Vietnam: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Lam Dong

Service was very bad, slow check-in process. Breakfast was poor and overloaded, too crowded and staff couldn't handle the fill-in of food, in-house app to communicate with guest was lagged. Very disappointed with Centara services. It couldn't be 5 star. Except the room is very nice, but door holder in bathroom was broken.

A bad experience; the hotel staff watched while I struggled up a flight of stairs with two suitcases. I requested two keys and was told not available but one did appear later when we went out in the evening. Room small, bed very uncomfortable, hard and thin mattress. Nowhere for a suitcase. Safe not working, rectified later in the evening, too late as I had to take valuables out with me. The breakfast was diabolical, coffee undrinkable, green tea was an option. Both Western and Vietnamese food was limited and what was available was poor. The shower control is the best I have seen, pity the open shower was too small which allowed the small bathroom floor to get flooded. Guests, (workmen) from an associated and much cheaper hotel were allowed to use the breakfast area. I highly suggest that no one ever uses this establishment at any price.

We really enjoyed our stay although the location not that near from city centre (15-20min of car ride; easy booking of grab). Is a peaceful and beautiful location just beside lake Tuyen Lam. Hotel receptionist is kind and helpful. The room is ready when we arrived earlier around 11am. Buffet breakfast was good too!! Highly recommended.

Anche hotel a stelle inferiori ha dato un migliore ospite e un caldo benvenuto 2) Troppo ubriaco nella zona di lobby

Didn't have an enjoyable stay as expected. The check in progress is kind of ordinary without any introduction to the resort and history, the breakfast is very so so, and more importantly, there are some loud birds which ruined my sleep at midnight. I don't recommend it.

La ricevitore è molto amichevole, la camera è spaziosa e confortevole con lavastoviglie, ho preso in prestito un anello di abbigliamento extra per portarlo nella stanza. La stanza ha articoli di cucina di base, abbiamo chiamato il caldo potato

The room is spacious and bright. Overall, the room is good. However, there was a significant drawback that made it impossible to ignore, and I couldn’t sleep during my entire stay in this room. The issue was the noise and the lack of soundproofing. The windows didn’t close tightly, and some didn’t close at all. It was very noisy, with children and people shouting late into the night. It was very hard to fall asleep. However, the room is still bright, clean, and the hotel’s location is convenient. Perhaps, one day, the noise insulation issue will be addressed, as it interferes with comfortable stays and sleep.

The room was nice and clean. The location was good. The staff was very nice and helpful!! Would definitely stay again.

Прекрасное место, чтобы остановиться на пару ночей, в номере есть все необходимое, и (что важно в Далате!!!) очень теплые одеяла. У отеля есть небольшой паркинг, локация очень тихая, спать уютно и комфортно, санузел немного потрепан жизнью, но это мелочи … А теперь главное: сотрудник отеля на ресепшн ! Вот можно было бы поставить 10 звезд отелю, поставила бы только из-за него ! У нас была проблема (забыта сумка с вещами для плавания в аквапарке) и он максимально старался помочь с этой ситуацией разобраться, был внимателен и звонил на горячую линию парка, одним словом неравнодушен и я ему за это участие очень признательна 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Zur Zeit wird eine Renovierung des Hotels durchgeführt, was für mich nicht weiter störend war. Der Fitnessraum lässt viele Wünsche offen; Geräte teilweise nicht funktionsfähig, keine Handtücher, kein Trinkwasser, keine Klimaanlage - lediglich Fan, wirkt insgesamt ungepflegt. Der Service am Pool ist verbesserungswürdig. Frühstück hauptsächlich asiatisch. Na ja, ich habe pro Übernachtung 29 € gezahlt - also insgesamt in Ordnung.
