Nuova Zelanda: hotel con bar nella provincia di Auckland (regione)

Ci sono piscina all'interno della camera d'acqua calda e spa e il nostro bambino molto felice, ma l'atteggiamento del personale è un po' meno gentile, tutti gli altri possono accettare la colazione e è delizioso

I have some feedback about the Cordis which positive and negative POV. I had to change 4 times because of the noises from outside, the first 2 rooms were right beside the road and bus stop beside so I couldn't sleep. The last room I stayed had a heater generated sound every time it was turn on. They had checked and fixed but not affected so I had to turn off in order to sleep. Most of the staff were nice and supportive but I didn't feel trustable with the first man at the reception who checkin for me (I don't know the name). I wanted to deposit by cash for easier process but he drove me use credit card and I haven't got the deposit back after checkout 4 days until now.

A family of four for two nights. We booked two rooms - the hotel didn’t arrange our rooms next to each other, but quite far apart ☹️ Room setting is so comfy - spacious room and bed 🙂 one of the room is city view and the other is harbour view. Breakfast is recommended - coffee is good; family loves the beef noodles.

”I stayed at this motel recently, and I have to say, the location was absolutely amazing—the view from the room was outstanding. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. My only small critique is that the TV was a bit outdated and could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, though, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d still highly recommend it.”

Hotel molto bello con una buona posizione e parcheggio gratuito. Tuttavia, due richieste di riparazione del frigo non sono state realizzate in nulla. Ogni mattina, alle 8:00, un carro girerebbe anche fuori dalla mia stanza, facendo un sacco di rumore e svegliandomi.

I stayed at Auckland Harbour Suites for five days. Overall, the hotel offered a good location and comfortable facilities. However, I experienced an incident that I feel is important to share for the awareness of future guests. On the third day of my stay, I noticed that my insulated winter pants (thermal trousers) were missing when I wanted to use them. My wife and I searched the entire room thoroughly, including under the bed sheets, but we could not locate the item. We reported the matter to the front desk, and they acknowledged the issue and informed us that they would look into it. I also mentioned that I was not accusing any staff member and that there was a possibility I might have misplaced it. Despite continuing our search later that night, the item was still not found. The winter pants are quite bulky, padded, and lined with thick beige synthetic fur, making them easy to recognise and unlikely to be overlooked. When we returned to our room the following day, we found that the winter pants had been placed on the dining table. I took photos as evidence. Upon inquiry, the front desk informed us that the item had been found under the bed sheet. I found this explanation difficult to believe, as the pants are large and easily recognizable. While I chose not to argue further, I strongly suspect that the item had been taken out of the room and later returned. While I cannot determine exactly what happened and prove this without further evidence such as CCTV footage, I believe this incident serves as a reminder for guests to take extra care and be mindful of their personal belongings during their stay. I hope the hotel management will take this matter seriously to prevent similar experiences for future guests and to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future.

Great to stay if you are connecting flights or have to stay at the airport. A bit of a walk from domestic terminal but there are shuttles. Room was clean. Shampoo and soap smelt nice. I couldnt really figure out the lights between the bed and the shower as there is a sliding frosted glass door that separates the two. But all the lights turned off which is what was important. Not much of a view, only if you love construction and the layout of an airport. Over it was a great place to relax after lots of traveling.

We arrived at around 10:30am and requested an early check in, as we had a 5:00am flight the following morning. We fully understood that the standard 1500pm check in time applied and that any early check-in was subject to room availability. We therefore appreciated the hotel accommodating us with a room at 1230pm. Unfortunately, the room was not ready to the standard we expected. We found an empty bottle on the floor, and the glass door/window could not be locked properly. Although, we requested a room change, we were informed that none were available at the time and maintenance advised that the lock would require drilling and screwing to repair. What disappointed us most was not the need for the repair itself, but how the situation was handled. The communication from the maintenance staff came across as abrupt when we were asked whether we wanted the repair carried out or not. We also felt greater consideration could have been given to guests, as drilling may not be suitable for those with allergies, asthma or sensitivities to dust or noise. Holiday inn has always been a brand I associate with consistent international standards, particularly from my experiences in South-East Asia. While we appreciated the hotel's flexibility in offering an early check-in, we do not believe this should come at the expense of basic expectations such as cleanliness, security, and a room that is ready for occupancy. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident rather than a reflection of the hotel's usual standards. Many guests arrive after long journeys simply looking forward to a clean, secure and comfortable place to rest. A little more thoughtfulness in both room readiness and communication would make a meaningful difference to the overall guest experience.

Reception was accommodating & helpful. We were allocated room no.106 for the night of 19.4.26. The amenities & fixtures tho' not new, were adequate. Can do with abit more lighting. The plumbing - washbasin tap was noisy. A queer tenant next door in room 104 was constantly using the wash basin & the noise came across. Fortunately, noise was soften with the bathroom door closed

The location is in the city center with limited parking but the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and able to manage it. The breakfast was also quite plentiful, making it good value for money. I might consider to choose the same hotel next time.
