I had a change of plans and needed to change my rooms. They were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, the room I was moved to looked like it hasn't been touched in weeks/months. The bed had no sheets, stains, cut up straws everywhere, TV was on the bed, empty air-rifle box.. trashed room for sure. I went to the desk for help, and they immediately moved me to a new room. Much, much better... but knowing what that one room looked like, left me feeling a bit weirded out for the rest of the hotel. I was under the impression that there was a breakfast, but it was not available. Not a big issue for me tbh. This is definitely a ”Get you what you pay for” situation. If I had to stay here again.. I would, if there were no other options.

We were there for aau basketball tournament. It was perfect for the down time the girls had. They won and my dautter and I had a mini vacay. Perfect for fun and relaxation. Highly recommend!

Questo è stato uno dei nostri hotel locali preferiti, ma purtroppo questo soggiorno è stato un disappunto. Il personale del front desk al check-in non era amichevole. Ci hanno rifiutato una bottiglia d'acqua, anche se l'ospite che ci precedeva era gentilmente offerto due. Per peggiorare le cose, non abbiamo trovato né acqua bollente fornita in camera, ma ci saranno altri in futuro.

L'hotel è anche buona posizione.Circa 35 minuti di auto per il centro, ma ancora buona opzione per fermarsi

Due letti grandi, adatto a quattro famiglie.L'igiene è buona 👌 Il personale dell'hotel è molto bello e il servizio è molto attento.Raccomandazione 👍

L'hotel è una media di 3 stelle uno. Un gentiluomo di front desk è stato utile e facile da lavorare con dare che ci acceda a mezzanotte. La stanza dell'hotel è ok, ma manca di più nuovi alloggi come caricatori USB. Il ventilatore di bagno non funziona, quindi è molto vapore quando si fa una doccia. Il peggiore problema è il drainaggio del bagno. Dovevamo fare una doccia in pollici di acqua in piedi.

Took the wife out of state for our 10 year anniversary. She was so excited to be staying at an Aloft again as we have in the past! We got into the room, my Flowers were there, which was great. We adjusted the AC to our comfort likings and 4 hours later after being at the beach, the temperature in the room was 78. Called the front desk, they said there isn't anything they could do. Maintenance checked the panel and all is fine but our room was above the indoor pool. The pool room was found to be 80+ degrees but no one agreed to trying to lower the temperature of the pool room. Instead they suggested we open the balcony door and give us a box fan. The outdoor temps were in the upper 80s low 90s. There was a hint of a breeze but when the box fan was dropped off, we came back from dinner and it was tolerable with the door closed. No check up from management, the staff was quite short with our concerns and requests. Overall the stay was amazing but disappointing

Il motel era situato vicino al centro, il servizio era amichevole, la stanza era pulita e ben decorata, la piscina era chiusa per ragioni sconosciute e il segno al lobby era stato chiuso fino all'annuncio.
