Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Beautiful hotel (about 7 min walk to the station) and was a great Ryokan experience as the room was traditional and had a breath-taking view. Futons were sufficiently comfortable - but wished there was the whole Ryokan welcome and fanfare. Staff was welcoming but did not speak much English though they had papers of English instructions all ready. There was a free shuttle out of the hotel at fixed timings to the nearest Shinkansen (Unazukionsen Station) Onsen was relaxing and was supplied with good quality products for every aspect of grooming. Lots of vending machines were available, there was a souvenir shop on site though pricey. We just did not enjoy the corridors as it gave out a creepy vibe (due to it being an older establishment), hence, we did not enjoy moving around the hotel). Facilities were beautiful and well preserved. Food as part of the experience was a good and large helping. We opted for the full seafood experience but it had a lot of sashimi or cured seafood which was not to our own liking (we did not really know what we signed up for, really our fault!) Breakfast was a good spread and really hearty. A lot of traditional and local specialties to experience! Overall a great stay! (Shops in the vicinity closes at about 5pm and open at 10am)

Ho una grande esperienza di soggiornare a Crown Plaza Hotel con il mio ragazzo qualche giorno fa. La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona e conveniente. È a soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Toyama dove si può ottenere qualsiasi cosa. Il personale è molto utile, gentile, amichevole e eccezionalmente ben addestrato. La signora del front desk e la signora che ci ha aiutato con il bagaglio sono così amichevole e utile. Le strutture possono essere un po' vecchie, ma la manutenzione è davvero buona. Vedi quanto attenzione hanno messo in manutenzione di questo hotel. Non c'è nessuna stupida polvere Ci piace il buffet colazione molto, perché ci sono una vasta gamma di cibo. Anche lo stile occidentale e lo stile giapponese. I prodotti locali sono piccoli e freschi e mi piacerebbe davvero rimanere lì per godere il mio colazione prima di andare a Tateyama. Il bar è in alto piano, che guarda tutta la città. Andare la notte sarebbe bello e il design interno è classico (non vecchio). Ci piace molto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel e lo consigliamo a chiunque si trova a Toyama.

Bella stazione con parcheggio gratuito. Molto bello e utile personale. Dinner e colazione sono buone con piena cultura giapponese. Molto comodo primavera calda. Francamente, è un po' vecchio, ma lo tengono molto pulito e bello. Veramente felice di essere qui.

Nell'hotel della zona sceneggiata, in metà montagna, la stanza è tutta in direzione di Zhuangjiang. Si può vedere il mare del Giappone e le città di Fushan. La posizione è senza ostacoli. L'hotel Lishan nella stanza è adatto per camminare, qui è adatto per portare genitori e figli. L'hotel è un po'vecchio, la reception è in giapponese, ma ora sono tradotte da AI, molto paziente, non c'è problema di comunicazione.La stanza è molto vecchia, ma ci sono quattro letti, la famiglia si riposa bene.La mezza cena e il bicchiere sono gratis, e ho provato diversi vini locali. Il grande casinò può lavare il bagno ♨️. La notte può vedere le stelle, e il telefono comune può scattare la galassia.La debolezza è che il segnale WiFi nella stanza è un po'difficile.

Amazing views from the bath and rooms. It snowed heavily when we arrived and departed and the staff kindly offered to guide guests to the station at 9am. Truly, without which, we might have been in real danger as visibility was poor and it was very difficult to walk and follow the trail when markers are under snow. Snowshoes and poles are available for rent at 1000yen per person per day. Remember to bring your own toothbrushes, towels and yukata/pajamas as these must be bought or rented. Nevertheless, our stay was unquestionably an unforgettable one. I would like to thank the staff for sending to my last hotel in Japan, the spectacles I had forgotten at the sink. Unmatched service. Do not miss out on this chance to make an unforgettable memory!

Siamo stati a Toyama per visitare Tetayama Kurobe Alpine Road. Il Doubletree di Hilton è situato in diagonale opposto alla stazione ferroviaria Toyama-Dandetsu. Alla porta dell'hotel è un nuovo centro commerciale, Maroot. Oltre all'hotel c'è un negozio conveniente, Lawson, l'hotel è molto conveniente e vicino a molte amministrazioni. Quello che mi piace più dell'hotel, al di sopra della pulizia della stanza, forniscono acqua dalle Alpi, il monte Tateyama che l'hotel chiama “Gusta la differenza”. Anche se Lawson è vicino all'hotel che posso ottenere tutti i tipi di acqua potabile, ma io bevo solo l'acqua di montagna. E' assolutamente sorprendente avere così fresca acqua potabile Alpi fornite gratuitamente agli ospiti dell'hotel! Kudos alla gestione per tale accordo considerato.

It is a traditional hotel, the lobby and rooms are a bit old. However, everything works well in the room. Staffs from reception are very kind and willing to help! Location is also good, with convenience store just opposite the hotel.

Almost like a hostel, with no service at all except luggage storage. Self service check in, no drinking water. But room is clean. Guess this is what u get for what u pay. Located a little far from the train station but still recommend for a night’s stay if u are going for the Alpine Route from Dentsu Toyama Stn.

Hotel is a bit old. Location is good. A big shopping plaza (SunPlaza) just next to the hotel. Hotel provides free parking. Hotel room is a very old fashion like 90's but the cleaningless is acceptable. One thing which is unacceptable is the water in the room. The water came out from the shower or from the tap is only hot water. No matter you use cool water tap or hot water tap, only hot water came out. I asked the reception staff, they told me to turn on the water tap for 10 minutes then some room temp water might come out. We had tried and some times it worked but sometimes it didn't. This is the only thing we were not happy.,
