Albergo immenso ed assolutamente scenografico, tanto che al suo interno organizzano set fotografici in abiti tradizionali, sebbene a prezzi altissimi, più del doppio della media. Camere spaziose, ben arredate, con un bagno ampio e ben illuminato con una luce che non proviene soltanto dall’alto ma è anche frontale rispetto allo specchio, in modo da non avere il viso in ombra, come accade spessissimo negli alberghi. Cibo molto buono sia a colazione, molto ricca, sia nel ristorante di noodle e nel bar. I prezzi del cibo sono altissimi: ho pagato 30€ un piatto di noodle, che per strada avrei pagato 5 euro massimo. Ma è il prezzo della comodità di non uscire dalla struttura, che obiettivamente è lontana dalle (poche) attrazioni della città, raggiungibili esclusivamente in taxi. L’albergo è dotato anche di una boutique, una spa con prezzi folli, addirittura superiori a quelli italiani, una palestra e due piscine, francamente molto piccole, colonizzate da bambini urlanti e da qualche genitore rigorosamente maschio, mentre le donne attendono vestite di tutto punto a bordo vasca, consumandosi di sudore. C’è anche la lavanderia self service. La struttura ha solo cinque piani, ma si estende su una superficie molto ampia, per cui mettete in conto di perdervi sistematicamente tra i lunghi corridoi.

La pensione di Yangzhou State è situata in una zona di spray, dove molte delle strutture sono a piedi. E 'come soggiornare in un resort. Puoi andare alle diverse strutture o prendere il bug fornito. Il lago Slender West (西 Lake) è vicino alla Guesthouse e sicuramente vale la pena visitare sia durante il giorno che la sera. Il nuovo Suzhou Garden Design Hotel vanta un ambiente antico ed elegante e una posizione molto comoda. Si trova all'uscita della stazione Shilu sulla linea 2 della metropolitana. Il mercato degli snack si trova al piano inferiore e dista cinque minuti a piedi da Shantang Street. L'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono, soprattutto il bel ragazzo che serve Liangpi. È una persona calorosa, premurosa e attenta. Un grande pollice in su 👍 Tornerò per una festa durante le vacanze estive.

This hotel is centrally located to everything. The room is spacious and bright with a spectacular view day and night. Everyday, the room will be cleaned and replenished with all the toiletries, fresh towels, and bottles of water. The owner /staffs are very friendly and helpful. When we encountered difficulties in turning on tv/movies. The owner was quick to respond and resolved the issue quickly . All and all, i will recommend this hotel to my friends and family .

Loved the hotel. The location is very convienent while a bit hard to find, but the pictures in the other reviews helped. The welcome is very warm and I could check in early. The staff is also able to speak English very well! The room itself is spacious and gorgeous. The lighting on the mirror is the best I had so far in china. The afternoon tea was delicious and the goodbye gift very cute. The metro station is just a few steps away and you can walk nearly everywhere. Would come back again!

La vista è buona, la stanza si affaccia sul lago Xuanwu e la vista è invincibile. Anche la colazione a buffet è molto ricca, ed è raro che io sia sazio. Il rovescio della medaglia è che i servizi igienici dell'hotel sono troppo bassi, senza imbottitura, e il suono può spaventare le persone quando sono chiusi, l'essenza è che i servizi igienici non sono usati bene, il che non corrisponde al livello generale dell'hotel. Un altro grave problema è che ho scansionato il codice QR del piccolo frigorifero in camera e ho ordinato tre bottiglie di birra per il pagamento.Dopo aver atteso 20 minuti, nessuno lo ha consegnato.Ho chiamato e ho scoperto che l'hotel potrebbe non sapere che ho ordinato Andare a letto presto, questa risposta non è tempestiva. FFairy DeeThe hotel is lovely. Especially the service from the staff. Most of them speak English and are always willing to help. If anything goes wrong they make sure to correct it and leave you satisfied. Rooms are quiet and spacious. The breakfast is good , has bit of variety of western and Chinese food. The highlight for me was the food truck by the patio. It sells affordable and delicious hotdogs and very yummy ice-cream. there is a small water show in the evening as well . It’s also near a mall so many food options. A little far from the subway or train station but I’ll still give it a 10/10!

