Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) My husband and I stayed here overnight after arriving back in London on a late flight. Overall, it was a great experience that provided the restful night we desperately needed. The Pros: * Thoughtful Room Design: The room was surprisingly spacious with a good-sized, comfortable bed. We were particularly impressed by the clever toilet door design—it can also be swung across to separate the shower area, offering a bit of extra privacy. * Great Bathroom: The shower had fantastic water pressure and came with complimentary Dove-sponsored shampoo and shower gel. * Perks & Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast is always a plus, and while the selection was mostly standard English breakfast items along with yogurt and cereal (okay, nothing extraordinary), the highlight was definitely the takeaway coffee option—fantastic if you need to grab and go for a flight. * Value & Location: The price and location are hard to beat for an airport stay. The Cons & Minor Notes: * The Walk: The only real con is that the walk from the airport to the hotel takes about 10 minutes. * The View: There isn't much of a view (ours looked out at the car park), but that didn't bother us at all since most guests are just there for a quick sleep and a shower. Final Verdict: All in all, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. It’s reasonably priced and very convenient, especially if you need a place to crash before catching an early morning flight (though it worked well for our late arrival, too!).

Hotel molto moderno e pulito. Buona attrezzatura e attrezzatura nella stanza. Camere non massiccio ma abbastanza grande per le esigenze normali. Molto buona doccia, buon controllo del tempo e flusso d'acqua. Camminare facilmente in città per pub e ristoranti. Parcheggio auto molto limitato, prenotazione essenziale a £15 per notte. Ho visto altri parchi auto vicino. Solo dellusione è stato la camera sicura non funzionava e il frigo non era freddo. Il personale sul sito era anche amichevole. Vale la pena rimanere a se la visita Luton.

Posizione perfetta per chi arriva in treno dall'aeroporto... letteralmente a due minuti a piedi! Sono rimasto sorpreso di trovare una palestra davvero ben attrezzata, che avevo tutta per me. Colazione ottima con macchina per i waffle. Ho già prenotato di nuovo!

I booked and paid for a superior room based on your offer, as I have stayed in this room before. However, I was given a shabby, small room, number 14. It seems rooms 14 and 15 are reserved for guests you no longer wish to see. The explanation from the friendly receptionist was that the hotel was fully booked, which was not true. She tried to make up for the situation with a practical gift from Champneys, but the claustrophobic room and the difficulty of accessing it with a large suitcase after a long journey were unpleasant. The hotel incorrectly judged me based on my attire, even though I intended to use their facial massage services, which were very professional, as were their massages and the products they use. Everything that was old seven years ago is now seven years older and even more worn out. Breakfasts are modest but healthy. They could use more fresh herbs, which they once grew in the spa gardens, now overgrown with weeds. Guests leave their plates and glasses on the lawn, and no one picks them up promptly. The spa lacks organization, except on weekends when older women step in to help, solving problems more quickly and efficiently. I am disappointed because it is not fair to deceive customers regarding room types. While the room lacked nothing and was regularly cleaned, it was next to a smelly toilet, and I was promised a superior room but given a standard one, as indicated on the temporary card received upon arrival. However, I must commend the lady who has diligently worked there for 30 years. It would be nice if she were friendly even when not promoting their services. If improvements are not made to the facilities and surroundings, there is no reason for me to return specially after the room switch and no difference in the price.

Personale amichevole e molto conveniente per un volo precoce Il personale dell'hotel è eccezionalmente amichevole e utile.Quando mi sono iscritto per la prima volta, mi sono reso conto di aver prenotato una stanza accessibile che era enorme e molto pulito. Tuttavia, perché aveva una porta connessa, qualcuno nella stanza vicina ha cercato di aprire il loro lato, che mi ha completamente attaccato. Quando sono andato a letto per parlarne, il personale non esitava a farlo; immediatamente mi hanno offerto di trasferirmi in un'altra stanza dove non avrei avuto l'ansia di sentire qualcuno provare la porta di collegamento. Uno dei punti è che le pareti sembrano piuttosto sottili. Circa le 12:30am un gruppo ha controllato e parlava al corridoio per circa mezz'ora, che mi ha svegliato. Se sei un sonnoletto leggero, consiglierei di portare le penderie. In equità, non ho chiamato la ricezione all'epoca e sulla base di quanto fossero utili prima, sospetto che avrebbero affrontato rapidamente. Il check-out era facile, e io andai all'aeroporto di mattina. E' in realtà una passeggiata molto semplice soprattutto quando si passa attraverso il giro e si va sotto la strada. Avrei sicuramente raccomandato questo hotel se si dispone di un volo precoce da Luton.

We were staying only for one night as early flight from Luton airport. Location is perfect close to the shops and Main Street only few minutes walk from the train station and bus station .  Hotel was lovely for what we’ve paid only thing it was very hot day and night and you don’t have air conditioning in the rooms but at least they give you air cooler  Beds were comfortable only thing I would say is the pillows they are to hard the rest very good . Staff very friendly we’ve been offered early breakfast as we would missed the breakfast due to early checked out so we got lots of croissants 😄😄free hot drinks available at the reception,perfect ! No fridge in the rooms

Molto convenientemente situato per le nostre esigenze. Bella stanza spaziale Letto confortevole con due opzioni, se necessario Caffè, tè ecc. disponibile quando necessario. La colazione, anche se produce da sola, fate abbastanza opzioni e varietà per iniziare il giorno e il viaggio a casa. Il personale che abbiamo visto era piacevole e molto utile. - Si', lo consiglierei. Grazie.

Never expected the hotel to look so good for a hotel that was refurbished, I would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for the best stay and standards of a hotel. Customer service and check in was amazing and so was the breakfast team. Would come again! You also have kayaking right outside of the hotel by the lake, if you’re looking for fun activities to get right onto once you step out of the hotel.
