Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per il nostro viaggio al Daxing Wildlife Park e ci hanno offerto due biglietti gratuiti per il parco, colazione inclusa. L'hotel dispone anche di un'ampia area giochi all'aperto e di uno zoo con carote. La camera familiare è piena di giocattoli e i bambini si sono divertiti così tanto con il passeggino che non volevano più andarsene. La camera è dotata anche di servizi per bambini, tra cui una scaletta, set di spazzolini da denti e pantofole. Il direttore, Jia Rui, è stato incredibilmente disponibile, contattandoci anche prima dell'arrivo per discutere di eventuali richieste. Un suggerimento potrebbe essere quello di aggiungere un seggiolino per il WC per bambini e tappare le prese più basse.

The room is amazing, staff also offered a free room upgrade just because of the cold weather 🤗 Breakfast is good also, must try the handmade noddles! The airport shuttle bus just outside the hotel, restaurants also available opposite the road. Take note some of the restaurants close at 930pm.

Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

This was without question one of the most beautiful and memorable stays I have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness, warmth, and attention to detail were exceptional throughout our stay. Every interaction felt sincere and heartfelt, which made the experience even more special. The property itself is stunning. Surrounded by mountains and nature, it offers a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a true escape from everyday life. The infinity pool was absolutely breathtaking—especially at sunset. Swimming while overlooking the mountains felt like something from a dream. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail had clearly been carefully considered, and the views from the room were spectacular. The breakfast and afternoon tea were another highlight. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and presented with great care. More importantly, you could feel the effort and hospitality behind every meal. It wasn’t just food—it was an experience that reflected the passion and dedication of the team. What truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt cared for and at home. I have stayed in many hotels and guesthouses, but this place is truly special. If you are looking for beautiful scenery, tranquility, exceptional service, and a memorable experience, I cannot recommend it highly enough. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Shangri-La. La posizione è perfetta! molto vicino alla spiaggia, che rendeva tutto ancora più piacevole. Il cibo era delizioso, e il servizio in camera, così come tutti i membri del personale, erano incredibilmente caldi, gentili e attenti. Inizialmente avevamo previsto di rimanere per due notti, ma ci piaceva tanto che ci siamo prolungati per un'altra notte. La piscina era pulita e ben mantenuta. Ci siamo davvero goditi del nostro tempo per le biciclette marittime lungo la spiaggia, alimentando i marinai, e prendendo bellissime foto. Era una splendida e memorabile esperienza.

L'ambiente dell'hotel è eccellente, con un concetto di design innovativo. Il letto king-size offre una vista rilassante semplicemente aprendo le tende. La camera è spaziosa e ben arredata. Tuttavia, sarebbe ancora meglio se il pavimento fosse privo di macchie d'acqua dopo essere stato lavato, se la stanza avesse un profumo più fresco (c'era un odore di pesce dopo aver lavato il pavimento) e se i prodotti da bagno fossero di qualità superiore. La colazione viene servita presso il ristorante adiacente Luyu, ma la gestione è stata un po' deludente. Arrivati ​​alle 9:30, non c'era nessuno ad accompagnarci al tavolo; abbiamo dovuto trovare i nostri posti da soli e nessuno ha sparecchiato prontamente. Sebbene il cibo in sé fosse all'altezza, il congelatore che conservava pane e pasticcini presentava evidenti problemi igienici, sia all'interno che all'esterno. In breve, questo hotel ha chiari punti di forza e di debolezza, ma il servizio di maggiordomo efficiente, l'eccellente panorama e il design, e gli animali puliti e amichevoli lo rendono comunque un'esperienza che vale la pena provare.

È stato un ottimo soggiorno di una notte dopo un lungo giorno. È stato in grado di controllare in anticipo, così che il mio bagaglio potesse essere lasciato all'hotel prima di andarmene per la mia riunione. Il personale è molto amichevole e accogliente, il cibo è grande, la camera ha un confortevole spazio di lavoro e il letto è estremamente confortevole. Resterò certamente quando sarò in città.
