Durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di assistere all'allestimento delle luci e alle prove di Capodanno, il che ha reso l'esperienza davvero unica. Tutta la famiglia, dai più piccoli ai più grandi, è rimasta estremamente soddisfatta. Ero un po' titubante dopo aver letto alcune recensioni prima del check-in, ma questo soggiorno ha davvero superato le nostre aspettative, diventando un bellissimo ricordo per tutta la famiglia. La sistemazione con tre camere da letto ha soddisfatto pienamente le esigenze del nostro viaggio in famiglia, e l'hotel ci ha gentilmente offerto una cassa di acqua in bottiglia in più, molto utile. Al concierge era possibile ritirare il cibo per i pesci, e i bambini si sono divertiti ogni giorno a dar loro da mangiare. L'adiacente ristorante Wugong Yuyan è anch'esso molto caratteristico, e particolarmente curioso e divertente per i bambini stranieri. L'itinerario di tre giorni e due notti è stato ben organizzato e l'esperienza complessiva è stata ottima. Lo consiglierò agli amici.

Camera pulita, posizione perfetta per turisti in zona pedonale piena di attività commerciali e ristoranti attorno al tempio. Non lontana da Fuzimiao (fermata metro). Camera silenziosa, ottimo materasso. Purtroppo non c'era distinzione tra acqua calda e fredda. Ci si poteva solo scottare sotto la doccia . Il bagno si allaga perché non c'è separazione con la doccia. Ci sono diversi pulsanti per luci da lettura e da riposo, nessuno funzionante. C'è Starbucks a 250 metri per colazione occidentale

Camera e atmosfera molto rilassanti. Siamo rimasti lì per due giorni e ai bambini è piaciuto tantissimo. La città sull'acqua è molto tranquilla. Si trova su Pingjiang Road, a pochi passi dal Museo di Suzhou, dal Giardino dell'Umile Amministratore, dal Museo di Suzhou Zhuangyuan, ecc., e non lontano dalla metropolitana. Tornerò la prossima volta.

Mi è piaciuto davvero stare in questo hotel. È situato proprio nel centro della città, rendendo molto conveniente andare intorno. Ci è un centro commerciale direttamente collegato all'hotel, quindi trovare cibo e opzioni da mangiare è stato molto facile. L'hotel è molto familiare. Ci siamo fermati al piano superiore, e la vista era assolutamente sorprendente potevamo vedere sia il mare che le montagne. Il nostro bambino l'amava così tanto. Tuttavia, per gli ospiti che temono alti come mio marito, questa potrebbe non essere la scelta migliore, perché è probabilmente il più alto edificio della città. L'hotel è aperto da molti anni dall'esterno, ma l'interno è ancora moderno, pulito e ben mantenuto. La colazione ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni internazionali. In generale, abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza e siamo stati molto impressionati dal nostro soggiorno.

Fantastic hotel. This hotel is right by Lake Tai. It has full five-star service and facilities and a great breakfast buffet spread. There’s a well attended garden within the hotel, and is walking distance to popular destinations. Room is very clean and very quiet. Very warm too despite cold spring weather. 10/10 will recommend and come again. My family loved every bit of it.

The room is nice and clean. I request for a high floor room during check in and they arrange for my room to be on 61 Floor and the night view is amazing. Thank you 😀😍 It is a pity i did not manage to take the photo of day view as it is foggy when i wake up the next morning. The location is super convenient. There are many restaurants and shopping mall nearby, within 5 to 10 mins walk.

New hotel, friendly staff but is going to be outdated soon. Bad sound proofing , lots of drunk Chinese people shouting in the corridor at night time. The breakfast variety is so poor for Europeans. Please teach your staff in the restaurant to cook sunny side up eggs and refill the dishes without reminding. Overall, it’s not “real Hilton” experience.

Questo hotel è bellissimo e il personale è gentilissimo! Il mio unico rammarico è di aver avuto il tempo di trascorrere qui solo una notte, mi fermerei volentieri molto di più! I giardini sono incantevoli, le camere sono pulite e spaziose. La reception mi ha aiutato a prenotare un taxi per la mattina presto, dato che dovevo essere in aeroporto alle 5 del mattino, il che è stato utile perché non parlo mandarino, quindi non ero sicuro di poterne prenotare uno da solo. 5 stelle!

UUtente ospiteNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here. Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around. In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room. When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture? Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc. Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us. These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

