Solo una notte perché abbiamo un volo la mattina dopo. Abbiamo apprezzato il servizio navetta gratuito per l'aeroporto. Le camere erano situate in edifici diversi e la nostra era piuttosto lontana dalla hall, quindi non era facile da raggiungere se si hanno molti bagagli ingombranti.

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

I do not know I have to pay $25.00 for parking, when I book you should let the customers know they charged parking, parking in the parking lot not in garage and still charged for $ 25 I fell like not to fair to customer.

Questo è stato facilmente uno dei migliori esperienze dell'hotel che ho mai avuto, l'hotel oozes stile, è una miscela tra un hotel, bar, libreria, e galleria d'arte. Attenzione, la stanza è probabilmente la dimensione di un piccolo appartamento dello studio NYC, certamente non per le famiglie, ma i single e le coppie lo VOgliano.

Questo posto era ok, il servizio non era il migliore e molte cose erano solo di tipo atteso da noi e non comunicato affatto. Anche noi siamo stati chiesti di controllare prima di quanto pianificato mentre dormivamo ancora nonostante avessimo pagato per un checkout tardivo. Finalmente abbiamo dovuto mostrargli il prezzo sulla nostra carta, per farci credere, e anche quando le stanze vanno, sono piccole, e il bagno è impazzito senza privacy. La TV non ha funzionato con i nostri dispositivi, quindi non siamo riusciti a trasmettere quasi nulla durante il nostro soggiorno che non ho dovuto affrontare in nessun hotel negli anni. Anche la nostra vista si trovava all'interno dell'edificio, che era un altro edificio a circa 15 metri di distanza, quindi non c'era vista che non sapevamo fino a quando non ci siamo presentati. Tuttavia, la posizione è sorprendente è perfetta per qualsiasi evento nel campo Lumen o T-Mobile Park che sia solo un passo 10-15. Per oltre $600 per due notti, siamo stati meno impressionati dalla nostra esperienza.

I had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here. Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus.

Molto bel hotel con grande posizione e grande camera. Purtroppo il colazione è molto deludente: poca scelta con bassa qualità e aperta solo fino alle 9:00. Alle 9:00, le porte sono chiuse e nessuno è ammesso! Inoltre, le piastre sono prese dal tavolo immediatamente dopo, in modo che non avete il tempo di finire il colazione. Le camere sono pulite solo ogni altro giorno!

The room was big and clean, and the area felt really safe. I could walk to most places, and public transportation was convenient. I’d happily stay here again on my next visit.

有點意料之外的驚喜，海景很棒，設施也還可以，房間不小，價格也不算貴，性價比不錯。建議是如果要定一定要定海景的房間，沒有比普通的貴多少但體驗完全不一樣。

I absolutely loved my hotel room. The view was beautiful and it was so close to all the attractions I wanted to see. I walked to pike place market, space needle, the aquarium and more. The only thing that threw me off at check-in was the $375 security deposit they asked for… this should be stated before arrival to atleast give guests a heads up, as a tourist that’s a huge unexpected ask considering you have already paid over £1k for the room. Apart from that my stay was amazing and the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. If I come to Seattle again I would definitely stay here again.
