Hotel con spa a Barcellona

Everything about this hotel is pure 5 stars luxury. We got 2 connecting rooms for a family of 4, and this layout of the rooms are perfect for our stay. Location is on the high end shopping belt of the city. Feels very secure. The concierge and receptionists at the hotel are wonderful at making you feel welcome, super professional. A little nick-pick would be the rooftop bar restaurant, we wish the standard of the food could be better. We had a dinner there on our first day, and we are not blown away by the quality of the food and it took really long for them to serve even though it isn’t quite busy. That was the reason why we didn’t feel comfortable going ahead with the breakfast and the 3-Star Michelin restaurant in the same hotel. 🙏

Due dei miei hotel preferiti durante il mio viaggio di due settimane in Portogallo e Spagna (l'altro è in Portogallo)! La posizione è ottima, proprio su Thanksgiving Avenue, in pieno centro, con Gucci e LV proprio sotto! Le camere dell'intero edificio sono molto belle. Abbiamo prenotato una suite e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere trasferiti in una camera con vista sulla strada. Abbiamo bevuto lo champagne fornito dall'hotel al tramonto L'unico rammarico è che l'ultimo piano è decorato, quindi non puoi salire al piano successivo per goderti lo splendido scenario. Consiglierei questo hotel a tutti i miei amici che vengono a Barcellona!

Questa villa è stata semplicemente fantastica per rilassarsi e distendersi per un paio di giorni. Bali è così conveniente ora con GOJEK. Avevamo un piano per la colazione. Anche se la villa è più adatta alla gente del posto e la colazione era semplicemente ok, il prezzo che abbiamo pagato per questa villa ne è valsa la pena. Ci siamo rilassati in piscina, abbiamo fatto un pisolino, siamo andati alle spa (che erano super convenienti!) e abbiamo mangiato cibo GOJEK per cena. Era anche abbastanza vicino all'aeroporto e in qualsiasi altro posto a cui potevi accedere semplicemente prenotando un'auto.

Soggiorno di coppia andato molto bene. Camera ben arredata con letto king size, bella doccia e specchio trasparente 🤭 l'hotel è ben posizionato, zona tranquilla. Attenzione al minibar ben fornito e a pagamento a fine soggiorno, nessuno ci ha avvisato anche se lo abbiamo utilizzato bene... le tasse di fine soggiorno sono aumentate notevolmente

Великолепный персонал гостиницы.Очень отзывчивые и дружелюбные работники! Всегда готовы помочь: с такси, с рекомендациями,с бронированием билетов. Очень хорошие завтраки, встречают и провожают. Единственный момент,о котором могу сказать-это кондиционер в номере,я не смогла с ним подружиться и мне было холодно,спас халат😁😅 Все остальное,а особенно расположение-прекрасно! Очень симпатичный испанский ресторан, который дружелюбно встретил и в 22.00😇

Il personale era gentile e accogliente. Tuttavia, non offrivano infradito gratuite; se ne aveste bisogno, costerebbero 5 € ciascuna. Con mia sorpresa, l'accesso alla spa non era gratuito: 15 € a persona all'ora, mentre ad altri ospiti di altri hotel era stato offerto l'accesso gratuito alla spa. Per il resto, il personale era gentile e l'hotel è in una buona posizione, ma non aspettatevi l'accesso gratuito alla spa; non è incluso nel prezzo, soprattutto considerando che abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni... è stata una delusione.

Recently stayed at this hotel and i can gladly say i have loved it and it is a very aesthetically pleasing hotel. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Location is not city centre but it is about 15-20 min out depending on where you go, i used uber to go everywhere and this cost about 10€ - 20€. I was disappointed because two days before my trip i was made aware that i had to pay a 400€ deposit or a 800€ deposit which was also made unclear on their website. I wish they had made this more clear. To make this clear for everyone else , it is 100€ per night with a credit card and 200€ per night with debit card. At the end of the stay we still had to pay for a 40€ city tax. Considering we already payed alot for this hotel, having to pay a high amount of deposit is ridiculous. They do have a spa, but not included with the hotel so you have to pay an extra 40€ which i also thought it was quite upsetting. Everything else was great and very nicely equipped with everything we needed.

Il servizio è impeccabile, forse uno dei migliori che abbia mai ricevuto. Personale gentilissimo e altamente qualificato, senza ombra di dubbio. L'aspetto più negativo è stata la terrazza sul tetto, uno dei punti di forza dell'hotel, che era chiusa al nostro arrivo. Non è stato un problema non saperlo prima della prenotazione. Le mie aspettative erano più alte, ma non è all'altezza della categoria. Ci sono hotel migliori. Ho aspettative più alte per un hotel Marriott.

Good location, close enough to the sagrada familia. Quiet at night. However, compared to other 5-star hotels, this hotel has a very small lobby and crude elevators that don’t match a 5-star rating. Hardware-wise, it’s probably 4-star at best. Service - Concierge staff was polite upon check in, but the display of hospitality stopped there. Thereafter, door men at the gate didn’t greet or even acknowledge guests upon leaving or returning to the hotel. Considering the hotel lobby was so small that guests literally passed by in front of them, it came across as quite indifferent and awkward. Amenities - There were intermittent sounds of water dripping onto a metal surface in my room during my stay. My guess is the air con system had some flaws. I asked the concierge to send people to check when I was outside (which they did), but there was no follow up afterwards and the dripping sound remained the second night. Besides, the staff who entered my room for checking took away my room card from the electricity holder, which should have never been allowed for safety considerations because the room card was registered under my name and no other person should have it during my stay.

C'è una receptionist di nome Maria che ci ha accolto ed è stata molto paziente. Poiché non parliamo lingue straniere e siamo anziani, possiamo utilizzare solo software di comunicazione e traduzione. È stata molto paziente e ci ha guidato poco a poco, il che ci ha fatto capire che il personale dell'hotel è di alta qualità e che l'hotel è degno di essere un cinque stelle. Vorremmo esprimere la nostra gratitudine a Maria, ringraziarla per l'eccellente personale dell'hotel e ringraziarla per il servizio offerto. Barcellona, ​​in Spagna, è un posto che vale la pena visitare.
