La stanza era molto sporca. Le tinture sul tappeto delle sedie e ottomano. La doccia è piccola e la cortina è troppo lontana all'interno della doccia.
I letti sono inconfortabili e in riparazione. Fai un click e sembrava cadere ogni volta che entrate. La stanza TV era in forma cruda e il frigo era poco freddo e instabile.
Il tappeto era anche sgombrato. Non molto bello per il prezzo alto pagato per questa stanza. Questa era la stanza balcone.

I would have given this review a ”Good” rating however several things brought the rating down.
The reception at the check-in was ”Credit Card and photo ID required for check-in” No good afternoon or welcome. The Smart TV and remote was unable to show local TV stations. The room itself was very good although about as far from the front desk at the back of the hotel. The room was also very quiet except for something that sounded like a compressor running every hour and a half for a good 20 mins. The in room air conditioner/heater was exceptionally quiet.

Inn, che è molto soddisfatto in tutti gli aspetti, è che senza soldi, il bagaglio può essere caricato al secondo piano. Dopo tutto, non è stato sentito dire che c'era una piccola città che rubava finestre e era relativamente sicuro.

Friendly, flexible staff and administration. Beautiful historic building. We had a huge double Queen room. Walkable to pretty much everything. Free parking. Highly recommend.

UUtente ospitewell me missed our conecting flight , bad news you have to repay for your tickets again ok i will just contact my hotel and tell them i will not make it in tonight . oh but you prepaid through trip.com , yes we have a policy that if your a no show we cancel your reservation . ok when do can we see our refund ?
you wont we will just rent out your room to someone else , i see so i have a 5 day room rental prepaid , yes you will not get anything back you have to deal with trip.com for your refund . oh so you did not get paid by them i see , no we did just your not getting a refund . can i trasfer my rooms as we are having a conference there for a few hundred people . no . we don't allow for that either . what ...... a scam ! no recourse , i gave them notice 12 hours before my check in . and was told to call back a number of times to speack to the manager .i contacted trip.com , and they also claim a garenty of refund but at the time i was to depart my room reservation changed to no refund be aware of this and maybe better don't use any online third party bookings agents as this is double dipping and should be a crime . we are out of pocket for both our air tickets and our hotel we paid in advance never again i will .
i have proof , so if they decide not to keep this up contact me . roland kier mizuik . very concerned , independant insurance broker . my company will be informed how i was treated .

On the surface it looks very nice and modern and clean, but if you look closer you can see that the construction/upgrade work was cheap and not done properly. For example, the door in the bathroom looks very nice but if you look closer it is not flush with the wall, and the latch is actually sticking out very far from the frame in order for the door to line up with it because it is so crooked. Not a huge deal to me, but for the money I’d want it to be a bit more well done.
We did the “lil romance” package as well which was nice but not worth the money. We got a bottle of champagne, a cheesecake slice and some roses in the room, as well as a free breakfast from the restaurant which was all nice, but not for the price that it is. The food was ~20 each, and I could have brought a cheaper bottle of champagne myself which would have done the job just fine. Overall it was good, but I wouldn’t do it again.

UUtente ospiteOkay stay for the price. Three things that stood out that they need to work on. First, there was no curtesy traveller's shampoo or conditioner provided. Second, no bath towels. They had only the small towels slightly bigger than hand towels. Lastly, their fitness center only contained limited cardio machines and no weights. Either then the three points above the stay was average.

Il personale era gentile ma non troppo utile.
La zona di lobby è bella, ma il resto dell'hotel è medio. Ho avuto un cane, quindi forse è solo il piano che mettono animali sul secondo piano, ma la strada ha profumato molto forte di urina di gatto e il tappeto era estremamente ondulato. La stanza era pulita, tranne il tappeto, che aveva un po' di colore.
La piscina non era aperta, il 90% della ragione per cui ho prenotato questo hotel che era annoiante.
La colazione era circa la media per un hotel in questa gamma di prezzi.
Se avessi saputo che la piscina non era aperta avrei prenotato al Super 8 che è comparabile in qualità ma molto più conveniente per notte.

UUtente ospiteSiamo stati con i bambini per una notte, la posizione è molto buona, nel centro della città, e l'igiene è buona. In una camera a due letti, non c'è problema a dormire con un bambino. Il check-in alla reception è molto veloce e anche il check-out è molto veloce. La colazione ha pane al burro, muffin, yogurt, succhi di frutta e coppe di frutta, grandi quantità!
