Giappone: hotel con piscine nella provincia di Hokkaidō

Three single beds in a room, with a small seating area in front of the tv, and a desk with drawers. The room was clean, nicely lit, well thought of space lay out. It didn’t feel cramped. There were electrical outlets on the bed headboard, and can also switch lights from the headboard, and headboard also lit up. Independent switches for each bed. I liked that so you don’t need to light up the entire room if it’s just you who needs to be still awake while others are sleeping… The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Japan. So many choices of food and the quality of the food was superb. Served many local Hokkaido specialties, and locally grown produce. A good spread of western, Asian, Japanese food, with dessert, salads, sushi, egg station and pastries, bread. We always looked forward to the breakfast. Served the Hokkaido specialties like curry, ramen, white omelette (special egg where the egg yolk is not very yellow)…, scallops, seafood, fruits…. It was such a delight to have breakfast! The staff are quite helpful too.

Love the lobby with its direct view of the lake — very scenic. However, the room feels old and aged, definitely needs renovation. Not enough power sockets to charge devices, and the hotel Wi-Fi is terrible — couldn’t connect at all. The hotel is huge, so expect many tour groups arriving in the evening. During dinner time, it gets crowded with long queues. The food spread and quality are just average — cooked dishes that should be warm were cold, including rice straight from the cooker. The onsen is the highlight — great view overlooking the lake, especially from the open-air bath. The night fireworks are a nice touch, though don’t expect a big show. The hotel provides a shuttle bus pick-up opposite the TV Tower (Odori Park) police station — remember to make a reservation for the pick-up in advance.

Wonderful stay and the onsen is incredible. You can continue using it even on the day you check out (which was really nice since my train onwards was after 2pm). The staff were very kind and accommodating. The buffet dinner was nice, but I preferred the breakfast. The dinner had a lot of fish and unique specialties (and also crab legs), and the fish was really nice. For breakfast they had more usual variety including soft serve ice cream that you could enjoy.

L'hotel è così pieno di persone (principalmente locali).Abbiamo aspettato 10-15 minuti sono una coda ogni volta che andiamo a cena/sala da colazione, e poi ho fatto la coda di nuovo in contanti prima di avere il cibo. La sala da pranzo può tenere qualche centinaio di persone e era quasi in piena capacità quando. Noi abbiamo visitato. Non è stata una piacevole esperienza per noi come siamo venuti a godere di cibo e cibo, ma non competere con la folla. Onsen era media. Il cibo era medio e gusto come quello preparato dalla fabbrica alimentare.Francamente, non vengo per la seconda volta nonostante il prezzo competitivo. Il servizio era medio e non sorride sul viso del ricevitore.

這個酒店簡直是北海道的白月光酒店，日本服務很好已經體驗過多次了，但是這次服務好的非常驚艷。服務人員非常有禮貌，我們因為行程有變臨時想預約機場去酒店的巴士也能安排，入住以及用餐之類的都很棒，前台小哥英語也很好，什麼需求都能有迴應，最後幫我們叫車去jr站也是鞠躬送我們出行。 酒店設施很很好，環境很優美很安靜，非常適合度假。以後有機會一定來這裏住上一星期。

E'una bella struttura. La posizione è buona, la piscina pubblica è buona Il cibo di notte e mattina è molto soddisfacente! Vorrei ripetere ancora una volta.

The location of the hotel is great if you drive. Otherwise, I can imagine how troublesome it is to get up to the hotel. Parking is free and plentiful. The buffet dinner has a host of alcoholic drinks to choose from; wine, sake to high ball. The range of food available makes it very difficult for one to choose but the freshly cooked tempura is my favourite. The shizen wing side has a nice view of the sea and setting sun. The hotel is quite dated but rooms are generally spacious and clean.

Le strutture sono buone, molto interessanti, il cibo è delizioso, la stanza è grande.Mi piace anche Karaoke.

This hotel is well maintained, located across from the ski resort, guests can enjoy a beautiful view by opening their room windows. The hotel itself is spacious, and the outdoor hot springs are decent. Within a 5-10 minute drive, there is a 24-hour large supermarket available.

The service and rooms are unbeatable. Despite it takes us a while to drive from Airport to the hotel, but the room, the view and the people from Park hyatt. I’ve been travelling over half the globe,this is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed so far. Love the hand sanitiser machine are everywhere in the hotel corner despite the end of pandemic.
