It is nice hotel with good view. The room has different type of room. The one I stayed name Academy room is not the best choice is a long walk from the reception of lobby. The ROM of suit is much more convenient and better view.

Abbiamo già visitato questo hotel, ma questa volta abbiamo visto un segno che la nuoto inciderà su 5 pp. Mi è stato ritenuto che non mi fosse stato consigliato, come il ricevitore ha detto che questa nuova politica si è svolta due settimane fa. Ma quando siamo andati alla piscina, il cameriere ci ha detto che se hai prenotato da un altro fornitore (trip.com ecc) hai un passaggio complimentare alla piscina. Se solo sapessimo il primo giorno. Ma davvero felice in generale.

Stayed for 3 nights while in the area seeing friends. After reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant but the price was so good that I took a chance. The room was fine, comfy bed, good shower, kettle, free wifi. All you could need. They are trying to be modern and giving a code instead of a key for the locks which is just a pain and unnecessary. Only negative is that housekeeping are so noisy in a morning so any chance of a sleep in is short lived! Would stay here again.

Il punto di prezzo che mi preoccupava sarebbe deludente, ma è stato il contrario e lo consiglierei felicemente a tutti. Perfetto per i nostri scopi, vicino a Newbury per cena e esplorazione, e un grande posto per tornare a notte (il costo di un camion da 15 sterline era bene nel nostro bilancio). La colazione è stata molto deliziosa e organizzata con una selezione ben conservata e un'atmosfera piacevole. Il mio solo grido era che il check-in era un po' fretta e un po' come una cintura di trasporto, ci avevamo bloccati in traffico e sarebbe stato apprezzato un più caldo benvenuto. In generale, però, una grande esperienza. Ben fatto per l'intera squadra!

The room was in a small separated building literally in the parking lot, didn’t expect that. But inside is cozy and location is good.

Well on arrival we was greeted y the staff on Reception with a smile, We was given our room keys to room 114.The rooms were clean and lovely and tidy plus couldn't ask for more. One thing we was sad about and that was the Restaurant,we had asked for a table for 2 and was asked if we had booked a table which we said no. Then to our shock we was told but we could order our food off the menu from the restaurant in the bar area. My wife sat down as she's disabled and I went to the bar to order some drinks. I asked for some menus and the young man behind the bar who was talking to his colleagues about his personal life said he will bring some to the table. 15 minutes later a young lady brought our drinks, and we asked her if she could bring us a menu which she did. I had asked ger to come back in 5 minutes so we could look at the menu, 20 minutes later no sign of the staff where I had to go to the bar and asked if I could order some food and the young man said someone will come over. The young lady came over and took the order.Then we was given cutlery which was stained with food and disgusting 15-20 minutes or so later the starters came Then the main courses. Now if I wanted to sit in the bar and pay over a £125:00 for a meal and get the service I would expect I would pay that money no matter what but I could have sat in the restaurant comfortably with my wife enjoying the evening in a lovely atmosphere but I would have rather gone across the road to the pub or a restaurant down the high street and got a much better service, rather then having some ***** leaning over the chair behind me facing our table where he was a foot away from myself as I'm eating.im not one that's rude but the hotel needs to know this

L'hotel è molto buono, ha strutture nuove ed è molto pulito, è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Londra ed è anche vicinissimo al Castello di Windsor e a Legoland tramite Uber posti interessanti nelle vicinanze😄

If you want to seclude yourself for a few days this is the perfect place for you! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only had breakfast during our two nights stay but it was good with many variety of teas / coffees available of our liking. The surrounding environment was great with plenty of greenery. The only drawback was that we arrived at the hotel in a hot and humid evening and there was no air conditioning in our room, with only a small electric fan provided.

Perfection location, a couple minutes walk into the town centre. Hotel is located on a well used road and windows are original to the building no sound proofing. Curtains could be thicker to block out street lights if staying in a room at the front of the hotel.