Although check-in was at 3 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in for an additional fee. Accommodation We stayed in two types of rooms during our visit: Single Room - Spacious and located in a peaceful, quiet area of the property. RV Room - Situated near the camping area where families and friends gather around a large bonfire for singing, BBQ, and games. **Ratings** Staff: 8/10 - Friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Shuttle Service: 10/10 - The driver was exceptionally pleasant and always smiling. Since my daughter has asthma and walking long distances is difficult for her, we frequently requested shuttle service between locations. This was especially helpful as ride-share drivers typically drop off at the entrance, which is quite a walk from the rooms and facilities. Breakfast: 10/10 - Excellent variety of traditional Chinese dishes. They were accommodating when my husband requested takeout. Cleanliness: 10/10 - Both rooms were clean, including the beds, towels, and bathrooms. As my daughter’s asthma is triggered by dust, I was pleased that the rooms were clean enough that she didn’t experience any sneezing or symptoms. We all slept well for the entire five days. **Things to Consider** It’s highly recommended to have your own car, as the property is quite far from the city center. If you enjoy nature and outdoor activities, this place is ideal. Activities include: - ATV rides - Fishing area - Playground (note: adults are charged rather than children, so it’s more economical for only one adult to enter) - Small animal area featuring rabbits, ostriches, and llamas (15 RMB entry) - Train ride (30 RMB) The coffee shop has a wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic appeal, making it popular for photos. The property itself is spacious and perfect for leisurely walks. There’s also a temple nearby, approximately 20 minutes away by car. **Challenges We Faced** My daughter developed a fever and experienced diarrhea during our stay. When I called the front desk for help, the staff member wasn’t very accommodating and suggested my husband go buy medicine. This was difficult for us as foreigners who don’t speak the language well. I felt sad and helpless, especially when we couldn’t get any taxis or cabs to pick us up. We wanted to take her to the hospital, but no cabs were available. However, the next morning, a staff member spoke with me who was extremely kind and accommodating. They even offered to drive my daughter to the hospital, which I declined because we needed to catch our train and she was feeling better after taking medicine. They drove us to the South Railway Station and thoughtfully gave my daughter bags and drinks. It was a very kind gesture that we truly appreciated.

KKweenbellyQuesta è letteralmente la migliore sistemazione in cui abbia mai soggiornato in vita mia. La proprietaria è così commovente, ha preparato un mazzo di fiori all'uncinetto che si illumina per il mio compleanno, un enorme vassoio di frutta (coltivato in casa) e fiori raccolti a mano in un vaso. Per non parlare dei dettagli di questo posto: pazzeschi, ti senti come se fossi in paradiso. Non posso che consigliarlo vivamente.

MM348342****Consiglio vivamente questo hotel, è stato in assoluto il migliore in cui ho soggiornato durante il mio viaggio! La vista dall'hotel è semplicemente mozzafiato, ogni angolo rivela il fascino del Jiangnan. Le piante nel giardino sono disposte con cura e armonia; sia che ci si sieda nella hall o ci si affacci dal balcone della camera, si è circondati da un paesaggio elegante. Ogni foto scattata qui è degna di essere condivisa sui social! Avevo aggiunto in anticipo su WeChat Anbo, del reparto relazioni con gli ospiti, e mi ha assegnato una camera con una vista panoramica molto caratteristica di Suzhou. I cuscini nella stanza erano perfettamente morbidi, una volta appoggiata la testa non volevo più alzarmi. C'erano anche tappetini da yoga e una bilancia. Il servizio dell'hotel è stato super attento, il personale sempre sorridente e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Anche quando c'è stato un piccolo inconveniente, è stato risolto con prontezza e grande disponibilità nei confronti degli ospiti. La colazione dell'hotel è stata ancora più sorprendente, con una varietà tale da rendere difficile la scelta! Il brodo dei noodle in stile Suzhou era fresco e saporito, il pane appena sfornato era croccante e morbido, e c'erano anche una varietà di piatti caldi cinesi e occidentali, frutta fresca e dolci raffinati. Gli ingredienti erano freschi e il sapore eccellente, ogni boccone era pura felicità. Questo hotel è un vero paradiso, la prossima volta che verrò a Suzhou lo sceglierò di nuovo!

UUtente ospiteBest hotel service throughout my trip in China this time! Hotel staff are really attentive, friendly and helpful. They patiently answered my questions, helped me carry my luggage to the room, helped us book a grand canal boat trip (near the Confucius Temple) and drove us to the location and waited until we finish the boat trip and drove us back to the hotel. No telephone in the room, so make sure to add the hotel wechat to communicate with staff. They also helped me visit a silk mini museum/factory/store, since I wanted to buy a silk quilt (again they drove me to location, waited, and drove me back to hotel). Very happy, since I successfully bought a 5 pounds-weight silk quilt (equal to 2.5 kg of silk) for a good price! I've tried the silk quilt at home, very soft and comfortable, and had a very good night sleep. In front of the hotel there is a road construction (government project), so when I left for airport, staff again drove me to the main street and waited until my didi car arrived. As you can see in the picture, the hotel is really pretty. It was converted from a historical mansion. The hotel is next to pingjiang road, so don't be surprised if in the afternoon there are street photoshoots (girls in hanfu and photographer) in front of the hotel. Bed was comfortable, and there is a wide sofa next to the window. The room is equipped with coffee machine, and there is an air purifying machine so you can drink water from the machine (can be set for warm, cold, or hot water). There is a mini refrigerator with beverages, mostly free for drink (milk, soda, water), while for beers need to purchase. They also gave a welcome fruit and biscuits in a basket. The room key was very pretty. Bathroom was divided into 3 parts (WC, wash basin, shower room) and also really pretty. When I left, they still gave me a packet of souvenir containing Suzhou's snack (nut, preserved fruit, biscuit, etc). For breakfast, staff will ask your preference (chinese or western style). I chose chinese style and they provided noodle, pork, etc. Very delicious! Staying in pingjiang road is very convenient. Many attractions are in walking distance (from several meters to 2 km), such as pipayu performance, kunqu museum, humble administrator's garden, etc. Many performances nearby in the afternoon and evening that you can choose. Overall I really in enjoy my stay in this hotel. Will stay here again if I visit Suzhou in the future. Thank you!

UUtente ospiteWe were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂 The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally. For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁 Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.
