I had a fantastic stay at Thistle Express Hotel Luton! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary refreshments and the strong Wi-Fi, which made my stay even more convenient. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Luton, close to shops, restaurants, and transport links, making it ideal for both business and leisure travellers. Overall, Thistle Express Hotel Luton offers excellent value for money with great service, comfort, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Luton!

Personale gentile e disponibile, letto comodo e camere di buona qualità. Ottima posizione per raggiungere la stazione DART di Luton Airport, a soli 2 minuti a piedi da Luton Airport Parkway e dalla stazione DART di Luton. Consigliatissimo.

Room clean and tidy. Unfortunately a couple of lights were not working in the bathroom so made for a bit of a palaver trying to shower in almost darkness.  The breakfast was good with lots of choice, sadly the coffee in the machine wasn’t of good quality and was very bitter.  The staff were very polite, friendly and professional.  Overall, would choose to stay again.

I had a lovely big room and huge bed , which was comfortable. Large picture windows with view of river & town over the bridge next to the hotel. Room had all the usual amenities- kettle, mugs,, tea, coffee, sugar & milk. Shampoo & bodywash in bathroom, hairdryer. Box of tissues in bathroom. The bathroom has a good size cubicle and good pressure in the shower. I did not use the in house restaurant, so cannot comment. The bar was good and there was a water dispenser on the counter..Great for filling up my water bottle for the day. So lovely to walk out of the hotel and over the bridge to the town, including the excellent museums, or walk along the paths on either side of the river. Only slight downside was the route down the stairs was a bit convoluted, but there were lifts of course.

Comfortable in every respect. Beds & pillows & towels very good. Public doors throughout were scruffy, in need of clean & paint. Room well ventilated should I choose. Please to find windows not nailed up ! Wall heater efficient. Shower poor - the head if shower was not really over me as I tried to stand under it. The mechanism to change water supply from bath taps to over-head-shower was very awkward. Someone less able might have given up on it. Room 112. Generally very happy with booking. Carpark was easy. Plenty of spaces & sensible manouvering room. Disappointed for solo traveller that the bedroom door security is still inadequate. No double lock or guard, despite media publicity about Travelodge bedroom security.

Great location for a early escape to Luton airport or late flight in. Have used them a few times because they have the best food on site compared to other local hotels so I find them the best overall value and experience. Reception staff very helpful and offering room close to lift or quieter away from it. Pleasant room and good value for money. Highlight is their breakfast, incredible buffet breakfast and the top choice if you have a late flight arrival and time to stay and enjoy it in the morning.

Molto convenientemente situato per le nostre esigenze. Bella stanza spaziale Letto confortevole con due opzioni, se necessario Caffè, tè ecc. disponibile quando necessario. La colazione, anche se produce da sola, fate abbastanza opzioni e varietà per iniziare il giorno e il viaggio a casa. Il panorama della porta è molto bello, c'è un fiume, un parco, un grande palazzo, fiori e erba. Il cibo è anche conveniente, molti clienti e persone sono stupide.Il primo piano è tutto ristorante, e ci sono molti tavoli fuori. Ma è facile mangiare al piano di sotto.Più di otto ore, perché il tempo è diverso, voglio dormire presto, ma la testa ha suonato, il mal di testa è crollato, e soprattutto è in letto.Sento il suono di una macchina, pensavo fosse un sistema di vento fresco. Quando si arriva al corridoio, si scopre che l'intero corridoio è una voce più grande. Sapevo che il cambiamento di stanza era lo stesso effetto, ma non poteva resistere alle consigli entusiastiche della signorina Trip.com.Si è detto che era un apparecchio di cucina.Wow!La struttura della casa puo'essere problematica e la risonanza è così evidente.Questo è il ritmo più efficiente che la gente si trova nella stanza. La reception ha detto che la cucina si fermerà a più di dieci. Non c'è modo di andare al suo ristorante sotto e bere un cocktail, e andare a letto a piu'di dieci. In futuro, l'hotel sarà scelto per un ristorante di massa per questo primo piano.
