:00!

The hotel is close to the airport, so the noice from flights can be bothersome for someone who is light sleeper like my husband. Also, I did not know that if i book through trip.com, i don’t get to enjoy my hilton honors benefits, which is surprising. I do generally book through agency for business travel and this is never a problem

My family of four traveled from Nashville, TN to Washington, D.C. for fall break. We stayed about 30 minutes away from the National Mall. The Hyatt Regency was a great deal for us with a super friendly staff. Tons to eat near the hotel and it is located right above the metro station for convenience. I would recommend staying here.

La camera era immacolata. Nonostante abbia soggiornato per una notte, il mio soggiorno è stato rilassante. Ho dormito tranquillamente la notte. Non c'era alcun rumore nel corridoio.

環境不錯，房間很大。就是沒有熱水壺，想喝熱水不能滿足。空調温度比較低，感覺有點冷，升高温度，最高衹能到25度，對於習慣於26度的人來説，需要加衣服。

Overall a very nice hotel for its location, services and room size/setup. Everything is new of this hotel. Free breakfast including non-dairy beverages are very nice. I had an unusual surprise to find used towels hidden in the under the sink cabinet by previous guests (not the hotel’s fault, who would know your guests hid towels under the sink). I also had an unusual surprise to find one side of my clean looking pillowcase smelled like old oil (probably essential oil that couldn’t be completely washed off). I would stay again.
