Stati Uniti d'America: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Maryland

Quando siamo arrivati, non abbiamo avuto la navigazione, quindi è stato meraviglioso vedere il grande segnale dalla strada. Check in è anche 24h che ci ha davvero aiutato quando siamo arrivati tardi. La stanza aveva tutto quello che ci serviva e includeva 3 punti di potenza sotto le lampade da tavola. Sarebbe stato bello avere più luci, perché era un po' diluita, ma le lampade aiutavano a concentrare l'illuminazione. Tutti i membri del personale e la custodia erano amichevoli, ma vorrei che il desk fosse più informato per i viaggiatori all'estero. È anche convenientemente situato vicino a una zona commerciale. Abbiamo ricevuto le carte eSIM dei viaggiatori dal negozio AT&T vicino. Non ho potuto usare le strutture.

È stato un bel hotel, spazioso e pulito e ha molte opzioni alimentari vicino. Il personale era amichevole e il colazione era buona aveva molte opzioni per non- vegetariani ma meno opzioni per vegetariani. Rimarrà qui se necessario.

Due letti grandi, adatto a quattro famiglie.L'igiene è buona 👌 Il personale dell'hotel è molto bello e il servizio è molto attento.Raccomandazione 👍

Took the wife out of state for our 10 year anniversary. She was so excited to be staying at an Aloft again as we have in the past! We got into the room, my Flowers were there, which was great. We adjusted the AC to our comfort likings and 4 hours later after being at the beach, the temperature in the room was 78. Called the front desk, they said there isn't anything they could do. Maintenance checked the panel and all is fine but our room was above the indoor pool. The pool room was found to be 80+ degrees but no one agreed to trying to lower the temperature of the pool room. Instead they suggested we open the balcony door and give us a box fan. The outdoor temps were in the upper 80s low 90s. There was a hint of a breeze but when the box fan was dropped off, we came back from dinner and it was tolerable with the door closed. No check up from management, the staff was quite short with our concerns and requests. Overall the stay was amazing but disappointing

I made a reservation for a week, but unfortunately had a problem at the airport and couldn't check in on the scheduled day. I called before my arrival requesting a change of dates by email and phone. The attendants showed no interest and hung up on me without offering any solution. I asked for a refund, they ripped me off and started denying contact requests from Trip.com. Furthermore, while I was staying at the hotel, the manager instructed me to cancel the reservations through the app for a refund and discount. When I cancelled and paid in cash, the manager continued to ignore the *********** acceptance request for the refund. I fell victim to a scam by the management of this $500 hotel. So my warning is to look for another hotel, because their policy is not honest with guests.

The room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.

Tutto è stato fantastico! ”Peaches” era il nostro controllo per la ragazza e era così dolce e gentile. È stato benvenuto, è stato pulito e confortevole, eccetto che i letti sono un po' fermi. Il personale era a conoscenza di ogni domanda che abbiamo chiesto durante il nostro soggiorno. La passeggiata verso la spiaggia è più veloce, poi prende la luce rossa per cambiare. Alla giornata di check-out abbiamo chiesto se sarebbe stato bene se lasciassimo la macchina nel parcheggio e ci fossero poche ore prima di andare a casa, e erano perfettamente cool con questo. La piscina al tetto è così bello con un bar e una ventola costante. Prenotamo una stanza ”baia di fronte”, ma inaspettatamente abbiamo avuto una bella vista della baia dalla nostra stanza. Ecco perché sono tornato da anni alla principessa Bayside.

Sento l'hotel relativamente nuovo e le strutture sono anche buone.Il servizio del personale è molto caldo.La colazione è particolarmente lodevole.Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel è vicino al centro della città con un bacino idrografico, e è più sicuro.
