From arrival, the warmth and professionalism were outstanding: we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks, and the 24/7 complimentary shuttle service made exploring Aranya effortless — prompt, courteous drivers took us anywhere in the resort (Chapel, Lonely Library, beaches, cafes) in minutes. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly, anticipating every need and responding instantly to requests. The resort itself is a masterpiece of restrained luxury and healing design . Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

Intorno all'hotel non c'è molto, ma è in una zona molto tranquilla e rilassante, immerso nella natura e con vista sulla muraglia in lontananza. L'ingresso per la sezione di Jingshanling è a 5min di macchina. Per arrivare: treno da Pechino a Gubeikou. Transfer privato organizzato dall'hotel (contattato tramite WeChat) dalla stazione all'hotel per 80 renminbi a tratta. Per andare alla muraglia: transfer privato organizzato dall'hotel alla sezione di Jingshanling (entrata dove c'è la funivia), 40 renminbi andata e ritorno.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn store when I visited Shijiazhuang for the first time, I liked it so much I always stay here. Then I reserve this hotel often for my daughter’s frequent visits to Shijiazhuang, and after her stay this time, she strongly urged me to write a review since she was so impressed by the manager 賈曉玲 who helped her to find an up-graded room while the front desk could not get her into a room after the regular check-in time(probably due to the May One holiday crowd). I sincerely appreciate 賈曉玲 for her helpfulness and kind gesture. I’d say, as a busy traveler myself, I see what she did truly represent the best of of the hospitality business, and for what she had done for my daughter( as well as me), she gained a faithful customer for life.
