Vietnam: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Provincia di Lao Cai

È stato un piacevole soggiorno! Sapa è arrivato molto presto al mattino, anche se le camere erano ancora occupate, ci è stato permesso di doccia/cambiarsi in un bagno designato. Anche i nostri bagagli erano ben tenuti nella zona di lobby quando usciamo per visitare la città. Il ragazzo della campana era molto amichevole e attivo nel aiutarci, il capo era anche amichevole! La stanza era pulita e la vista era sorprendente!! Avrebbe molto consigliato! Esso è anche a piedi di distanza dalla stazione Sun Plaza!

*”Abbiamo soggiornato a KK Sapa Hotel 1 notte il 10 maggio e abbiamo avuto una vera e propria esperienza. Anche se siamo arrivati al mattino, l'hotel ci ha concesso di pre-controllare e di immagazzinare il nostro bagaglio fino all'orario ufficiale di check-in alle 2:00. La nostra camera al 17° piano era senza spot, con tutte le luci, le uscite elettriche e le strutture lavanderia funzionavano perfettamente. Il colazione al livello 2 è stato impressionante, offrendo una vasta gamma di piatti da scegliere. La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente solo a 5-minute camminare per le strade commerciali, 8 –10 minuti al centro città di busting, 300m al Moana Café, e solo una breve guida per la zona di parcheggio Alpine Coaster e Cat Cat Village. La vista dalla nostra stanza era fantastica, anche se la nebbia copriva il paesaggio per due giorni durante il nostro soggiorno. In generale, KK Sapa Hotel ha superato le nostre aspettative. Quando visiteremo Sapa in futuro, ci riserveremo qui, e lo consigliamo fortemente ad altri viaggiatori. A solid 10/10! ”*

Abbiamo trascorso due notti qui per riposarci. La camera era ampia, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. Il personale è cordiale e molto disponibile. In camera era disponibile anche acqua gratuita. Purtroppo la camera aveva un aspetto negativo: c'era della muffa dietro l'armadio e sul davanzale della finestra. Abbiamo viaggiato in bicicletta e ci è stato permesso di depositare le nostre bici in tutta sicurezza nella hall dell'hotel. Ci è stato anche permesso di lavarle con un tubo dell'acqua proprio di fronte all'hotel. Grazie mille per questo!

Scrivo raro recensioni negative. Purtroppo, devo farlo questa volta. Questo hotel si presenta come 4-star, ma 3.5-star è probabilmente più appropriato. Ho prenotato una camera per due notti, e mi sembrava che la camera non fosse stata occupata per un lungo periodo. Quando ci siamo accolti, (1) la TV non funzionava, (2) la sicurezza era sbagliata e non poteva essere chiusa, (3) la lampada dal letto non funzionava, (4) il frigo era quasi freddo (il personale ha spiegato che la potenza era debole, ma il frigo era la temperatura della stanza per tutta la nostra permanenza), La porta del caveau non può essere chiusa correttamente; la luce del caveau era molto irritante la notte quando le luci erano spente; la camera della famiglia non ha finestra e il bagno ha un odore di meraviglia. Durante la nostra prima notte (aprile 2), abbiamo chiesto un buco di ghiaccio alla ricezione - l'abbiamo raccolto fisicamente da un personale maschile che era in servizio e che era visivamente arrabbiato e che gridava moderatamente agli ospiti che chiamavano la ricezione. In generale, la posizione è grande. Il personale (esp. Thomas) ha cercato di risolvere i problemi nella nostra stanza. Ho passato le altre stanze di fronte alla città e hanno guardato più piacevole della stanza della famiglia. Tuttavia, consiglierei AGAINST di prenotare la camera familiare (il tipo di camera più costoso). Ancora una volta, non credo che sia un hotel 4-star, anche se il personale è lodevole. Credo che la gestione debba fare qualcosa per correggere questo problema, poiché ci sono diverse revisioni negative sulle stesse osservazioni.

The hotel is located in a strategic location, within an 10 minute walking distance (upslope is expected) of the Sapa Station (Sun plaza). The room is spacious, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The shower has strong water pressure and a stable temperature. The staff were extremely helpful. They can speak English very well. The hotel breakfast has different selections and live stations (eg., fried egg, omelette, pho noodle). They served the breakfast from 6.30am to 9.30am at 5th floor, which is next to the hotel lobby. We got a mountain view room and you can really see the nice view when there is not foggy. We don’t hear any noise from the street and the environmental within the hotel is quiet and peaceful. We arrived at Sapa in the early morning (6am) and there is no room available for check-in. Therefore, we waited until 12pm and it was lucky that the staff allowing us early check in without extra charges. I also put a remark that it’s my husband birthday and the staff prepared a waffle cake and send to our room once we have checked in. Appreciated for the special arrangement and I would sincerely thank you the staff who really attentive to every notes from the guests. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel because of its clean environment, great hospitality, and friendly staff.

Un consiglio per il prossimo viaggiatore, inviate un'e-mail direttamente all'hotel dopo la prenotazione per confermare le vostre richieste. Ho richiesto 2 letti singoli più check-in posticipato nella casella delle richieste, ma ho inviato solo un'e-mail per il check-in posticipato, quindi abbiamo avuto 1 letto grande. Chiedete anche che la vostra camera sia lontana dall'angolo del buffet, il 302, per fortuna avevamo il 301, quindi abbiamo sentito solo un po' di attività. La camera era comoda e valeva il prezzo, ma non c'era abbastanza riscaldamento durante il nostro soggiorno. Se partite la sera prima del check-out, informate la reception in anticipo in modo che possano prepararvi degli spuntini. L'hotel è vicino al centro tramite il primo piano, una rampa di scale e un paio di minuti a piedi. Google Maps mostra solo l'ingresso principale, ma non la scorciatoia.

Given a room upgrade to the best view upon check in. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Entering the lobby on 3rd floor felt like entering a totally different environment vs outside - modern, fun. Limited English + food options but this was manageable for a 2 night stay. Local + western cuisine available for breakfast.

This homestay offers amazing views of the valley and rice  terraces. The bungalows are very clean and new. The staff here is what makes the places. They are so attentive and do anything for you. Speak perfect English if you need it. The homestay is a bit of a ways down the hill, but this makes for excellent seclusion and peace. Definitely recommend this place.

Friendly staff and quick checking in. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Bed is comfortable and eifi is strong. Air-conditioning works, shower is hot. All amenities provided. Extended my stay.

The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, so getting to the main attractions takes some extra travel time. That said, the trade-off is a noticeably quieter neighborhood, which was nice for sleeping and unwinding after a busy day. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities in general were good — no complaints there. Two things worth noting, though. First, the air conditioning was quite weak and struggled to cool the room properly, which can be annoying depending on the climate. Second, the toiletries provided (shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, shaving cream, etc.) felt cheap. I'd recommend bringing your own if you're particular about that sort of thing. Breakfast was a highlight — good variety and quality, a pleasant way to start the day. Overall a decent option, especially if you don't mind being a little farther from the action and you pack your own bathroom essentials.
