Germania: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia

Location is good - 30 seconds to u-bahn station, 10 mins from big deutsche bahn/s-bahn station (not the main station though). a bit far away from restaurants, but if you walk 10 mins, you will be there. We have not taken breakfast, cause it was too pricey (30EUR per person) and used the restaurants nearby instead. Also, spa is available for the reduced price of 6 EUR per person incl. some amenities, but we have not used this due to lack of time

Alles, wie schon viele Male zuvor, bestens gelaufen, Check in, Check out, tolles Frühstück, nette Mitarbeiter … Immer gerne wieder!

Great service and hospitality, especially for the night reception Mr. Sami & Mr. kaebish keaghis who works in the day sorry if i spell ur name wrong and ofcourse the housekeeping for keeping the room so clean! Definitely a recomendation for friends & family only one woman from restaurant breakfast in morning who checks in the guest and took our payme u maybe can use a smile next time!

La stanza è stata molto pulita, ma il resto delle strutture e della stanza erano molto pulite. Il personale era amichevole e la piscina era bella!

Ottimo soggiorno, servizio, colazione e posizione. Andate avanti, favolosa scelta in alloggio. Non riesco a credere quanto spazio questo hotel sia stato confrontato con gli hotel Marriott che ho soggiornato in precedenza.

πολυ βολικη η τοποθεσια για τον λογο του ταξιδιου μας..μειναμε τρια βραδια και δεν εγινε καμια τακτοποιηση δωματιου οσο μειναμε.ουτε αλλαγη σεντονιων και πετσετων. επισης εγινε διπλη πληρωμη με διαφορετικες τιμες αλλα λιγο πριν φυγουμε τακτοποιηθηκε. για την τιμη του θεωρω οτι δεν επιτρεπονται αυτα .

The level of cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. There were a number of long hairs on the floor of the bathroom which had clearly not been cleaned properly The reception were apologetic and I was moved to another room - the bathroom also had some hairs. Cologne is a beautiful city and the hotel is well located, however it was overpriced for the standard unfortunately. I wish I had booked one of the other hotels and I definitely will next time. There should not be a number of hairs on the floor if it is properly cleaned. Very disappointed

Mercure Duisburg is quite a good hotel. Especially for the price we paid for 4 people. The sleeper couch was comfortable for the kids and the bed for us was nice. We also really enjoyed the breakfast (although we missed the bacon…). The swimming pool was actually nice. The kids enjoyed it a lot. The location is absolutely perfect. The main shopping street is behind the hotel on a couple of minutes walking distance. We enjoyed the Christmas market and the kids had KFC. There are nice shops as well. Parking was very reasonable. 12 euros for 24 hours.  Some constructive feedback: - the pillows are surprisingly flat. They didn’t have extra pillows left, other guests also asked for them. Might be good to change the pillows. Pillows are not that expensive nowadays, so Accor, please upgrade there.  - there is only 1 lift. That was quite uncomfortable because the staff also uses the lift, especially also housekeeping with the carts. So sometimes it’s either you wait or you take the stairs.  - the carpet could be changed. It’s clean, but looks old and worn out. They put up a funny poster, so that makes it a little better. But still, hopefully for the next renovation, please take that up as well.  - the TV mainly had German channels. The news channels were also in English. The smart tv’s unfortunately didn’t have apps on like Netflix or Prime, etc. so I could log in with my own account. Neither was there a way to screen mirror my phone. So when the kids were sleeping I ended up watching a movie on my phone… Some minor things, but we do recommend the hotel. If you have a bigger budget, you can find a more luxurious hotel I’m sure. We would come back again.

Questo soggiorno è molto sorpreso, il rapporto prezzo è molto alto, non solo il prezzo è pratico, ma anche la posizione è buona, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria.E la colazione è buona. Anche se non è molto, ma è anche normale, la prossima volta viene qui.
