AAldo BertolinoSiamo stati bene, la reception molto funzionale 24/24 ore, molto buona la colazione, abbiamo prenotato la cena servita in camera ed è stata molto positiva, si può migliorare il servizio nel bagno dove gocciola acqua dal soffitto, li water e la vasca da bagno sono da sostituire, vecchie malandate e ingiallite.

AAndyLTTStaying in Pangkor Laut Resort was truly memorable. The resort was well-maintained and beautifully landscaped. The combination of luxury and nature was what drew me to come here and spend a short weekend getaway. It offers a serene environment to relax on a private island and even take on a little adventure such as tracking through a rainforest.
Overall I find Pangkor Laut Resort, a great place to unwind, destress and enjoy nature.
If you are looking for extreme sports, crowds and a place to stimulate your senses, Pangkor Laut Resort is not for you. And that is why I love my stay here, nothing but a piece of paradise, calm surroundings and pampering oneself.

JJacqueline Wong Ka YingEveryone was very friendly and exceptional hospitality by the team. Will definitely recommend to our white people guests as we're also in the tourism industry in Penang.
Except for the dining Sidai restaurant service staff, bad attitude and even giving faces when chef kitchen asked them to prepare things missing. My husband is a hotel chef for 10 years so he knows how to operate a 5 star hotel. Didn't keep baby chair clean too, full of dirt (serious not like some dirt). Should be in SOP to wipe everyday, but luckily service crew help me wipe upon asking. Spot another couple brought baby too and they wipe themselves while GM kutuk them then they still watching customer wipe themselves without go in front and said I help to wipe, so hilarious 😆You're charging a lot for this resort, so I expect at least 4 star service.
Room cleanliness can be improved, especially bathroom. Dirt marks between tiles can be easily fixed by just putting tile grout then problem fixed. Room photo is different from the one listed on Agoda and Trip.com so there's a expectation vs reality scenario but I am okay with a smaller room, just that maybe others won't be happy.

LLarMAn amazing experience all round. We weren’t enjoying Ipoh at all until our check in here. They had a lovely welcome for my girlfriend’s birthday. The facilities are all excellent. It feels like you’re in the jungle at times, monkeys to be seen and beautiful birds. The resort is big enough that it never felt crowded, and the food that we ate was perfect! The villa was comfortable and cleaned twice a day, while the hot tub is a lovely perk and the little pool.
Couldn’t recommend this enough as a getaway, where you wouldn’t have to leave until checkout.
The only thing I’d say, as an Irishman, is that I thought Jeff’s cellar might have had a better selection of Irish whiskeys. Would return happily.

NNicoleIt is a very lovely guest house with great atmosphere. Especially, I have to thank a staff who was on duty on 18th night shift sincerely. My grandmother was uncomfortable on that night, we were looking for pills to stop her stomach ache from the reception at around 3am in the midnight, the staff was very kind, he drove my sister to the nearest convenience store to get the pills and finally my grandmother felt better after that.

MMuhammad NizarChecked in on 16/9/24 after I finished my work meeting in Bangi and heading to Penang. Welcomed by 2 Indians receptionist. They are very polite, nice and customer centricity. I think it is the only tallest building in Teluk Intan. This was my first time visit this place. Around 2km/10mins to leaning tower. Very good place to have short gateway.
Hotel is very good, they price is cheap and it’s speaks for itself. Toilet is very clean, room spacious, and everything working well. Just,,, bit noisy because the hotel just next to traffic light. Also, the gym and snooker place also noisy at night until 2am. Many knocking sound, but trust me it is not “ghost”, it is gym and snooker. I have verified with the staff. They offered me to change room but we just okay to remain after we know that’s not mysterious things. He3. Hotel is excellent, staff excellent and facilities also excellent.
