The location of the hotel is really close to waikiki beach 10 min walk , grab your coffee on the way and go to the beach , the hotel staffs are amazing, very helpful, supportive, friendly, every single one of them , this is really important as a solo traveller I had so many questions and inquiries and they helped me to solve everything in an instance. They even have weights to weigh my luggage before the flight. The room had a stunning balcony, everything so clean, no smell no mold, everything was working , the AC , the mini fridge, they even gave me a kettle because i said I loved having coffee in the morning. They have tours as well , activities like hula dancing , Lei making, there is an ABC store for your water , fruits , snacks , sunscreen . Very convenient . I Highly recommend this hotel.

1) The escalator leading from the lobby to the mezzanine level was out of order. Given the makeshift barrier on the mezzanine level, it looked like the escalator had been out of commission for some time. Quite a shame from a convenience standpoint. 2) I had checked into the hotel after midnight because of a flight delay so I was pretty exhausted and fell asleep quickly after taking a shower, brushing my teeth, etc. I woke up in the middle of my first night's stay noticing a foul odor. After walking around the room and initially thinking it was coming from the A/C vent, I pinpointed the origin of the bad smell to the linens: the pillowcases, sheets, blanket. It smelled like a dirty wet sponge or clothes that never dried completely but were put back in the dresser drawer. I pulled all of the linens off the bed and left a note for housekeeping to replace them because of a foul odor. They did and it was fine the rest of my stay, but the point is I never should have had to do that. 3) Upon returning from my uncle's funeral Saturday night, to my dismay I found 20-30 cars that had been double-parked by the valets in the hotel parking lot. After circling the lot several times in the hopes of catching someone leaving but having no success, I decided to look into valet parking, figuring that since I was a hotel guest they would have something worked out. When the valet told me the valet fee was $49 even for hotel guests I was flabbergasted and declined. He instructed me to go back to the parking garage and speak to the parking attendant to ask about my parking options. When I got there, the parking attendant initially refused to come out of his booth to help me so I had to enter the garage, go all the way around to the exit and talk to him so that he didn't have to leave his booth. He pointed at a white car parked outside and told me to look for parking ”around there.” I asked him if that was assigned to the hotel, because I did not want to wake up tomorrow morning to discover that my rental car had been towed or impounded. He did not convince me that this was not a possibility so I parked the car where he instructed me to, took photos of the area, and went to the hotel registration desk to look further into the parking situation. The signage was also not clear. When I got to the registration desk, I was helped by an employee who seemed to have a French accent. He was definitely European, with very short hair. I explained what had just happened with the parking and he told me that the hotel did not have ”jurisdiction” over that parking area and he could not guarantee me that my car would not be towed. There happened to be another employee, a local guy, just finishing a transaction with a hotel guest so I moved one station over and asked him the same question. He clarified the situation and explained that that outside parking area (in the middle, under the ramp) was overflow parking for the hotel, and, as long as my hotel parking pass was clearly displayed, my car could remain there for the duration of my stay.

El Royal Lahaina es un hotel ubicado en un entorno ideal para parejas. Dispone de muchas actividades como clases de hula que vale la pena aprovechar o conciertos en un entorno relajado y romántico a la luz de la luna. En las noches es ideal tumbarse delante de la playa a observar las estrellas. Nos ha gustado mucho hospedarnos aquí. Mahalo!

Except for the location near the airport I wouldn't recommend this hôtel. It's dirty and noisy. And when the breakfast is included in the price of room, you get coupon for the restaurant. The choice of food for breakfast is very small. And it's either coffee (a very very bad one) or water (a very very small bottle). And then you are allowed to eat in the restaurant and you have to take away and eat in your room as there is no other places to eat. This breakfast is a joke :(

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 29 ottobre al 4 novembre. In generale, il personale era gentile e la stanza era pulita quotidianamente con asciugamani freschi forniti che apprezzavamo. Tuttavia, diversi problemi hanno influito significativamente sulla nostra esperienza. In primo luogo, il bagno accessibile che abbiamo prenotato non corrispondeva alle foto, non c'era una testa doccia a mano, che era importante per noi. In secondo luogo, lo specchio nella hall era notevolmente sporco all'arrivo, con strisce visibili da un vestito bagnato piuttosto sgradevole per un hotel di questo livello. Questo è stato estremamente inconveniente dover portare le cose dal terzo piano di un'altra struttura di parcheggio e sprecare tempo supplementare.È emerso che anche se si paga in anticipo, il vostro parcheggio non è garantito nessuno dall'esterno può prenderlo. Quindi pagate, ma finite senza il servizio che vi è stato promesso. In generale, il personale ha cercato di fornire un buon servizio, ma le questioni organizzative, i problemi di manutenzione e il sistema di parcheggio mal gestito hanno gravemente ridotto il nostro conforto. Purtroppo, dopo questa esperienza, non posso raccomandare questo hotel.

Se si può scegliere la cosa migliore di questo soggiorno, è certamente il **'Dolphin Quest'** che si è goduto nel resort! Anche se non esci in barca a distanza, puoi vedere dei delfini davanti a te nel grande lago nella camera da letto.E'veramente fantastico. E' un programma che comunica vicino ai delfini, e è stato un momento molto felice come se fossi tornato alla mia infanzia e ai miei figli, solo con questa esperienza speciale, la soddisfazione dell'alloggio è aumentata del 200%.

中規中矩的度假村酒店，設施一流的，服務沒太感覺哈，因為都是自己服務自己~泳池多，還有沙灘池，海浪大，下不去海，房間大，洗衣房配備齊全~體驗感不錯。但2月份不建議大家來，影響體驗感，天不好，風大，有雨~

We had a glitch with checking in on arrival but after they sorted this and compensated us for the mess up i couldn't fault this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The position is perfect as are the phenomenal views. We had an ocean view so sat on our balcony every night to watch beautiful Waikiki sunsets We were provided access to the longboard room which provided a great breakfast and in the evenings drinks cheese and dips snacks and pasta the service here was fantastic Amenities are fantastic. Great gym and included yoga and plates sessions. Activities also available but we ran out of time for this I highly recommend this amazing resort

It was good had a great time but if booking through a 3rd party site be prepared to pay way more fees that were never shown to you. They did rectify the situation but nonetheless it is still the principle of the matter and I would probably refrain from booking here again.

Non consiglierei questo hotel a nessuno a meno che non siano un sonno molto profondo. Il rumore stradale è impossibile dormire con. Mi lamenterò presto e cercherò un rimborso parziale. Anche con le orecchie non riuscivo a dormire abbastanza. (Non c'era nemmeno acqua in bottiglia. Anche nei paesi con acqua potabile, le camere d'albergo ricevono le loro da serbatoi, quindi non è raccomandato.)
