Regno Unito: hotel con spa nella provincia di West Yorkshire

All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly during my stay which added to the experience. The hotel is truly lovely and the setting is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and the views from the rooms and bar were amazing but it’s the high level of customer service that makes me want to return and recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Wakefield.

Ho fatto la prenotazione al 12-07 arrivando a circa 3-15 - 3-30 e avevo richiesto un modulo aggiuntivo ma è stato detto che questo non era possibile perché avevo fatto la prenotazione tardiva e la ricezione non aveva alcun!! Sono cabine forestali e avrei dovuto pensare che si trattasse di una richiesta comune e di un'ulteriore scheda disponibile facilmente. La cabina è stata riscaldata da un riscaldatore elettrico mobile che ha richiesto ore per riscaldare la cabina. Le porte erano chiuse con difficoltà, probabilmente a causa di pitture ripetute, e le maniche di metallo erano dipinte; la porta esterna non si chiuse dall'interno. Non c'era posto dove stare in cabina, non c'era superficie libera per impostare le cose come l'unica superficie adatto, un desk, aveva una TV in piedi liberi su di essa; c'era un guardaroba, ma si scioglieva disgustosa. Il cibo era buono, ma il servizio era lento perché il ristorante sembrava sottoscritto con il barista di te che aiutava come cameriere. La struttura è bella e il personale è molto piacevole.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel at Xmas. This year I had an issue with a another travel partner that failed to communicate booking details with me and then claimed my booking was not on their system despite it showing up on the hotel’s system. Ruby & Suzanne at reception were phenomenal. Their kindness, persistence and excellent customer service were second to none. I am so grateful to them. In addition the grounds of this hotel are stunning, it’s a great location, very clean, comfortable and brilliantly priced. If you’re visiting Bradford or Leeds I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an overnight stay for dinner and breakfast and were very impressed with the hotel, set in an old Manor House which is well maintained to keep the original style alive. The food was nice and the experience was great even despite the original restaurant room being closed for refurbishments. The bar is set in the Manor House’s drawing room which made for a nice setting after having dinner in the evening. Overall it was a very nice stay and was reasonably priced for what was on offer and we hope to stay again!

The hotel is very picturesque and traditional. I attended a family wedding and the food and service was exceptional. Breakfast was ample and served in a beautiful room. Our room was a twin and quite functional, but the bathroom could perhaps do with a little tlc. I was disappointed that we couldn’t use the spa - because we didn’t know we had to pre-book, and unfortunately it was fully subscribed. I would stay here again and it was good value for money.

Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno, ma penso che dovrebbero avere un rapido prelievo AV come attualmente dovevamo prelevare overnite per ottenere il pieno prelievo sulla macchina.

Abbiamo avuto un meraviglioso, troppo breve soggiorno 😊 un bellissimo hotel e camera presentata, una vista magnifica e assolutamente la più bella squadra professionale, che erano professionali, efficienti, gentili e cortesi

Il personale era carino, utile e il servizio era grande. Tuttavia, ci siamo stati consegnato tardi mentre erano in ritardo per la pulizia. Non sarebbe di solito un problema, ma abbiamo solo bisogno di entrare, lasciare le valigie e andare. Il personale ha cercato di preparare la stanza, che era grande, e la stanza era buona, un po' stanca, aveva bisogno di un po' di aggiornamento/riparazione, perché mancava un portatoio e il tappeto era sbattuto dalla finestra, ma altrimenti era bello. Alcuni dei corridoi erano un po'odoranti per qualche ragione, ci sono plug-in per cercare di coprire questo, ma non sembravano fare molto. Non aveva cibo, quindi non posso commentare

Che scoprimento! Il ristorante e il bar sono solo bellissimi e le camere sono così sorprendenti.
