I loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night. There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix. The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish. Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

There was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.

Vicinissimo all'aeroporto, con servizio navetta dell'hotel, molto comodo. La reception dell'hotel è stata molto gentile e la comunicazione è avvenuta principalmente in inglese e spagnolo. Adoro questo hotel! Non mi piacciono gli hotel standard in catena, quindi questo è stato perfetto per me. Situato in un'area molto sicura e conveniente. Solo un Uber due volte, uno dalla Funicular e l'altro all'aeroporto. Ci siamo camminati tutti gli altri. Situato vicino al Giardino Sculpture e a piedi di distanza dai gondoli e dal centro! Il personale era così dolce e utile. La signora della sala colazione ha avuto tutto il tè quando le ho detto che andavamo via, ci hanno dato un buon consiglio su dove andare e hanno anche una scala di mano per pesare i bagagli! Non c'è ascensore, quindi non lo sappia se hai bagagli pesanti o non puoi fare le scale. Mia sorella odiava il doccia, l'ho amata. I letti erano confortevoli e la stanza era pulita. L'unica questione, che non era importante per me, ma potrebbe essere per te. Sono molto consapevoli dell’ambiente a Santiago, quindi le tovaglie non erano un bianco di crisp, ma erano pulite e utili; il bar era anche buono, ma il servizio alimentare ci ha preso, ma quando finalmente è arrivato era molto buono. Il caffè nella sala colazione era favoloso! Acqua nel lobby 24/7. Desk mannato 24/7. Ti hanno infilato dentro e fuori, che mi piaceva. Il cameriere del desk front era andato fuori dal dovere, ma mi aspettavano per aiutarmi a pesare i miei bagagli. Rimango lì ancora?In un battito cardiaco!! We came very late, 1:14am due to flight delayed and the Conceirge was still opened for us and received a warm greetings. Breakfast has various food. We stayed for 2 nights and will come back to our next trip!

Потрясающий отель, мне понравилось абсолютно все! Жила на 18 этаже в номере 1803, совершенно потрясающий вид из окна на Анды и город, я наслаждалась каждым днем в отеле! Чистота, прекрасный завтрак, хоть и мало горячей пищи, но это компенсировано прекрасными сырами и фруктами. Идеальное расположение. Ужинала в ресторане отеля - все было очень вкусно, хороший выбор вина. Теплый бассейн на 20 этаже, спортзал. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Советую отель для пребывания в Сантьяго и с удовольствием вернусь снова! Спасибо за прекрасный прием!❤️❤️❤️

Ho passato una bella notte in questo alloggio! Tutto era perfetto dall'inizio alla fine: accoglienza calda, camera pulita e confortevole, lettiera di qualità e ambiente tranquillo. Il colazione incluso merita una menzione speciale: molto completo, vario e delizioso, con prodotti freschi e ben presentati.

Eravamo molto frustrati quando arrivammo, avendo consigliato il nostro volo e l'ETA, e nessuno ci ha portato a prendere. Abbiamo dovuto pagare US$32.00 per prendere un taxi che era pazzo e quando siamo arrivati all'hotel ci è stato detto che i telefoni erano incasinati (come abbiamo cercato di chiamare diverse volte senza una risposta). Avrebbe dovuto esserci una forma di comunicazione anche tramite Whats app o email e non c'era nessuno. I telefoni erano stati abbattuti da dieci quella mattina. Prima che la tempesta iniziasse La sera abbiamo cenato e il servizio di tre persone era molto lento, con molte persone frustrate. D'altra parte, il giorno dopo, per pranzo, abbiamo avuto Monica e lei era una cameriera sorprendente.
