Dovrete continuamente collegare e scollegare dispositivi come smartphone, bollitori elettrici e frigoriferi a questa unica presa. Questo rende il frigorifero praticamente inutilizzabile e, purtroppo, emana un forte odore dall'interno perché la corrente è interrotta. I decided to stay at Dunyo Palace as it had a swimming pool and was great value for money. Getting to Dunyo Palace was very easy on public transport as I caught bus no 33 from the centre of Bukhara straight to the outside of the hotel. It was easy. I have stayed at Dunyo palace before and I had a great stay. My room was bigger than expected with a fridge, air conditioning and a kettle. I was greeted by the nice reception lady she was very helpful. I had breakfast and it was a buffet with a large selection of Uzbekistan breakfast foods. An omelette was freshly prepared for me in the mornings. The hotel pool was really nice to swim in after a long day walking around sight seeing in Bukhara. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I will stay again in the future. The images I share are of the room I stayed in on my departure, the air conditioning, and the bathroom area. Wasn’t a very pleasant stay. On the first day we felt like a scam. We booked the room with an open window door but when we checked in, they gave us an accessible room next to the lift. Nothing looked like the picture on trip.com nor on Mercure website. The accessible bathroom design was also a huge miss. We tried to talk to front desk but they said that’s the last room they have and there were twin beds in the room, so that’s the correct room. They in the end asked us to request for room change the next day if we don’t ‘like’ it. We waited the manager until late morning next day and explained the issue which was more than a room change request. The manager admitted there are only a few rooms that actually look like the picture on their website. They finally gave us the room that we actually booked after a long argument, and compensated us on the first night issue. Beware of what you booked. They mixed a lot of different rooms into one room category and charge the same price point. The room amenities were basic also.

The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite the central location, which can often be a challenge in busy areas. One of the standout features of Boutique Old City is its charming courtyard. It provides a peaceful space to relax, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and soak in the historical ambiance. In the mornings, breakfast was served with a variety of local and international options. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start the day. Another aspect worth mentioning is the hotel’s authenticity. Unlike larger chain hotels, Boutique Old City offers a more intimate and culturally immersive experience. The architecture and interior design reflect the heritage of the region, allowing guests to feel more connected to the destination. Overall, my stay at Boutique Old City exceeded expectations. It combines excellent location, friendly service, and comfortable accommodation in a way that truly enhances the travel experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic stay in the old city.

Le camere erano grandi e pulite. Il letto era comodo. Il colazione era anche buono! Nessuna denuncia. Hanno un palestra con un equipaggiamento di allenamento di età avanzata, non sorprendente, ma sarà sufficiente per tenerti andato. La posizione è di circa 15-20 min a piedi dalla vecchia città, ma c'è un caffè vicino e altri ristoranti non troppo lontano.

L'hotel è situato in una tranquilla strada laterale, da lì si possono raggiungere facilmente tutte le attrazioni a piedi. La sistemazione è molto ben realizzata in un'antica madressah. Ogni stanza ha un aspetto diverso. La sala colazione è qualcosa di molto speciale. Tutto è semplicemente fantastico. Molte grazie a tutti i dipendenti.

一部評価の低い投稿がありますが、2026/10/4-6の2泊、私が家族3人で旅行で利用した際はトラブルも無く非常に好印象のホテルでした。朝食も美味しいです。 旧市街地から少しだけ離れていますが、500m程のため食事後の散歩兼ねて全く問題ない立地です。旧市街地内にも多くのホテルはありましたが、夕方〜夜にかけて人が集まるので、ゆっくりと静かな夜を過ごしたいのであれば、こちらのホテルはかなりお勧め出来ます。またブハラに来る際は利用しても良いと思います。

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Mirana Boutique a Bukhara. Dalla nostra arrivo, siamo stati fatti sentire molto benvenuti. L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica, con molte delle principali attrazioni a piedi, che rende molto facile esplorare la bella città di Bukhara. L'hotel è bellissimo, moderno e molto pulito. Le strutture sono eccellenti; nuove e di alta tecnologia. La nostra camera era spaziosa, confortevole e senza spazi, con tutto quello che ci serviva per un soggiorno rilassante. Il colazione era anche sorprendente, con molte scelte e qualcosa che potesse essere adattato a tutti. La cosa più importante, il personale era incredibilmente gentile, accogliente e utile. Mirshod, Abdulaziz e Khayit andarono di sopra e di là per rendere il nostro soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. La loro ospitezia e gentilezza facevano davvero una differenza e ci facevano sentire a casa. Bukhara è così bella e con persone molto ospiti, e soggiornare al Mirana Boutique Hotel ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale. Хороший отель, расположен довольно удачно, до центра можно и пешком дойти, но проще на такси, оно дешёвое и работает приложение Яндексгоу. Завтраки не очень понравились. Персонал вежливый и говорит на русском. В первый день вода в открытом бассейне была 33 градуса, было классно, потом вода стала холодной и пользоваться им стало невозможно. Сауну и хамам нужно просить включить за час, иначе будет холодная. Накануне отъезда во время уборки исчезли из шкафа отельные халаты, мы не поняли зачем вообще было лезть в шкаф и зачем забирать оттуда халаты,которые лежали аккуратно сложенными на полке и видно что ими не пользовались? Заметили случайно, так как собирались в спа и хотели использовать. Заявили на ресепшн, чтобы с нас потом их не потребовали. Персонал на стойке регистрации предложил трансфер до станции, но его цена зашкаливает. Создалось впечатление, что они так подрабатывают на туристах.
