Portogallo: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Distretto di Vila Real

We found here the peaceful days we needed. We were welcomed by a dedicated team. All the experience was truly good, from the comfortable room, the amazing dinner experience to both pools and the excellent breakfast. We took this opportunity to visit Pena Aventura park (5 minutes walk) where you can try new activities (some very adventurous ones). These 2 entities, although not connected, work in a symbiotic way and it's a very nice experience for guests. We will return for sure 👌🏼

Viaggiando da Santander (H O G) a Faro, abbiamo deciso di visitare Chaves e soggiornare in questo hotel. Il personale della reception era amichevole e utile, amava la disponibilità del parcheggio sotterraneo, La camera era immacolata e molto comoda, anche se non c'era ferro in camera e sii attento se si vuole prendere un bagno, molto slippery! Avrei voluto usare la piscina, ma era fuori uso durante la nostra durata! La colazione era al posto, molta scelta, l'esperienza generale era molto piacevole e positiva! Chaves bene vale la pena una visita!

Beautiful place with a five star service and extremely detail orientated. It is situated in the lovely Vidago spa village surrounded by nature. If you are looking for a place to disconnect, to pumper yourself with the benefits of the Vidago thermal water and to have some of the finest food, this is the place to stay.

No es un hotel PET FRIENDLY aunque se vendan que sí. Cobran 30€/noche por mascota y no puede estar en ninguna estancia del hotel, solo en la habitación. Atención por parte de la recepcionista del momento de la llegada muy mala. Spa muy pequeño (piscina, pequeño jacuzzi, sauna y un par de duchas frías). Zona de la piscina exterior buena aunque está todo cubierto alrededor de césped artificial y se calienta mucho y resulta desagradable caminar por él. Buen servicio en esa zona del hotel, tienen una pequeña carta de comida y te la sirven directamente en la zona de piscina. Habitación pequeña, el baño no tiene puerta solo cortina, poco armario y zona donde dejar maletas escasa. Cama grande muy cómoda, cama supletoria muy muy incómoda. Situación del hotel privilegiada, zonas donde comer y cenar cerca y varias tiendas de alimentación.

I’ve never been so confused and lost in a hotel until this stay. I was unable to figure out how to find reception or my room or get anywhere! Part of the reason is because no staff member initially explained how to get to my room—taking one elevator down then going across a hallway and taking another elevator up. It’s a crazy hotel design. I felt like the hotel was understaffed during my visit. I stayed as a part of a tour group. The restaurant food was fantastic. The presentation was beautiful. Don’t skip dessert; it was fabulous. Our tour guide interpreted from Portuguese to English so we did not have the problems with the staff members as other reviewers have mentioned. Breakfast lay out was very nice. The grounds are beautiful. My room overlooked the valley and the pool. It had a small balcony. I opened the sliding glass door in the morning, and I listen to the sounds of birds. It was very calm and peaceful. The Jacuzzi was not heated. That was a big disappointment. The indoor pool was a great warm temperature – it might’ve been warmer than the Jacuzzi. The interior pool area is all black, and it is difficult to swim for exercise because you can’t see when the wall is coming up. It feels like you’re in a burnt out building. I don’t know why they selected that color scheme. It is very dark. The gym was very minimal with only a few pieces of equipment. See my photo. There is a small museum on the grounds but it’s all in Portuguese. All the television channels were in Portuguese. The Internet worked well. As others have mentioned, the room layout is very odd. It is always damp because your shower and bathtub are kind of near the bed with no separation. I did not see any mold in my room as other reviewers reported. The room was large but a big portion was unusable at the entrance separated by a wooden slat wall. There is no reading light above the bed so reading before sleep is impossible. There is no make up mirror, and the hairdryer is a basic model, which takes a very long time to actually dry your hair. There were no areas to hang your bathing suit to dry . This was extremely frustrating since the hotel has two pools. I wasn’t here long enough to go exploring, but I could see an old church up the hill. This hotel is OK for one or two nights if you get a good rate.

Cerchiamo un luogo tranquillo, con piscina e fuori zona turistica. Questo hotel lo è. Molto buone piscina, trattamenti del SPA e la cena (non spettacolare ma accettabile). L'unica cosa che mancava è stata una piccola musica ambientale nelle zone di dispersione.

L'Hotel Belas Vistas è una moderna struttura situata sulla spiaggia del lago. La maggior parte (se non tutte) delle camere offrono una vista sul lago e sul campo, oltre. Un'aggiunta molto utile e recente all'hotel è il loro ristorante in cui abbiamo cenato entrambe le notti. Una buona selezione di menu offerta, ma purtroppo, NON in inglese. Abbiamo ricevuto un aiuto per navigare questo da parte del personale del bar, il cui inglese era molto patch. La lingua di backup ”andate” sembrava essere francese. La nostra ”Doppia Camera Panoramica” era enorme e favolosa. Assolutamente nessuna chiacchierata o lamentele qui. Il buffer per colazione era buono, anche se forse potevano essere offerte più prodotti e specialità locali? C'è una piscina. Non abbiamo potuto usarla durante il nostro soggiorno, perché il tempo era povero. C'è parcheggio stradale gratuito in proprietà. Una buona base se si visita la zona di Montalegre. Una visita a Montalegre è una necessità se si sta soggiornando qui - in particolare il museo situato vicino all'ingresso inferiore al Castile.

