La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. L'altra parte è la stazione centrale, l'autobus dell'aeroporto è diretto, il trasporto è conveniente, la sala bagno dell'ospite offre anche champagne, lavaggio di capelli e acqua di lusso. È molto raro per l'hotel sudamericano.
Il colazione dell'hotel è molto buono, e il personale della reception è molto responsabile. Quando abbiamo visto il telefono uccidere Uber alla porta dell'hotel, siamo usciti per lasciarci mettere il telefono nella borsa, non prenderlo in mano, grazie mille.
L'hotel può anche immagazzinare i bagagli gratuitamente. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte prima di andare a Karama. Ho immagazzinato i bagagli all'hotel. Ho giocato a sfondo per quattro giorni. Dopo il ritorno, ho preso i bagagli e ho soggiornato per tre giorni.

A San Diego, a notte, alle 8 del mattino, è una scelta saggio scegliere il Holiday Inn dell'aeroporto.Il Holiday Inn offre una buona colazione, e lasciare alcuni giorni può anche conservare i bagagli in hotel. Devi trasferire il bagaglio all'isola di Pasqua, molto conveniente.
La posizione del Holiday Inn è eccellente. Ci vuole solo pochi minuti a piedi da qualsiasi edificio internazionale o nazionale di trasporto passeggeri. Another perfect stay, a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, very clean rooms, decent bathrooms, good beds, nothing to complain, a fantastic breakfast in the morning too, a perfect place to rest before or after a flight or during a layover. Well worth the money!

Amazing big room, very well located in Santiago downtown. Very smooth check in and even allowed to enter in the room at 10:30 am.
Breakfast is quite sorted of options and very delicious .
I haven’t used the swimming pool because the water was too cold.

Ho avuto molti problemi a convalidare la prenotazione, il check in è stato molto lento, l'albergo era pienissimo, una stanza normale senza acqua di cortesia, pareti sporche, bagno pulito.
L'hotel è molto ben posizionato, puoi fare una passeggiata e comprare acqua e cibo nelle vicinanze.
Sul tetto c'è lo sky club 23, dove c'è la piscina, che è molto più piccola di quella che si vede nelle foto, mangiare o bere è molto costoso.
Colazione pochissima varietà di cose, non ne vale la pena, avendo tante cose nelle vicinanze, è meglio non assumere la colazione ed uscire a fare colazione, c'è uno Starbucks nelle vicinanze.
Preferisco l'architettura dell'hotel, che è bellissima.

La posizione dell'hotel è situata nella nuova zona finanziaria, che appartiene a una zona sicura.Il trasporto è anche conveniente, c'è una metropolitana al piano inferiore, dall'aeroporto, un taxi per meno di trenta minuti.La dimensione della stanza è molto adatta per due persone. Un balcone piccolo può vedere il paesaggio fuori. C'è un lavabo sopra, ed è molto conveniente, che richiede un pagamento in moneta o in codice.Ci sono piccoli supermercati, negozi convenienti, e colazione, pizza di caramelle rosse, insomma, molto conveniente.L'unico punto da spiegare è che la reception è molto difficile trovare. Nel quarto più alto del corridoio a destra del corridoio al secondo piano, prendi attenzione alla porta della stanza è ancora chiusa.Abbiamo salito diverse volte e abbiamo chiesto alla porta alla fine.

UUtente ospiteI loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night.
There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix.
The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish.
Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

Il primo soggiorno era piuttosto buono, avevamo una stanza sul 17 ° piano dove le viste erano sorprendenti La stanza era grande e pulita. La doccia è un insetto di plastica e molto scivoloso quando bagnato. La testa del doccia era grande, ma molti dei buchi erano bloccati, ma abbastanza efficace. Il wi-fi era buono, il colazione era buono. Ci siamo stati a pranzo lì come parte di un gruppo e era molto povero. Il bicchiere era come gomma. Il letto era molto forte e molto alto al suolo. Quindi, in generale, questo soggiorno era piuttosto buono. Tuttavia, il soggiorno No2 è venuto oltre. Questa volta la stanza era al terzo piano, così le viste delle unità di aria condizionata erano in faccia, ma non un problema. Questa volta sono stati presentati due questioni significative.
Il piano era molto sporco, i piedi si sono svaniti neri dopo una doccia. Il secondo problema è che la stanza era situata nel foyer accanto agli ascensori. Durante tutta la notte c'era musica alta che penetrava la nostra stanza rendendo difficile dormire. LLinaIl mio miglior soggiorno è stato da questo viaggio di 21 giorni in Sud America, Hilton Garden Inn ha il miglior design della camera, soprattutto la camera da bagno.
Ho un incidente a Torres Del Paine e devo volare da Puerto Natales in Cile per un intervento chirurgico, dopo l'intervento ho controllato al Hilton Garden Inn.
In altri hotel non posso lavarmi i capelli perché la mia mano è solo una sola, ma con qui sarò in grado di gestire la doccia e lavarmi i capelli anche
Accettatevi rapidamente e il personale amichevole mi sorprende, e parlano anche inglese :)
In Punta Arenas ho combattuto con la lingua, soprattutto in ospedale, OMG
La stanza è molto pulita e la cucina è perfetta con la lenzuola molto morbida

Sono tornato a casa ora, ma mi manca ancora questo hotel e non posso aspettare di dare un grande colpo e sinceramente grazie a tutti i dipendenti
Raccomando molto questo hotel, e incontro molti giocatori di zucchero restare anche qui.

DdisasterEXEMy wife and I stayed here four years ago for our honeymoon. It seems like the place has stayed the same, which is not a compliment. The room was carpeted, yet no slippers were given to us. The aircon unit would buzz loudly and randomly during the night, which woke me up. For some reason bathtub drain stoppers needed to be requested, and the two nights I asked for one I was told they were all out. I spent two nights wanting to take a bath to relax and I wasn't able to.
The elevators are extremely old and seriously need to be replaced - the door would shut in front of us when waiting for one and I got trapped by the doors once.
The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. It has great variety and the quality of the fruit and meals is excellent. The staff is very kind, too.

MMarcelomy personal experience was excellent. I used the hotel as a base while I travelled to different parts of Chile and also a side trip overseas. They accommodated my request to live my main bag in storage while I used my smaller bags to travel. Staff was always friendly and the food at the restaurant was great, the staff in the restaurant were very nice also. I love the location, next to the Costanera Centre and the San Cristobal Metropolitan Park. Went for hikes around the park many times
aAtransfer to the airport or Uber is really convenient as one of the motorway to the airport is close by making the trip very quick.
It's not the cheapest option fro everyone but the facilities, cleanliness and location makes it worth the price.

LLady KwenadiI stayed at Bbcasita - Bed and Breakfast - Hostel and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The listing says it was renovated in 2024, but that’s simply not true. The place is run-down and extremely dirty—honestly, one of the dirtiest accommodations I’ve ever seen. It felt completely misrepresented.
The only good thing about this place is the staff. They were kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience slightly more bearable. But even with their amazing attitude, it doesn’t make up for the state of the property.
Bottom line: it is absolutely not worth the price. For what you’re paying, you can find far better and cleaner options.
