Regno Unito: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Bedfordshire

Di recente ho soggiornato all'Holiday Inn Luton Airport e ho avuto un'esperienza generalmente positiva. La posizione dell'hotel è incredibilmente comoda, soprattutto per i voli di prima mattina, poiché è a pochi passi o con una breve corsa in navetta dal terminal. Le camere erano pulite, moderne e ben tenute, con un letto particolarmente comodo che ha garantito una buona notte di sonno prima di un volo mattutino. Inoltre, il personale è stato accogliente ed efficiente, rendendo il check-in e il check-out fluidi e aiutando con qualsiasi domanda. Il ristorante in loco offre una discreta varietà di pasti e il buffet della colazione era abbondante con una buona gamma di opzioni. Il servizio in camera era rapido e la qualità del cibo era soddisfacente. L'hotel offre anche buoni servizi, tra cui un centro fitness, Wi-Fi gratuito e servizi business, con un ampio parcheggio per chi arriva in auto. Tuttavia, essere vicino all'aeroporto comporta un po' di rumore inevitabile dagli aerei. Sebbene le finestre siano insonorizzate, chi ha il sonno leggero potrebbe comunque notarlo. Sebbene la comodità sia un grande vantaggio, le tariffe possono essere più alte rispetto ad altre sistemazioni vicine, quindi vale la pena prenotare in anticipo per assicurarsi un'offerta migliore. L'area circostante l'hotel è piuttosto funzionale, con poche attrazioni o opzioni di ristorazione al di fuori dell'hotel stesso. Tuttavia, l'Holiday Inn Luton Airport è una scelta solida per coloro che danno priorità alla comodità e al comfort prima o dopo un volo. L'ospitalità del personale e i comfort dell'hotel rendono il soggiorno piacevole nonostante alcuni piccoli inconvenienti.

Il soggiorno era tutto a posto, ma mi dispiaceva del servizio, chiedevo un cuscino per il cuscino del mio bambino perché non c'era letto disponibile. Invece mi fu dato un asciugamano sulla base dura di legno del bastone, che non era adatto per un bambino. In seguito, ho dovuto usare il mio appartamento per il mio bambino e dormire senza di me stesso. Questo è stato molto scomodo e non quello che mi aspettavo da Hilton, dal momento che sono stato in molti dei loro hotel a Dubai e il servizio è stato eccellente! Non sono soddisfatto del livello di servizio offerto qui a Luton.

Posizione fantastica se dovete andare all'aeroporto: proprio fuori dalla stazione di Luton Airport Parkway, a un minuto o due a piedi dalla reception. La camera era pulita e spaziosa e la colazione inclusa, il che è stato un vantaggio. Buona scelta anche per una colazione da hotel economico, con waffle e molte opzioni calde e continentali. Ho trascorso un ottimo soggiorno!

I booked and paid for a superior room based on your offer, as I have stayed in this room before. However, I was given a shabby, small room, number 14. It seems rooms 14 and 15 are reserved for guests you no longer wish to see. The explanation from the friendly receptionist was that the hotel was fully booked, which was not true. She tried to make up for the situation with a practical gift from Champneys, but the claustrophobic room and the difficulty of accessing it with a large suitcase after a long journey were unpleasant. The hotel incorrectly judged me based on my attire, even though I intended to use their facial massage services, which were very professional, as were their massages and the products they use. Everything that was old seven years ago is now seven years older and even more worn out. Breakfasts are modest but healthy. They could use more fresh herbs, which they once grew in the spa gardens, now overgrown with weeds. Guests leave their plates and glasses on the lawn, and no one picks them up promptly. The spa lacks organization, except on weekends when older women step in to help, solving problems more quickly and efficiently. I am disappointed because it is not fair to deceive customers regarding room types. While the room lacked nothing and was regularly cleaned, it was next to a smelly toilet, and I was promised a superior room but given a standard one, as indicated on the temporary card received upon arrival. However, I must commend the lady who has diligently worked there for 30 years. It would be nice if she were friendly even when not promoting their services. If improvements are not made to the facilities and surroundings, there is no reason for me to return specially after the room switch and no difference in the price.

Friendly staff and very convenient for an early flight The staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. When I first checked in, I realised I had accidentally booked an accessible room — which was enormous and very, very clean. However, because it had a connecting door, someone in the neighbouring room tried to open their side, which completely startled me. When I went downstairs to mention it, the staff didn’t hesitate at all. They immediately offered to move me to another room where I wouldn’t have the anxiety of hearing someone try the connecting door. It was clearly very safe, but I really appreciated how quickly and kindly they responded. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant — the food was fairly average and a little on the expensive side, although the atmosphere was lively and, again, the staff were very friendly. One downside is that the walls seem quite thin. Around 12:30am a group checked in and were talking loudly in the corridor for about half an hour, which woke me up. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. In fairness, I didn’t call reception at the time — and based on how helpful they were earlier, I suspect they would have dealt with it quickly. Checking out was easy, and I walked to the airport in the morning. It’s actually a very straightforward walk — especially once you get past the roundabout and go under the road. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you have an early flight from Luton.

We were staying only for one night as early flight from Luton airport. Location is perfect close to the shops and Main Street only few minutes walk from the train station and bus station .  Hotel was lovely for what we’ve paid only thing it was very hot day and night and you don’t have air conditioning in the rooms but at least they give you air cooler  Beds were comfortable only thing I would say is the pillows they are to hard the rest very good . Staff very friendly we’ve been offered early breakfast as we would missed the breakfast due to early checked out so we got lots of croissants 😄😄free hot drinks available at the reception,perfect ! No fridge in the rooms

Molto convenientemente situato per le nostre esigenze. Bella stanza spaziale Letto confortevole con due opzioni, se necessario Caffè, tè ecc. disponibile quando necessario. La colazione, anche se produce da sola, fate abbastanza opzioni e varietà per iniziare il giorno e il viaggio a casa. Il personale che abbiamo visto era piacevole e molto utile. - Si', lo consiglierei. Grazie.

La camera era pulita e temperata, ma purtroppo alcune luci non lavoravano nel bagno, così facendo un po' di parola per cercare di fare una doccia in quasi buio.  Il colazione era buono con molte scelte, purtroppo il caffè nella macchina non era di buona qualità e era molto amaro.  Il personale era molto gentile, amichevole e professionale.  In generale, volevo restare di nuovo.

Ho avuto una bella camera grande e un letto enorme, che era comodo. Grandi finestre di foto con vista sul fiume e sulla città sopra il ponte vicino all'hotel. La stanza aveva tutte le strutture usuali- caramelle, muffole, tè, caffè, zucchero e latte. Shampoo e lavastoviglie in bagno, asciugacapelli. Cassa di tessuti in bagno. Il bagno ha un buon cubico di dimensioni e una buona pressione nel doccia. Non ho usato il ristorante in casa, quindi non posso commentare. Il bar era buono e c'era un distributore d'acqua sul contatore... grande per riempire la mia bottiglia d'acqua per il giorno. È bello andare fuori dall'hotel e attraverso il ponte alla città, compresi gli eccellenti musei, o camminare lungo le strade su entrambi i lati del fiume. Solo un po'sotto era la strada verso le scale, un po' convolte, ma ci sono stati gli ascensori.