Although check-in was at 3 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in for an additional fee. Accommodation We stayed in two types of rooms during our visit: Single Room - Spacious and located in a peaceful, quiet area of the property. RV Room - Situated near the camping area where families and friends gather around a large bonfire for singing, BBQ, and games. **Ratings** Staff: 8/10 - Friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Shuttle Service: 10/10 - The driver was exceptionally pleasant and always smiling. Since my daughter has asthma and walking long distances is difficult for her, we frequently requested shuttle service between locations. This was especially helpful as ride-share drivers typically drop off at the entrance, which is quite a walk from the rooms and facilities. Breakfast: 10/10 - Excellent variety of traditional Chinese dishes. They were accommodating when my husband requested takeout. Cleanliness: 10/10 - Both rooms were clean, including the beds, towels, and bathrooms. As my daughter’s asthma is triggered by dust, I was pleased that the rooms were clean enough that she didn’t experience any sneezing or symptoms. We all slept well for the entire five days. **Things to Consider** It’s highly recommended to have your own car, as the property is quite far from the city center. If you enjoy nature and outdoor activities, this place is ideal. Activities include: - ATV rides - Fishing area - Playground (note: adults are charged rather than children, so it’s more economical for only one adult to enter) - Small animal area featuring rabbits, ostriches, and llamas (15 RMB entry) - Train ride (30 RMB) The coffee shop has a wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic appeal, making it popular for photos. The property itself is spacious and perfect for leisurely walks. There’s also a temple nearby, approximately 20 minutes away by car. **Challenges We Faced** My daughter developed a fever and experienced diarrhea during our stay. When I called the front desk for help, the staff member wasn’t very accommodating and suggested my husband go buy medicine. This was difficult for us as foreigners who don’t speak the language well. I felt sad and helpless, especially when we couldn’t get any taxis or cabs to pick us up. We wanted to take her to the hospital, but no cabs were available. However, the next morning, a staff member spoke with me who was extremely kind and accommodating. They even offered to drive my daughter to the hospital, which I declined because we needed to catch our train and she was feeling better after taking medicine. They drove us to the South Railway Station and thoughtfully gave my daughter bags and drinks. It was a very kind gesture that we truly appreciated.

UUtente ospiteI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

Ci siamo tanto amati la prima volta che abbiamo deciso di restare qui - la seconda volta era proprio come ci siamo ricordati! L'hotel è bellissimo, la camera è spaziosa e confortevole, le strutture sono tutte eccellenti - lozione, shampoo e lavatrice corpo odore così bene! La posizione è anche grande (ci sono il caffè Manner e un robot Popmart proprio fuori, e una delle famose franchise di pan-fried di Suzhou proprio lungo la strada). La nostra prenotazione includeva un'ora felice per il nostro soggiorno, che includeva bevande e snack. Il buffet è stato anche molto buono con una buona selezione di scelte cinesi e occidentali (il pane era davvero buono). Il personale è stato anche molto utile e attento per tutto.Abbiamo visitato i nostri genitori anziani e hanno anche goduto molto del loro soggiorno!

UUtente ospiteBest hotel service throughout my trip in China this time! Hotel staff are really attentive, friendly and helpful. They patiently answered my questions, helped me carry my luggage to the room, helped us book a grand canal boat trip (near the Confucius Temple) and drove us to the location and waited until we finish the boat trip and drove us back to the hotel. No telephone in the room, so make sure to add the hotel wechat to communicate with staff. They also helped me visit a silk mini museum/factory/store, since I wanted to buy a silk quilt (again they drove me to location, waited, and drove me back to hotel). Very happy, since I successfully bought a 5 pounds-weight silk quilt (equal to 2.5 kg of silk) for a good price! I've tried the silk quilt at home, very soft and comfortable, and had a very good night sleep. In front of the hotel there is a road construction (government project), so when I left for airport, staff again drove me to the main street and waited until my didi car arrived. As you can see in the picture, the hotel is really pretty. It was converted from a historical mansion. The hotel is next to pingjiang road, so don't be surprised if in the afternoon there are street photoshoots (girls in hanfu and photographer) in front of the hotel. Bed was comfortable, and there is a wide sofa next to the window. The room is equipped with coffee machine, and there is an air purifying machine so you can drink water from the machine (can be set for warm, cold, or hot water). There is a mini refrigerator with beverages, mostly free for drink (milk, soda, water), while for beers need to purchase. They also gave a welcome fruit and biscuits in a basket. The room key was very pretty. Bathroom was divided into 3 parts (WC, wash basin, shower room) and also really pretty. When I left, they still gave me a packet of souvenir containing Suzhou's snack (nut, preserved fruit, biscuit, etc). For breakfast, staff will ask your preference (chinese or western style). I chose chinese style and they provided noodle, pork, etc. Very delicious! Staying in pingjiang road is very convenient. Many attractions are in walking distance (from several meters to 2 km), such as pipayu performance, kunqu museum, humble administrator's garden, etc. Many performances nearby in the afternoon and evening that you can choose. Overall I really in enjoy my stay in this hotel. Will stay here again if I visit Suzhou in the future. Thank you!

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.
