Molto soddisfatto del servizio e dell'ospitalità in generale. Il servizio navetta gratuito da/per l'aeroporto è davvero comodo. Adoro la torta di fiori halal offerta in omaggio. È la seconda volta che soggiorno qui. Di fronte all'hotel c'è un ristorante halal raggiungibile a piedi, situato nel seminterrato.

We booked 3 rooms , got upgraded to a bigger room on low season end of June . Good location to Kunming old street and Nanping Pedestrian street . Breakfast variety was plenty . I ordered things from Tao bao and they kept for me , I also ordered flower tea from Dali ancient city , mushroom from Lijiang ancient city and it was shipped to here , so we took the parcel on our last day at Kunming before heading to airport . Great service ! Thank you

Se prendete un taxi o noleggiate un'auto, consiglio di impostare come destinazione il ristorante 'Mian Bao Ren'. L'hotel ha una posizione eccellente, proprio accanto al punto panoramico della Montagna del Leone, da cui si può ammirare l'intera città vecchia di Lijiang. È molto comodo per gli spostamenti. Le strutture della camera sono buone, la stanza è molto pulita e ordinata, e il materasso è estremamente morbido e confortevole. L'acqua calda arriva a una velocità adeguata, e ci sono molte cose disponibili. La colazione offre un'ampia scelta e ha un buon sapore. Il servizio è ottimo e premuroso. Il proprietario è molto gentile, ha persino organizzato un'auto privata per venirmi a prendere all'aeroporto di Sanyi quando sono atterrato a notte fonda. L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione, comodo per i trasporti. Il mercato notturno è lì vicino, quindi è facile trovare da mangiare. La camera era pulita e ordinata, e il servizio eccellente. L'hotel è molto vicino al Lago Cuihu, ed è stato davvero piacevole fare una passeggiata al lago al tramonto. Anche il clima dello Yunnan è molto gradevole, e quando il tempo è bello si possono ammirare splendidi tramonti. Il servizio dell'hotel è ottimo, Bonnie è stata molto gentile e il check-in è stato rapidissimo!

Ho soggiornato al Jiasheng Hotel durante questo viaggio d'affari e ho avuto un'ottima esperienza. Innanzitutto, ci sono tre centri commerciali nelle vicinanze: Wanda Plaza, Qicai Plaza e Wuyue Plaza. I trasporti sono molto comodi: dista poco più di 100 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana e 1 chilometro dall'uscita autostradale. La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, a 100 metri dal lago Muchun e a pochi chilometri da Dounan, dal lago Dianchi, dal fiume Laoyu e dalla sorgente di Haiyan. La receptionist è stata molto proattiva ed entusiasta, ci ha fatto il check-in velocemente, ci ha servito il tè e ci ha aiutato con i bagagli. La camera era arredata con gusto e non emanava odori sgradevoli. Il materasso e la doccia erano i dettagli più comodi: un'esperienza davvero meravigliosa. Attualmente offrono un servizio navetta gratuito da e per la stazione ferroviaria. Il proprietario si è mostrato gentile e onesto, molto cordiale e ci ha accompagnato personalmente alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità, condividendo informazioni sulle attrazioni turistiche vicine lungo il percorso. Nel momento in cui sono entrato nel Petal Hotel, sono rimasto profondamente attratto dal suo calore e comfort. Come ospite, ho trascorso qui un soggiorno piacevole e indimenticabile.
Prima di tutto, il servizio del Petal Hotel mi ha fatto sentire molto premuroso. Dalla calorosa accoglienza al momento del check-in all'attenta cura prestata durante il mio soggiorno, ogni membro del personale mi ha fatto sentire come a casa. Avevano sempre un sorriso sulle labbra e rispondevano pazientemente a tutte le mie domande, il che mi ha fatto sentire molto affettuoso.
In secondo luogo, le strutture dell'hotel sono molto complete. Le camere sono spaziose e luminose, arredate in modo accogliente e confortevole. Il letto è morbido e confortevole e mi permette di dormire di alta qualità ogni notte. Volevo un bell'hotel vicino all'aeroporto per una partenza mattutina... il check-in è stato facile e scorrevole, la camera assegnata era eccellente con vista sulla città, l'aria condizionata funzionava bene, ma la moglie ha insistito per aprire le finestre 😒😒
La vista era fantastica, molti negozi locali da visitare e comprare tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Volevo andare al tempio, ma sfortunatamente chiude nel tardo pomeriggio. Consiglio questo hotel a chi deve prendere l'aereo, ci si può arrivare in metro e poi a piedi, ma consiglio la metro e poi il taxi se si hanno bagagli... mi dispiace per la qualità delle foto

UUtente anonimoI recently stayed at this brand-new hotel (opened in 2024), and it was such a nice experience. If you want a place with lots of extras, this is it. They have two pool tables, a small rooftop pool, and two gyms—one for yoga and Pilates with all the equipment, and another with treadmills, bikes, free weights, and even a Smith machine. There’s also a laundry room with washers, which was really handy.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, but you’ll want to arrive early to get the best selection. The staff were all very friendly, but Fei Xiu (绯袖) on WeChat was especially helpful—she answered all my questions quickly and made everything easy.
The location isn’t right on the riverbank near the Starlight Market, but it’s not far from tourist spots either. It’s actually in a good spot if you want a quieter stay while still being close enough to everything.
If you’re looking for a modern, well-equipped hotel with great service, I’d definitely recommend this one!

