오래된 호텔이지만 모든면에서 관리가 아주잘되어있는 훌륭한 호텔이다. 특히 리셉션의 여직원들은 정말친절했고 조식도 너무나 만족스러웠다. 재방문의사 확실히있음.

Non posso dire abbastanza cose positive su questo appartamento. Le finestre fronte mare offrono una vista spettacolare che vale ogni centesimo. Il posto era impeccabile e la gestione molto attenta. Che tu viaggi da solo, in coppia o con la famiglia, è un'ottima scelta.

Room is abit dirty by the room corners, need more lighting in the room (especially in the bathroom). Some staff need to be more friendly and stop working like a robot (a slow one). Overall, the experience is quite average.

После насыщенных и шумных дней в Ба На Хиллс и Хой Ане нам особенно запомнилось это место — здесь мы наконец-то почувствовали настоящий отдых. Спокойная атмосфера, уют, хорошие завтраки и внимательный сервис сделали наше пребывание очень комфортным. Отличное место, чтобы перевести дух и насладиться тишиной вдвоём

We stayed at this hotel for a few days. It's a new hotel, so it has a few things that could be better. I'll start with the first one. Construction is still happening on some floors, so there will be noise from time to time. During breakfast, the place gets crowded, and the staff don't always manage to clear dirty dishes or replenish items on the buffet promptly. Some dishes, like the rice buns, had cooled down and were a bit hard. The room was okay, but the bathroom was a problem. The bathtub moved a little bit, and water leaked onto the floor. It took a long time for the water to dry. The good things are that the room was clean, and the staff were very polite and always ready to help. We want to give a special shout-out to the staff at Skybar on the 24th and 25th floors. We often stopped by for snacks and drinks there. The location is a big plus. It is five minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from a shopping mall. The view from the room was stunning. In short, the hotel tries to maintain a high standard. If they keep working hard, I think they could match the quality of international 4-star hotels with excellent service in about a year.

Apartments are a trend, and it really brought a great vacation to me, the air conditioning here is the best among the accommodation I have used during my trip, the staff is not so great but it is enough for my needs.

Il server ci porta bagagli al nostro furgone e imposta la condizionamento d'aria.La lamiera della nostra stanza è stata bloccata e pericolosa per il bambino, quindi l'hotel ha cambiato una stanza per noi. La piscina è pulita e l'acqua è calda.Mio figlio e io siamo sempre li'.
