We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

The room is amazing, staff also offered a free room upgrade just because of the cold weather 🤗 Breakfast is good also, must try the handmade noddles! The airport shuttle bus just outside the hotel, restaurants also available opposite the road. Take note some of the restaurants close at 930pm.

超級滿意的一次住宿體驗！她家是我住過的第二家讓我覺很乾凈很乾凈很乾凈的酒店。應該算是當地的老牌酒店，但是酒店【設施維護的很好】！一點都舊不破！ 【位置】：【住宿安靜】【交通便利】，離山海關很近，離老龍頭十多分鐘的車程。附近【吃飯也很方便】，她家【福臨門酒店】的飯也好吃，可以送到房間。我們衹挖沙子趕海，老龍頭的免費沙灘浴場有小魚小螃蟹，連着去了兩天。 【價格】：【同樣品質】的酒店她家很便宜！！！ 【衞生】：【超級棒！！！】 從大門口——辦理入住大廳——客房，都很整潔，很乾凈。保潔阿姨一直在擦擦擦👏 看酒店衞生，最先看的就是衞生間。她家衞生間乾淨沒有異味兒，也很乾爽。一個酒店的衞生間都很用心的去打掃，其他就不用太擔心了。洗澡是大噴頭。 房間也是超級乾淨！沒有異味！就是很棒！ 【早餐】：好吃呀～品類不多，但都很好吃，食材新鮮，隨時補少了的餐食。牛奶咖啡粥，主食，涼菜炒菜，水果，小點心。 【服務】： 保安大哥可負責了，每次停車都會在車位幫忙看着。 酒店客房部服務員小姐姐們服務超級貼心，合理的要求全都很盡心的去服務。看我們帶着倆寶寶還給我們升級了房間。特別感謝👍 房間很多，如果想入住，可以提前撥打酒店電話問有沒有空房。 下次來山海關還要住【福臨門酒店】！

感覺一定要評論點啥，這是五星級的喜來登嗎？但是我真的很無語： 首先是停車難。酒店門口有停車位，數量也還可以，我們晚上五點多到的，不算晚，但是沒有地方停車了，保安讓我們繞到酒店後面，我們也不知道情況，繞了一圈也沒有，又回到酒店樓前，保安説就是要停到樓後的大馬路上…然後走過來，大冷天，黑布隆冬的…樓門前的臨停車位不少，不讓停，説明天有劇組什麼的要留…但是明明就是有車停着呢！氣死！這要是王府井我也就不説啥了，您這裏這麼大地方，沒法停車？不規劃停車，讓客人大黑天拖着行李走好幾百米…無語至極！ 然後入住，酒店沒有小童圍欄，這個都好説，但是這個洗澡的也是絕了，頂噴一打開，水都是從頂噴與牆之間的大縫子裏出來的，感覺再開一會頂噴就要掉下來了，花灑也是一打開水挺大的，然後調到熱水立馬就就是小細水了…然後就是枕頭巨高，睡了一覺頭暈…床軟…電視小…窗簾破大洞…最最最無語的是酒店配的梳子，八百年前不到透明塑料梳子…現在我不知道還有什麼酒店還在用…震驚到我了！ 酒店的工作人員態度都很好，就是用很好的態度和你不停的説對不起… 總而言之，我沒覺得我住的是五星級的酒店！真是開了眼了，喜來登的水平震驚我了！不會再住，也不會推薦！

