英語が喋れる日本人が4人部屋に泊まったクチコミです。 大学生女子4人旅で利用しましたが、金欠大学生にとっては安いホテルで良かったです。ただ、ハネムーンや記念日旅行などにはお勧めしません。少しでもお安くワイキキ周辺で泊まりたい人にはオススメです。 良かった点 ・スタッフの方がとても親切 　checkinの時にamenity taxが取られたのだが、 　その際の説明が私の英語力不足で理解ができなくて、 　その後もう一度フロントに行った時に説明をお願いしたら、 　嫌な顔ひとつせず丁寧に説明してくれたのが良かったです。 ・check in前の荷物預かりが無料 ・立地が良い 　w lineのバス停まで徒歩5分 　bikiの駐輪場は徒歩1分(ホテルの目の前) ワイキキビーチまで徒歩10分〜15分 　川が目の前で景色が良い 　プールやサウナが無料で使える 　シャワーはお湯がすぐに出る 悪かった点 ・客室清掃が行き届いてなかった 　ホコリが沢山だったり、虫が沢山いていい気分はしなかった 　履いていたスリッパの裏面が茶色く汚れてて残念 ・シャワーの水質が少し弱い

Front office 's attitude to service could do much to improve on its ' gentleness ' Inadvertently booked a room for Accessible Roll-In Shower, and was offered to change room and pay the rate difference. I felt the message could have been communicated in a better tone as I didn't complain about the room The room had issues with hot water , complained on day 2 / 3 nd yet Maintenance couldn't fix it . Day 4 room changed. Stayed 6 days. Breakfast is above average - refills are plentiful before 8.30am ; spread is ok for 3 star. Waiting service is GREAT and FREINDLY (perhaps FO staff could learn from them ...) Lift traffic could be a long wait if the room is located higher levels .. else good stay

Overall, a decent stay with some areas for improvement.

Grande posizione. La spiaggia davanti all'hotel non è impressionante. La piscina è troppo piccola e troppo piena. I bambini si sbattono intorno. Questo va bene, ma ha davvero bisogno di una piscina per adulti.

In the hotel's restaurant. We had to wait some considerable time to be attended to, we ended up seating ourselves, getting our own menus and water, whilst the sole server juggled his other responsibilities. After a very ordinary fish & chips meal, with the thinnest fries we've ever seen we received a bill for the equivalent of AUD $90 to which not only had a 4% kitchen charge been added but additionally a further 18% service charge. Neither the meal or service justified this charge in any way. We left what we considered to be a fair and reasonable payment which more than covered the cost. For the AUD$ 75 cost we could have fed four people with a far better quality meal. We had been unable to use our drinks voucher in the restaurant, so after the meal we went to the bar in the same hotel to use our vouchers to get a drink. Whilst there a very disgruntled server from the restaurant and some random woman from the bar came and accosted us, snatching a jam jar of tap water we had brought round with us to finish at the bar. We were basically accused of stealing a jam jar of tap water whilst sitting at a bar in the same hotel, as paying guests! A waiter from the restaurant hung around the entire time just to ensure he got his jam jar back! Next morning we loaded our own cases onto the free shuttle bus. The driver tried to dismantle our cases, we asked him to leave our cases to allow space for other guests & we wanted them to stand in the luggage space adjacent to the rack, as they had done on the way to the hotel. The driver began shouting at us, threw a tantrum & went to get his boss, who came out & saw no issue with our cases. The driver then began driving recklessly, racing round corners and braking heavily. Guests had to tell him to slowdown and stop driving dangerously. He then made all the guests remove their own bags unassisted after we informed him his behaviour certainly did not warrant any tips! A shocking & horrible end to our holiday & not a very good advertisement for the USA Dreadful tipping culture of entitlement even if service does not warrant it! .

La posizione geografica è eccellente, la porta è la spiaggia Waikiki.La stanza è leggermente piccola, ma rispetto ad altri hotel, vale la pena.Il parcheggio ha un auto a pagamento, tutti possono preparare un po'di soldi. Conosco il piccolo fratello di auto a pagamento, e non lo darò se avete una reception a pagamento.

La stanza è molto grande e molto comoda 😌 Il paesaggio è molto buono 👍 È molto conveniente ovunque. Il parcheggio può essere parcheggiato alla porta, un dollaro per un'ora.Il personale di servizio della reception è molto entusiasta.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una vacanza io e mio marito per 3 giorni e l'hotel era bellissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo ottenere uno sconto sul parcheggio e sulla tariffa dell'hotel perché siamo Kamaaina ma hanno detto di no perché dovevo prenotarlo prima sotto Kamaaina. Sono rimasto piuttosto deluso dal fatto di aver vissuto qui tutta la mia vita.

Very clean, great service. The staff are always helpful, smiling and friendly. They give good advice on tourist attractions and local shops to visit. I only ever stay here when I visit Honolulu.
