The hotel is in the perfect location on Lake Louise; there are perks that only hotel guests can enjoy such as access to various areas close to the lake and pantry/restaurants during certain hours of the day. The service is very good and food at the restaurants are delicious. Kid friendly with activities and scavenger hunt to occupy kids. Expensive during peak season but worth it for comfort and convenience.

Il posto era molto pulito, inclusi gli asciugamani. La dimensione era grande 👍 Il letto era eccellente, il letto era molto grande e le strutture per la doccia erano anche fantastiche. Tuttavia, sono stati sollevati diversi problemi gravi: 1. L'odore della rigenerazione era molto forte. 2. Il riscaldamento in camera era costantemente in funzione, molto rumoroso, e non poteva essere spenta, rendendo impossibile dormire. 3. Poiché il riscaldamento era sempre in funzione, il letto divenne troppo caldo per dormire confortevolmente.

Very good location. Easy to get around. Nice view, friendly staff. Too close to the elevator, a little noisy. And the bed sheets are old and not very comfortable

I don’t know for what reason temperature in the room was 17 that was super cold and took long time to adjust. It’s below standard btw. All other is good , staff is nice

The hotel is located on main street and with free private parking. Offering free good breakfast. CTrain station, Tim Hortons and McDonald’s are in walkable distances.

I recently stayed at the Canmore Inn & Suites on Bow Valley Trail. While the property itself has potential and offers a convenient base for exploring the Rockies, my experience was significantly dampened by a factor I wasn't prepared for: a major local hockey tournament. The ”Tournament” Factor I was unaware upon booking that my stay coincided with a Canmore hockey tournament for U11 and U13 divisions. To say these teams ”took over the hotel” would be an understatement. The volume of children was overwhelming. This translated to: The Pool Area: Practically unusable for other guests; it was packed to capacity with kids from morning until night. Common Areas: Hallways and the lobby were very loud and, at times, felt uncontrollable. Lack of Supervision: There was a noticeable lack of adult/parental supervision in the public spaces, leading to a chaotic atmosphere that isn't ideal if you're looking for a relaxing mountain getaway. Staff and Noise Management To the hotel’s credit, the noise did mostly settle down by 10:30 PM. I spoke with the front desk, and they mentioned we could issue formal noise complaints if needed. However, it felt like a losing battle given the sheer volume of groups. The staff are clearly used to this, as these local tournaments bring in consistent bookings for the hotel. While the team was polite, they seemed stretched thin by the high occupancy and the energy of the young athletes. The Room and Amenities Pros: The location is excellent—close to downtown and Highway 1. The rooms are generally spacious, and the mountain views from the upper floors are a highlight. Cons: The property is showing its age. Some fixtures felt dated, and the cleanliness in the high-traffic common areas suffered due to the heavy foot traffic during the tournament. Final Verdict The simpler solution here is a matter of timing. If you aren't in town to participate in or spectate a tournament, check the local sports calendar before booking. If a U11/U13 tournament is on, I would recommend staying elsewhere. If you are here for the hockey, this is clearly the ”hub,” but for the average traveler, the lack of peace and quiet makes it hard to justify the price point during these peak weekends.

La camera è ampia e pulita, le strutture sono complete e c'è anche un microonde.L'atteggiamento del personale dell'hotel è entusiasta e amichevole, le strutture dell'hotel sono tutte comode, parcheggio gratuito, vicino all'aeroporto e al centro commerciale di outlet.Tutto è al di là delle nostre aspettative, è una sorpresa. Molto soddisfatto, la prossima volta saremo rielettori.

This is my second visit this time it was perfect they renovated it since i walked in smells sooo clean and fresh the housekeeping manger sooo helpful and kind The buffet for dinner amazing Indian cuisine over all very nice experience especially at the pool

Il servizio era buono, ci diede dei biscotti caldi all'arrivo e al check-out.La piscina e le camere d' fitness erano pulite e le camere erano tese, anche se erano un po' bui da mancanza di luce. Un paio di cose da notare: le matite erano estremamente morbide (anche come qualcuno che preferisce le matite morbide), mi sentivo come se mi stavamo lentamente infilando nel pavimento. La prova sonora è anche piuttosto debole, quindi consiglio di dormire con le orecchie o potrebbe essere difficile dormire con gli ospiti che correno intorno. Una cosa da notare è che la porta balcone non era chiusa quando ci siamo accolti. Poiché siamo al settimo piano era sicuro, però la prossima volta, mi accingo a doppiare solo il caso, perché ci sono molte persone che visitano l'hotel per funzioni e eventi.

In generale, è stato un soggiorno decente. - Camera pulita con letti comodi - La doccia aveva molta acqua calda e buona pressione idrica. - un bellissimo parco acquatico pulito con un amichevole e utile che non ci ha fretta alla fine della notte quando il nostro bambino si stava tirando i piedi per evitare di lasciare - piscine riscaldate e 2 scivoli d'acqua facevano l'hotel più attraente per noi con il nostro bambini lungo Cons: - i dischi del parco acquatico non avevano abbastanza angolo per non poter scendere i dischi con la necessità di farci propulsare in momenti che erano strani ma anche quasi comici - le piccole camere, soprattutto per il prezzo, si sentiva un po' impazzita con i mobili limitati e i bambini sul divano. - la porta del bagno ha fornito nulla di privacy dal resto della stanza senza barriera sonora, più aveva un pannello di vetro “congelato” come parte principale della porta, quindi è stato completamente visto attraverso e era una piccola camera da bagno. - No in camera microonde, così abbiamo perso di essere in grado di riscaldare il resto del viaggio per aiutarci a mantenere i costi ridotti e ridurre i rifiuti, a meno che mio marito non andasse a caccia per un uso sul pavimento principale, Ma è stato un passo in avanti quando siamo al quarto piano, così il cibo è stato raffreddato proprio al momento che l'ha fatto tornare in camera nostra. - Ordinare dal menu al ristorante del colazione in loco era costoso e il cibo era deludente.
