La suite è incredibilmente grande, con un soggiorno e un tavolo da mahjong. L'ambiente è fantastico, anche la colazione è piuttosto buona e il personale della reception è molto gentile e ci ha persino offerto un piccolo piatto di frutta. Grazie mille!!! Anche la piscina è molto bella e riscaldata, quindi ci siamo divertiti un sacco. La trapunta in camera è stata sostituita con una sottile, molto comoda. Questo è un hotel fantastico e il servizio è eccezionale. Raccomanderò a chiunque venga a Shanhiaguan per la sezione capo del vecchio Drangon della Grande Muraglia della Cina di rimanere in questo luogo come il suo centro per tutti e nella città antica di Shanhiaguan!!

Il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo a Langfang, consiglio vivamente questo hotel e l'esperienza di soggiornarci di nuovo è stata molto positiva. Questa volta ho soggiornato nell'Area A. Era comodo salire al piano superiore. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, pulita e ordinata, dotata di tutti i comfort e molto calda. La ragazza alla reception è carina e il servizio è molto buono. Vengono preparati limonata e longan, datteri rossi e tè alle bacche di goji. I dipendenti sono tutti molto entusiasti. Mi piace molto la colazione. Ne esistono di molti tipi. Mi piace bere una ciotola di zuppa di montone da sola, con qualche peperone. Ci sono stili occidentali e cinesi, tradizionali ed emergenti, nonché piatti speciali.

酒店位置就在滹沱河旁邊，距離正定古城很近，酒店環境非常好，很像一個大花園，房間很新設施也很齊全。唯一不滿意的地方，就是餐飲！！！非常不滿意！大年初二晚上帶孩子到酒店吃飯，餐廳服務員告知點不了餐，讓我們去正定那邊吃。第二天早上酒店的早餐更令人無語，9點剛過就什麼都沒有了，客人們很着急，服務人員也很着急，都在打電話催促，等到最後也沒有上新，充分體現了酒店餐飲部管理者的失職。最後還是要感謝一下現場的服務人員（初三早上，應該是當天的值班領導），看到我們帶着孩子沒有吃好，特意給我們準備了一些麪包和酸奶，希望酒店給予表彰。總體來説酒店除了餐飲其他還是非常不錯的，可能是過年的原因吧。

酒店距離紅樓幻城很近，大概十分鐘車程。酒店是中式特色，房間古色古香的，實木傢俱。工作人員微笑服務，都非常有耐心服務也很到位。酒店內部拍照打卡比較出片。餐廳大排檔是江蘇菜味道，菜品都不錯。另一個餐廳元善家宴吃魯菜，環境很好，有演出，過年氛圍拉滿了。
頌缽療愈:參加了兩次深睡頌缽工坊，需要提前預約，每次40分鐘，非常放鬆，很有特色。

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.
We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you.
Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant.
It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures**
Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

IIlaha BalakishiyevaOur stay at this beachfront hotel was wonderful. The clean room and stunning ocean views made for a relaxing retreat. Watching the sunrise and strolling along the beach added to the charm. The hot springs in our room were a unique and enjoyable feature.The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience. The dinner buffet, priced at 169 RMB, offered a fantastic variety of seafood and other dishes, making it a must-try. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay and recommend this hotel for its excellent location and amenities.

L'atmosfera è assolutamente fantastica ed è un bel posto per rilassarsi con molte attività da fare, anche se sfortunatamente abbiamo trascorso solo una notte qui perché avevamo programmato solo di fare un'escursione a Jin Shan Ling, ma torneremo sicuramente per altre cose il prossimo round!
Il servizio e l'ospitalità sono di prim'ordine e assolutamente grato di avere un personale così gentile che era super cordiale e caloroso. L'hotel era vicino a Jin Shan Ling (a circa 5 minuti di macchina) e si sono persino offerti di accompagnarci e venirci a prendere avanti e indietro dall'hotel e da Jin Shan Ling. All'interno dell'hotel, erano preoccupati che avessimo freddo, quindi ci hanno trasportato nella nostra camera dato che la nostra camera era a pochi minuti a piedi, e ci hanno portato dalla nostra camera all'atrio quando volevamo uscire nelle loro aree relax lì che si trasformavano sarà davvero rilassante.
Servivano pasti super sontuosi tra cui un set di pentole calde che era ottimo per l'inverno e ci hanno persino offerto piatti gratuiti come parte del solstizio d'inverno.
Uno dei membri dello staff, di nome Henry Zhang, ci ha fatto fare un giro nel loro centro espositivo mostrando le varie aree panoramiche di 四季山, 金山岭 e 北京城! Abbiamo apprezzato la condivisione della sua esperienza e la spiegazione ai vari siti di attrazione, abbiamo apprezzato il dolce gesto dato che in realtà non doveva farlo ma lo ha fatto!
La camera era assolutamente fantastica e spaziosa, estremamente pulita e confortevole con stufe all'interno dei bagni, il che era super bello. È stata una buona notte di riposo per noi.
La colazione era composta da piatti locali, anch'essi ottimi e super abbondanti (panini, uova, porridge, bastoncini di pasta, piatti freddi speciali).
Tutto sommato, non abbiamo avuto lamentele dal momento in cui abbiamo effettuato il check-in, l'esperienza ci è piaciuta moltissimo e ci ha fatto venire voglia di prenotare di nuovo presto un altro viaggio qui!

