Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Valley View e abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza. Conveniente posizione con vista rinfrescante e un luogo tranquillo per soggiornare in vacanza. La stanza è pulita e confortevole con una terrazza migliore se vuoi controllare la vista. La colazione era deliziosa con stile di cucina a casa. In generale, questa è una scelta solida, e mi fermerò di nuovo qui.

The hotel is amazing. It had great views and the staffs were very helpful. It had a pool big enough to fit a lot of people but I couldn’t use it. The location is very close to the alpine coaster which was nice since I loved that place. The bed was very comfy and the room was very spacious. The bathroom was really nice because it had glass wall that looks into the bedroom and the balcony which makes me see the view while getting ready.

Vorrei esprimere i miei più sentiti ringraziamenti all’Hotel e al Spa Sapa, che hanno detto di voler fornire “un’abitazione lontana da casa”, e che hanno davvero fatto la promessa. Da quando siamo arrivati a Sapa al mattino, il personale ci ha consentito di controllare in anticipo; dopo un treno di notte, riuscire a riposare un po’ prima di esplorare Sapa era una benedizione. Non appena entrammo nella stanza, ci sorprendeva la sua spaziosa e pulita, e la vista chiara del lago dalla finestra era semplicemente bella. Il ricevitore ha anche suggerito diverse attività locali per noi, e anche se non potevamo unirci a causa del tempo, apprezzavamo davvero le sue conseguenze. Il giorno della partenza, abbiamo preso un autobus di notte da Sapa, e l'hotel ci ha lasciato usare generosamente la loro bagno per rinfrescarsi prima del viaggio. We had a wonderful time in Azalea. The room is exactly as the advertised photos online. It’s very spacious with a good view. You can easily tell that the furnitures are new and of good quality. It’s complete with everything you need from a hotel. The best thing about Azalea is also their cleanliness both in our room and lobby area. It even smells good. I have no complaints about it. Hot shower was also easy to adjust. best hotel with good value for money. Their massage area is also affordable compared to the prices outside. Their sauna and jacuzzi area are clean and spacious. On top of this, the breakfast was really good. Pho and rice yoghurt was amazing and there were a lot of choices to choose from. The highlight of our stay was the friendly staff at the reception area (both the girl and boy). We arrived around 7am, way too early before our checkin but they immediately assisted us, allowed us to stay in the massage area and even offered us towels to have a quick shower. They were very efficient and welcoming.

In pratica tutto va bene. Molto bellissimo complesso situato con grande panorama sul Valle e sul Monte Fansipan. Camere grandi e progettate in base al paesaggio. Personale amichevole e utile. Ma il colazione è una catastrofe: non abbastanza tavoli, sporco a causa di troppo persone.

Il miglior soggiorno che abbiamo fatto finora in Vietnam. Il personale è stato fantastico e ci ha viziati. Tutti erano gentilissimi. Anche il servizio di pulizia ha fatto un lavoro eccezionale, la camera era impeccabile. La colazione offriva un'ampia varietà di piatti e una postazione per le uova, tutte deliziose. La palestra era ottima e molto bella, con una piscina riscaldata. Nel complesso, un soggiorno fantastico!

L'hotel si trova vicino al lago di Sapa e non lontano da Sapa Square. Le camere sono pulite e ordinate. I proprietari e il personale sono molto cordiali e disponibili. L'hotel può aiutare a noleggiare auto e prenotare biglietti, e offre ottimi consigli per le escursioni. Alla partenza, ci hanno gentilmente offerto degli snack e dell'acqua e ci hanno accompagnato personalmente all'auto, un gesto davvero premuroso! È un hotel con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