I dettagli della stanza sono anche molto appassionati di me con la luce calda, le scarpe di calore, e gli specchi di corpo super grandi. Indossare le scarpe per fotografare bene ～ La finestra è tropicale, e le scarpe sono come in vacanza nella stanza.La più sorpresa è la piscina all'aperto! HheeheebotLa mia famiglia e io abbiamo trascorso 3 notti a Banyan Tree Lijiang. In generale, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso. I locali sono bellissimi e il personale è molto amichevole. Ci siamo trasferiti in due villa da letto che era spaziosa per i quattro di noi. Alcune delle strutture dell'hotel sono date, ma il personale ha accolto bene le nostre richieste. Uno dei commenti è che c'è un bagno all'aperto nella villa, ma poi abbiamo scoperto che non funziona, che è stato deludente.
L'hotel offre comunque molte attività complimentarie, che sono state un plus. Ci sono state goduto il cortile da tennis, la produzione di carta e la passeggiata intorno al resort. La fotografia del costume è stata anche un'enfasi. Grazie speciali a nel negozio fotografico che ci ha aiutato a selezionare le nostre foto. Siamo arrivati vicino al momento di chiusura, ma lei era paziente e amichevole come abbiamo scelto da tante buone foto dal giorno!
Abbiamo anche prenotato una visita alla montagna di neve Yulong attraverso l'hotel. Il nostro guida William era sorprendente - ospitando le nostre preferenze e con una personaggio così brillante. Conosceva tutti i buoni luoghi!
Abbiamo trascorso la nostra notte al Banyan Tree Spa, abbiamo prenotato in anticipo e questo è stato il modo perfetto per finire il nostro viaggio. Grazie a Karen Yue alla reception, che ha fatto un giro per organizzare la nostra prenotazione in modo che potessimo ottenere il trattamento insieme.

RRenee C.I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay.
Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out.
YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful.
First impressions were great.
As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing.
I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable.
Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup.
There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby.
Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin.
The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing.
The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay.
I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU.

UUtente ospiteAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining.
Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable.
Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat
Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that.
Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests.
Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels.

淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。

Ho guidato dall'aeroporto di Kunming e le condizioni stradali erano ottime e comode. L'hotel si trova in una zona trafficata e nei dintorni ci sono molti ristoranti e locali per il tempo libero. Ci sono molte vie dello shopping al piano inferiore e molti punti di registrazione per celebrità di Internet. L'hotel è nuovissimo, le camere sono molto pulite e i servizi sono buoni. Il personale della reception è molto entusiasta e professionale, il che è in linea con gli standard di servizio di un hotel a cinque stelle. La colazione è relativamente ricca e gli ingredienti sono molto puliti. Anche il servizio al ristorante è molto buono. Inoltre, all'ottavo piano dell'hotel sono presenti una palestra e un bar. L'unico inconveniente è che il parcheggio gratuito dell'hotel per gli ospiti si trova al quarto piano del parcheggio dall'altra parte della strada. They sent an apology fruit platter—genuinely the best I've received in China, beautifully arranged. But fruit platters require far less investment than proper staff training, adequate staffing, or basic maintenance.
The Bright Spots: Room and Breakfast
The stylish room with warm atmosphere and spacious layout was genuinely nice, though the window view wasn't appealing. The bed was acceptable.
The breakfast team was easily the best part of this hotel—truly professional unlike virtually everyone else. Day one featured fantastic food, skilled preparation, and competent service that stood in stark contrast to other departments. Even when choices declined on days two and three (less refilling, fewer Western options), the cooking team remained the most professional staff I encountered. They also shut down before 1:30 PM despite posted hours.
Housekeeping Failures
During housekeeping, I left my robe and towels out to be changed—they were clearly used and wet, obviously needing replacement. They didn't change them—they folded them and left them. I had to ask them to replace items like shower gel, basically had to tell them everything. They also moved my pile of dirty clothes for some reason and mixed it with clean clothes, putting everything on a chair. Maybe these staff should respect personal space and belongings? One housekeeping staff member in the morning delivered mineral water but was impatient and unfriendly.
Infrastructure Issues
This aging property needs renovation. The hotel is pretty old—windows not closing, minor things not working or getting detached from walls. Water temperature in the shower fluctuated wildly, giving you burning water on your face when you don't expect it. Shower pressure from the handle was pretty good, but not sure what the top running shower is for—low pressure, useless. Elevators were very slow. I ordered coffee—it was delivered to reception but they didn't call or message me and didn't use the robot to deliver to my room. I went downstairs at some point and took it. No explanation, no apology.
Final Verdict
Two genuine strengths: stylish rooms and a professional breakfast team that understood hospitality. This only highlighted how dysfunctional everything else was. The chaotic reception, incompetent housekeeping, dangerous infrastructure, and absent service standards make this hard to recommend—despite nice rooms and excellent breakfast staff.
Would I return? No. Would I recommend? Only if everywhere else was fully booked.
