Purtroppo per un guasto idraulica non ho potuto soggiornare in questo Hotel.
Però mi hanno sistemato in una struttura vicina molto efficiente.
Quindi servizio ottimo .

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. My room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a very restful sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast offered a good selection of fresh items, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, hassle-free stay.

Grandi hotel commerciali, la ricezione del personale della reception è gentile e attento, la stanza è pulita e igienica, il letto è comodo e il hall ha Starbucks.Ci sono comunità di alto livello intorno, piccoli parchi giapponesi, ristorante del gusto sud-ovest cinese, ambiente tranquillo, comodo per la macchina, sicuro, comodo!

Loved my stay Heater & MayQueen are and were amazing customer service, communication and more two amazing women who helped add to the stay I had planned for my mothers birthday. We loved our stay the view of the Falls were amazingly beautiful. At check in I was given discounts to help enhance our trip or give us extra things to do. The view from the restaurant on site was ok and having a wider range of options to choose from would have been nice but food was good. Overall great stay!

Ho scelto questo hotel per una vacanza in famiglia ed è stata un'esperienza fantastica alloggiare al 35° piano. . . La stanza offre una vista sulle cascate Kamei, con arcobaleni durante il giorno e luci colorate di notte. La sorpresa più inaspettata è il cielo terso e l'alba perduta da tempo. . . Puoi alzarti presto e guardarlo comodamente in hotel. È una vita così bella! !
Anche i servizi della camera sono molto buoni. La suite ha 2 letti extra-large da 1,83 metri, molto comodi per dormire... Anche la piscina e la palestra dell'hotel sono buone!

The staff were really friendly. They need to do a lot of upgrading on their rooms especially the washroom. The bed is not comfortable. The plus factor is the location which is really close to the amusement park and you can walk to some of the attractions that's located on the Clifton Hill.

La posizione era grande per quanto riguarda essere vicino alle cadute e alle attrazioni per i bambini. C'era il più bel giardino/giardino proprio davanti all'hotel che potreste godere. L'ascensore non ha rima o ragione. Se non vuoi spendere un braccio e una gamba per mangiare fuori, puoi prendere il bus Wego ai ristoranti locali dove sono molto più ragionevoli e non prelevare un'imposta turistica. Suggeriamo Chuck's, è stato un grande cibo e servizio! Se dovessi tornare, rimarrei al contrario, più vicino alla zona di roccia caduto/tavolo da cavallo.

UUtente ospiteServizio ottimo e veloce. La camera era pulita e spaziosa. Tutto il personale era gentile e caloroso. I voucher ricevuti al momento del check-in sono stati utili al 120%. Un po' deludente per quanto riguarda la colazione, ma la vista del ristorante era perfetta!

CCindyTsangI love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.

DDavidThe hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

UUtente ospiteWhen it's sounds like Radisson Blu, people may think of a 4-star hotel, but my experience with Radisson Blu was not so amused. The miscommunication started since we checked in. On Trip.com, it said we can have a buffet style breakfast with $25 per person, but upon asking them, they said it's a la carte and have to pay at the restaurant. There was no buffet available. They asked me to send an e-mail to confirm is the information about the breakfast is accurate as it mentioned in trip.com sadly no one responded to my e-mail until the hours of breakfast ( 8- 11 am ) and we had not breakfast in the morning.
The room is okay. It is not as exciting as it sounds like Radisson Blu. I had experience staying in Radisson blu in other countries, but the room quality they had there is not even as comparable with Radisson blu toronto downtown. The room in Radisson blu toronto downtown is like the same as some random hotel. The coffee machine was really dirty. When we complained at the front desk, they did not send any replacement. Another thing is that no dental kits were provided as it should provide in all 4 star hotels. Upon requesting at the front desk, they send us dental kits like an hour later.
While checking out the front desk lady, she was a trainee. I showed him the picture of the dirty coffee machine and explained our dissatisfaction. She said she couldn't do any compensation since the room was pre-paid. In return she offered me some bottle of water for our trip 😄. I mean, I don't need a water bottle as compensation. Then she offered me that the parking would be on the house. Now, I am waiting for the return of my $100 security deposit.
Apart from that the location of the hotel is very cool and convenient. Just in the herat of downtown. The CN tower was visible just from the window of our room.
Considering everything it does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.
