Mixed Experience at Vinpearl – Room Great, Dining Disappointing I stayed at Vinpearl from 22 Sep to 3 Oct and again from 6 Oct to 11 Oct. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were a definite plus. However, there were several inconsistencies and disappointments during my stay. - Laundry Service: During my first stay, laundry was complimentary (3 pieces/day), but in the second stay, it became chargeable. This inconsistency was frustrating and could be improved. - Breakfast: The breakfast menu was 95% the same every day, with limited variety. The fried noodles were consistently hard and dry, which was disappointing. - BBQ Buffet (600k VND): This was the most disappointing part of my experience. The food quality was poor, with cheap ingredients repeated across different stations. If this continues, I fear the restaurant may not last. In comparison, I visited Sen Buffet near Ho Tay, which cost only 480k VND and offered crayfish, big prawns, various crabs, and a wide variety of fresh dishes—far superior in quality and value. - Vinpearl Buffet (480k VND with 20% hotel guest discount): I only had a bowl of noodles, some fruit, a few pieces of not-so-fresh salmon sashimi, and one drink—nothing stood out or felt worth the price. - Room Service Timing: Housekeeping often came too late in the day, sometimes after 5–6 PM, which disrupted rest time. This should be addressed for better guest comfort. On a positive note, staff were friendly, especially the foreign manager, who stood out for his professionalism.

Grande soggiorno per i viaggiatori di business L'hotel è un grande hotel ben attrezzato che è perfetto per un viaggio di lavoro. Il ristorante al tetto offre un'atmosfera piacevole e buon cibo, e la piscina è sicuramente un stand un grande posto per rilassarsi. L'atrio è adatto per un rapido allenamento durante un giorno lavorativo impegnato. La posizione vicino alla città di Bakhnin è conveniente se siete lì per lavoro, con facile accesso alle aree vicine. In generale, un soggiorno solido per i viaggiatori di business che cercano comfort e comodità.

Totale pulito Buona posizione Buon servizio di lavanderia gratuito E' stato un po' inconfortabile perché non c'erano oratori coreani, ma non c'è alcun problema di uso.

The owner or the decoration team has a very good taste of art. The hotel is well decored with paintings, flower, lamps and plants. It seems to be a new hotel, as they were adding more and more decor to the lobby and the room. In general the hotel is very nice, the room is big and bright, the staffs were doing all they could to make my stay comfortable. Would stay again if coming to Bac ninh again

Nice Stay, close to a few chinese restaurants, the bbq restaurant is really good. The only issue I had is when they gave me water bottles that were 3/4 full (someone already drank in it). Just have an eye on this.

床品舒適度拉滿：床墊軟硬恰到好處，不會塌陷也不會過硬，躺下後腰背特別貼合。床單被套是那種蓬鬆柔軟的材質，摸起來清爽無異味，連枕頭都分了高低款，我選的低枕支撐力超棒，旅途的疲憊一覺就掃空，差點因為睡太香錯過第二天的行程。 衞生細節無可挑剔：作為潔癖星人，最在意的就是清潔，這家直接讓我徹底放心。房間地板、桌面擦得能映出影子，連牀頭櫃的縫隙都沒有灰塵。衞生間更是驚喜，鏡面沒有一絲水漬，瓷磚縫白凈如新，淋浴玻璃門光潔透亮，馬桶圈甚至帶着消毒後的微涼，每個角落都透着細緻。 環境温馨又安靜：大堂寬敞明亮，擺着不少綠植點綴，空氣中還有淡淡的清香，一進門就卸下了旅途疲憊。房間採光特別好，午後陽光灑進來很治癒，而且隔音效果超讚，關上房門完全聽不到走廊和外界的噪音，晚上休息時格外舒心。

Overall, my stay at the hotel was characterized by high standards of cleanliness, a well-appointed interior, and exceptionally professional service. The room was spacious, the linens were crisp, and the central location made it an ideal choice for my trip. However, there was one persistent issue that significantly marred an otherwise perfect experience: the auditory disturbance emanating from the ventilation system during the night. While the rest of the room was a sanctuary of comfort, the exhaust vent above the sleeping area began to emit a series of disruptive noises as soon as the building settled into the quiet of the late hours. The most prominent sound was a constant, rhythmic trickling—much like water rushing through pipes or a leaky faucet—which echoed through the ductwork. This was accompanied by intermittent mechanical clanking and a low-frequency hum that seemed to vibrate through the ceiling. In the silence of the night, these sounds were amplified, making it incredibly difficult to achieve a state of deep, restful sleep. For a traveler, the primary function of a hotel room is to provide a quiet environment for recovery, and unfortunately, this ”pipe music” created a sense of restlessness. It was frustrating because every other element of the room—from the ambient lighting to the ergonomic mattress—was designed for relaxation. I truly appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff and the immaculate condition of the facilities. However, I believe the hotel management should investigate the plumbing or HVAC insulation near the exhaust ports. A simple fix, such as adding soundproofing material or securing loose valves, would transform this room from a ”good” stay into a ”perfect” one. Until then, the persistent sound of running water remains the only shadow over a highly commendable stay.

Great location. Room was a great size. Bed comfy. Staff excellent. I would absolutely stay again.

Il momento in cui passeggiai, mi salutai dal personale amichevole e professionale, e il loro sorriso caldo e il controllo efficiente - in corso mi fece sentire benvenuto subito. Le camere sono spaziose, decorate elegantemente e pulite senza spot. I letti sono incredibilmente comodi, assicurando un grande sonno notturno. Le strutture sono state fornite, come ad esempio alta velocità Wi-Fi, un minibar ben memorizzato, e i servizi igienici di lusso, accanto al comfort e alla comodità complessiva. Le opzioni di ristorazione dell'hotel sono anche di prima qualità. La qualità dei cibi è eccellente e il servizio nel ristorante è pronta e attenta. Le strutture dell'hotel sono altrettanto impressionanti. Il centro fitness è ben attrezzato, permettendo agli ospiti di mantenere le loro routine di allenamento. La piscina è un grande luogo per rilassarsi e rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, con facile accesso alle attrazioni locali e alle aree commerciali. È un hotel 4-star, ma è vecchio e vecchio. La posizione è di alto livello. Spero che tu possa migliorare l'odore del profumo usato nella stanza. Penso che sarebbe meglio senza cenere. Il colazione è anche il miglior valore per soldi a questo prezzo 👍
