L'hotel accanto al centro commerciale è molto conveniente per chi vuole fare shopping. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Questo hotel è situato accanto al mare per chi vuole rilassarsi e fare nulla. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita.

Molto bella e di un'appartamento estremamente ben mantenuto. Il servizio è stato perfetto e super amichevole in tutti i settori (camere, ricezione, ristorante e centro di immersione). Grazie per il grande team di Cocotino!

Il posto era molto buono e accogliente. Staf sempre aiutava con tutto il consiglio di soggiornare in questo hotel.

Nice clean hotel and good location close to the airport. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of variety to choose from and the services from the staff are excellent. Stay at this hotel for so many years and for the services are second to none. Will recommend this hotel to others thank you.

the room new a bit of manteinance  the bathroom door don’t close properly and the water from the shower end up in the bedroom. the room is slightly umid. the water from the tab smell of rust the swimming pool was not working when we arrive d very chaotic in the morning with lots of children running and screaming around the breakfast table  the view from the window was beautiful we were lucky enough to get a room with sea view. the bed very comfy. the staff where very nice and helpful. Buffet Breakfast with lots of choices

always become my favorite hotel in manado when i get break from work or holiday or any staycation with family every weekend.. with wonderfull view directly to manado bay, this hotel has everything.. bring me in sunset with her lagoon pool handmade beach, wide range of swimming pool, and super breakfast in early morning,, how good this property.. except by her gym facilities, litle bit less workout tools however still become favorite about its SPA of Martatilaar in the point of left side building.. thanks MERCURE MANADO

Vieni a un piccolo distacco di lago blu, vive qui. Il vantaggio è che il subacqueo di cocotino è diverso da Odyssea, il subacqueo è fantastico.La salinità della stanza è molto pulita.La pressione e la temperatura dell'acqua sono particolarmente lievi.Il panorama dell'hotel è bellissimo Disvantaggi: viviamo nella stanza 10, la finestra di terra è direttamente di fronte alla strada, molto timido, vivere a 6 notti con musica di Judy a 3 notti, una sera con barbecue **, e il resto è il rumore del motore che viene spesso dalla porta. La porta della stanza è di fronte alla reception, spesso veniamo a sentire la conversazione ogni giorno.Isolazione sono davvero cattiva.Se la casa è meglio a chiamare in anticipo per evitare la stanza 10.Non è molto buono mangiare, mangiare yue per un giorno di riposo il primo giorno di mattina. Dopo venerdì, cominciò a dirci che questo non c'era, ma le disposizioni di martedì prossimo ci permetteranno di acquistare, e ci mostreranno direttamente una lunga lista di cibi senza cibo fino a domenica, e pochi piatti rimanenti possono essere ordinati lunedì. Ci vuole molto tempo per mangiare ogni volta, ma il cibo in cima non è molto caldo, non so cosa stia facendo.Wifi è molto arrabbiato per dieci volte al giorno.

I stayed here for a night. If you’re looking for a hotel with “unique” experiences, this one’s for you! The check-in was smooth, and the bed was decorated with abstract stains – perhaps part of the charm? Luckily, no soap to wash away the memory in the room. When asked, the staff, oh so polite, reassured me that the soap “could be conditioned” – whatever that means! And, the cherry on top: a delightful three-minute delay for a room check, just to make sure I didn’t snag a complimentary pen. I left feeling like a lottery winner who hit the jackpot of mediocrity. Truly a stay to remember! 🎉