I was stunned by this hotel. Set in rural Portugal, near the Spanish border, this spa resort is beautiful. Very modern, clean, well equipped throughout, incredibly welcoming staff and superb food in the restaurant. The hotel is the perfect mix of old and new as it is set on an old vineyard, with modern extensions which complement the original 1700's building. Outside the back side is a huge stone terrace which extends the whole width of the 1700's original building with views of the mountains and spa pool and beautiful gardens. The old part of the hotel is magnificent, but we also enjoyed the comfort of our modern room which had a huge terrace overlooking the valley. Everyone working there was friendly and efficient, and the owner spoke English perfectly. I would really recommend this place to anyone visiting northern Portugal. It made for a great relaxing break for my older parents in there 80’s to relax and enjoy the slower pace from Lisbon and before moving on to Porto on a 12 day vacation. The attention to detail and 'nothing's a problem' attitude from everyone we come into contact with is just exceptional. The breakfast is plentiful and has a great selection. We were very happy with the breakfast which offered a large variety of fruit and breads, cheese, ham, several types of jam, as well as cereal and yogurt. The evening meals are so good that you can't stop eating! The manager/owner, Fernando, is the most gracious host that will attend to your every need, while assuring your quality experience is filled with lasting memories and a strong desire to return again. In the evenings we dined in the hotel restaurant. Fernando was truly a phenomenal host, who made us feel welcome. On one of the evenings, he started us off with local sausages and cheese along with some local port from the local vineyard. He made excellent recommendations for our wines and did not disappoint with his selections. The food was delicious. We ate there every night for 4 nights, and everything kept meeting and exceeding our expectations. The beef is something that the region is known for, and it was delicious. Fernando also took us on a tour of the impressive 17th century wine making that uses filtration and gravity. The preservation of the original wine making is located in the lower area that is used for wedding receptions and large parties. The way it is incorporated into the new modern areas was impressive. I will be visiting Portugal in the future and will be re-visiting Fernando's Hotel Rural Casas Novas. We truly enjoyed our stayed here while we visited local vineyards, Chaves and Peneda-Geres National Park.

Damos os parabéns a este magnífico hotel. Faltando apenas uma paisagem deslumbrante sobre a piscina, só temos a dizer bem do staff e da forma como fomos recebidos. Para além do sossego nas horas da piscina, a recepção, o cuidado e o carinho dos funcionários é deslumbrante. Os nossos parabéns a todos eles, mas especialmente ao Sr. Luis que nos fará voltar um dia. A comida do restaurante é de outro mundo, muito bem servido e confeccionado.

Abbiamo prenotato una sola notte di soggiorno sul Forte de São Francisco in rotta tra Santander e l'Algarve, le camere pubbliche e le camere da letto sono in un vecchio fortino delizioso ristrutturato. Ottimo pranzo e colazione. Il personale è sorprendente e non può essere più amichevole e utile. Dove questo hotel andava a un miglio di distanza per noi, mia moglie lasciava il suo cappotto preferito nella stanza quando abbiamo controllato Il ricevitore ha organizzato il cappotto per essere consegnato al nostro casa vacanza nel sud del Portogallo, e poi non ci permetterebbe di rimborsarli Il nostro hotel è un hotel di qualità, che si trova in un luogo di grande interesse, e che si trova in un luogo di grande interesse, che si trova in un luogo di grande interesse.

Tutto quello che ci serve è stato un posto per stare in viaggio a Braganca da Porto. Ho prenotato questo Ibis senza nemmeno controllare le recensioni. Ibis è di solito una scelta sicura, niente di sorprendente, ma fa il lavoro. E poi... l'affidamento dall'esterno è meraviglioso! Abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto proprio fuori. La stanza sul retro, con un piccolo balcone, era molto comoda. Mi piaceva soprattutto la sala da colazione in fondo, con i pezzi medievali conservati sotto i pavimenti di vetro. Ok, non c'è niente di straordinario, ma sufficiente. Certamente una grande scelta per rimanere. Anche Chaves è una gemma nascosta e non da perdere!

L'hotel era eccellente. Il personale era professionale e amichevole. La stanza era grande e il letto era molto comodo. La zona della piscina è bella e abbondante di letti solari. Ho usato il spa e Sonia è un fantastico massaggiatore. Il cibo dell'hotel è davvero delizioso - cena e colazione. L'unico motivo per cui non ho dato questo un 5° rating è che il piano balcone nella nostra stanza è pericoloso. La stanza sul tetto è troppo ampia e la sedia mi è caduta, anche se il divario mi ha dato un brutto bruciore.Il personale dell'hotel ha risposto molto rapidamente per riparare il pavimento, ma non ha interesse per il mio benessere

As the name implies the hotel is right by the castle and within easy walking distance of the sights and the Roman bridge. Parking is available immediately under the hotel with a lift. Our bedroom 105 was large, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was good. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Very good value at €85 b&b.