Adoro questo posto! L'atmosfera è assolutamente fantastica ed è un bel posto per rilassarsi con molte attività da fare, anche se sfortunatamente abbiamo trascorso solo una notte qui perché avevamo programmato solo di fare un'escursione a Jin Shan Ling, ma torneremo sicuramente per altre cose il prossimo round! Il servizio e l'ospitalità sono di prim'ordine e assolutamente grato di avere un personale così gentile che era super cordiale e caloroso. L'hotel era vicino a Jin Shan Ling (a circa 5 minuti di macchina) e si sono persino offerti di accompagnarci e venirci a prendere avanti e indietro dall'hotel e da Jin Shan Ling. All'interno dell'hotel, erano preoccupati che avessimo freddo, quindi ci hanno trasportato nella nostra camera dato che la nostra camera era a pochi minuti a piedi, e ci hanno portato dalla nostra camera all'atrio quando volevamo uscire nelle loro aree relax lì che si trasformavano sarà davvero rilassante. Servivano pasti super sontuosi tra cui un set di pentole calde che era ottimo per l'inverno e ci hanno persino offerto piatti gratuiti come parte del solstizio d'inverno. Uno dei membri dello staff, di nome Henry Zhang, ci ha fatto fare un giro nel loro centro espositivo mostrando le varie aree panoramiche di 四季山, 金山岭 e 北京城! Abbiamo apprezzato la condivisione della sua esperienza e la spiegazione ai vari siti di attrazione, abbiamo apprezzato il dolce gesto dato che in realtà non doveva farlo ma lo ha fatto! La camera era assolutamente fantastica e spaziosa, estremamente pulita e confortevole con stufe all'interno dei bagni, il che era super bello. È stata una buona notte di riposo per noi. La colazione era composta da piatti locali, anch'essi ottimi e super abbondanti (panini, uova, porridge, bastoncini di pasta, piatti freddi speciali). Tutto sommato, non abbiamo avuto lamentele dal momento in cui abbiamo effettuato il check-in, l'esperienza ci è piaciuta moltissimo e ci ha fatto venire voglia di prenotare di nuovo presto un altro viaggio qui! 特别喜欢这里的服务, 在这里住的很舒服也非常开心.好美的地方和人,令我都马上想在订下一趟旅程来这里了!好可惜我们只住了一晚因为我们本来只是想爬金山岭，如果能待多几天那该多好。。简直完美! ❤️

Signore del servizio della reception, carità.La stanza è particolarmente tranquilla e pulita.Il mobilio è in legno. Il divano della sala soggiorno può diventare un letto, il tempo è un po' freddo e il letto è caldo.Il letto della camera da letto può essere morbido e riscaldato.La posizione è anche molto buona.Nel centro della piccola città.Il sedile è anche per qualche minuto. Il caldo è anche molto comodo.Raccomandazione, forte raccomandazione!!!

PROS: personale, impianti, alimenti CONS: Location In primo luogo, vorrei ringraziare il personale per l'eccellente servizio, in particolare, vorrei che il direttore riconoscesse il mio nome Meijiaxue per il suo aiuto.Il personale parla inglese minimo, ma ha lavorato molto duramente per comprenderci e darci un'attenzione speciale. Mi consiglio di avere un conto di chat disponibile per gli stranieri per contattare il desktop frontale per una facile traduzione. Il mio nome è Meijiaxue, che ci ha collegato in questo modo, tramite la nostra richiesta. Lei è andata fuori per aiutarci a prenotare una macchina, ordinare cibo e comprare prodotti. L'hotel e i luoghi sono bellissimi. Le camere sono stupende e si sentono molto alto, lussuoso. L'edificio è nuovo e ben mantenuto. Shampoo, sapone e condizionatore è un bel lavender e minta, prodotto naturale. Al momento dell'arrivo, vi sono permessi per l'alimentazione alpaca e la disegno di DIY. Abbiamo fatto solo l'alimentazione alpaca che ci ha voluto solo 5 minuti ma è stato molto divertente. Il buffet per colazione è stato ben fatto e non ci sono cibi sufficienti per solo 24 camere, principalmente cibo cinese, ma alcuni piatti occidentali. La posizione era l'unica caduta. Pensavo di essere a soli 15 minuti dal centro e la spiaggia non sarebbe stato un problema per un taxi. Tuttavia, era quasi impossibile ottenere un taxi o Didi. Non c'è altro nella zona, quindi non ci sono auto nella zona. Una notte volevamo andare a cena e aspettava un'ora cercando di prendere una macchina, prima di rinunciare. Poi il personale ci ha aiutato a ordinare al cibo invece. Se si può ottenere una macchina, è solo circa 20mmb a DT, quando siamo stati in grado di ottenere una macchina. In generale, mi rivolgerò assolutamente a un'altra visita e consigliere, idealmente con una macchina.

Overall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.