Dimensione della camera
La stanza era spaziosa e ben progettata, offrendo una grande quantità di spazio per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno sulle corse.
Localizzazione
La posizione dell'hotel è invincibile. Nestled proprio alla base della montagna, offre facile accesso agli ascensori di sci. Se sei un principiante o un skier esperto, apprezzerai quanto sia conveniente colpire le corse prima di mattina.
Pulizia
La pulizia dell'hotel era impeccabile. Da aree comuni alla stanza stessa, tutto era senza spot. E' chiaro che il personale si prende molto orgoglio di mantenere un alto livello di igiene e pulizia, che ha aggiunto al comfort generale del mio soggiorno.
Ambienze
Uno dei punti più importanti per me è stato la disponibilità di una lavatrice all'hotel. Dopo qualche giorno di sci, avere la possibilità di fare lavanderia era un cambiatore di gioco. Mi ha permesso di imballare più leggero e di godere il mio viaggio senza preoccuparmi di correre fuori da vestiti puliti.

Mentre il mio soggiorno era quasi perfetto, ho trovato le offerte per colazione un po' mancanti in varietà. Anche se il cibo era fresco e delizioso, avrei preferito vedere più opzioni sul menu. Alcune scelte aggiuntive aumenterebbero l'esperienza di mangiare e di mangiare a diversi gusti.
In generale, consiglio molto di spostarsi. La combinazione di camere spaziose, ottima posizione, pulizia del giardino e comode strutture rende una scelta fantastica per chiunque voglia godere di una cabina di sci. Se potessero ampliare il menu del colazione, sarebbe davvero una esperienza di cinque stelle!

Aac88The location of the hotel is great. The rooms were clean and generally tidy. I was surprised to find however that there were no disposable slippers although that maybe a hotel policy to prevent waste but I think they should be made available on request.
Breakfast had a good selection and was worth the cost. Sadly, we did not have time to avail of any of the other facilities in the hotel.
The weak point seems to be the check in process. It took far too long, I do not expect to spend fifteen minutes to check into a hotel with a prepaid reservation. There is no issue with language as I can speak Chinese. I realise that there are extra steps to deal with when dealing with overseas guests but they seemed pretty clueless when I presented them with a permanent resident card and insisted on my passport instead. The fact there was no entry stamp in my passport as it is new confused them even more and I had to waste more time finding my old passport which luckily I had with me. I was then asked various questions concerning my travel history which in over a decade in China I have never been asked before and when I asked why they needed this information there was no definitive answer given. I also received a follow up call encouraging me to leave a review and to join their membership program, this is not expected and guests information should not be used for marketing. I expect that a manager will see this review and should note these concerns and speak to their reception team to rectify this.

We stayed at this hotel as a group, and our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel staff were incredibly supportive, flexible, and always willing to help. They truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and assist us with every question that came up during our stay.
We booked a standard apartment suite in the South Wing and a deluxe mountain-view room in the main building, and both were very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety, and having it included for several people was very convenient. The ski package was perfectly organized — ski passes, fast-track access, early cable car boarding, transfers from Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, and additional activities like yoga and Pilates made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
As foreigners, we really appreciated how easy and welcoming everything felt. Thanks to the hotel team, skiing in China left us with a very positive and memorable impression. The location is excellent for skiing, and the mountain views are beautiful.
Overall, the atmosphere was warm, professional, and friendly — we truly felt taken care of.
We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a ski trip or a comfortable stay in the area.

UUtente ospiteL'ambiente di alloggio dell'hotel è molto buono. L'altro lato dell'hotel è il lato del mare. Il manager del personale dell'hotel Wang Zeyu è anche molto attento. I bambini caldi e accompagnati sono molto carini. L'unica delusione è che il talento non può andare alla piscina all'aperto e pianifica di tornare l'estate prossima.
