Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

For the price of just under £11 per night (+ city tax which is 4 Dinars per night) it was a really good hotel. The location is perfect and offers a beautiful view of the sea, the staff was also kind and helpful. The only negative I can find is that rooms might get a little bit cold during the winter season, apart from that you get a clean room with all the amenities needed.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione perfetta, il personale è davvero eccezionale e attento e le camere sono perfette, davvero niente da dire! Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il nostro breve soggiorno e probabilmente torneremo :)

L'hotel mi piace ma la pulizia non è molto sporca e le donne che puliscono hanno sempre una brutta faccia.

Buongiorno vi darò il mio parere personale su ciò che ho visto e viveto in questo hotel non è 4 stelle sinceramente mi sono fatto avere quando arrivando non trovo piscina né coperta né esterna è deludente e il colazione ecurant on semble la cantine de ma ancienne faculté bref c’est juste des appartements à louer donc pas de luxe
