Francia: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Grand Est

Un hotel di grande successo, pulito e vicino al centro città. La stazione ferroviaria è a soli 5-10 minuti dal centro e dal centro commerciale. È un piacere soggiornarci. È pulito. È un hotel molto attento al cliente, con possibilità di cucinare in camera, se lo si desidera.

Hotel is well located. Walkable to all main attractions within 30 mins. I would recommend to book a rooms with a balcony worth it. Few small supermarkets on a street and another one bigger in 10 mins walk. 15 min from Gare Saint Louis. Room was big and clean !!! Nobody cleans my room for entire stay. No housekeeping at all. That was pretty disappointed

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience. The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression. That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing. We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating. In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.

Tutto era come descritto! L'addetto alla reception ha risposto al telefono negli orari annunciati. Situato molto vicino a una stazione del tram, a un supermercato e a caffetterie. Il personale era gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio!

Dit hotel is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een tussenstop, Bij aankomst toont het hotel van buitenaf een verwaarloosde indruk ,maar binnen is dat zeker niet het geval, wij hadden een familiekamer en we hebben in Frankrijk nog nooit zo een grote kamer gehad ,de kamer is zeer groot en mooi ,alleen spijtig dat de gordijnen een armoedige uitstraling hebben en niet erg verduisterend zijn  Restaurant is een aanrader  Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar 

L'ambiente, la posizione e il servizio sono tutti molto buoni. È adatto a chi arriva in auto, con due supermercati super grandi proprio fuori. C'è anche un supermercato asiatico nelle vicinanze e il parcheggio è molto spazioso. Il servizio di lavanderia costa 10 euro.

Do note that this is a serviced apartment, located about a 10 to 15 minute walk in a straight line from Gare de Colmar, depending on your pace. The accommodation is very clean and quiet. The room is well-equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, and it even has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The only downside was the kettle, which wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. When I boiled water twice, it turned cloudy, so I eventually bought bottled water instead. The bathroom was spotless, and bath soap was provided. However, if you prefer liquid shampoo and body wash, I recommend bringing your own. You can also enjoy a lovely backyard, ideal for sitting outside under the sun or stars. There’s even a swimming pool, though I didn’t use it since I hadn’t packed swimwear. Overall, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place with everything you need for daily comfort.

La stazione ferroviaria non è lontana, si può camminare e il servizio è buono. Tuttavia l'hotel non ha rilasciato ricevuta, quindi ha rimborsato il piccolo inconveniente.

Hotel affascinante ed elegante, servizio eccellente in piscina con champagne freddo e altre bevande, acqua da piscina a temperatura ideale e cucina deliziosa al ristorante (meglio scargot che abbiamo mai mangiato) Ringrazio il personale dell'hotel (soprattutto quando la signora che ci ha ospitati era molto simpatica ed efficace) tutti i membri del personale che ci ha ospitati con molta professionalità e buon umore in tutti gli spazi dell'hotel!

Hotel è stato fantastico! La camera è abbastanza grande per aprire due bagagli. La doccia era grande, riscaldata ma la testa della doccia non rimane in posizione, quindi si può tenerla solo durante il bagno. Altrimenti, usi la doccia piovana. lo shampoo e il condizionatore sono abbastanza asciutti e non funziona bene se si Vengono da un paese più umido. Il centro turistico è molto vicino a un piccolo supermercato e la zona è molto promenata alle principali attrazioni turistiche. un centro turistico vicino anche ma non ha controllato.
