Exceptional Onsen Experience and Delicious Breakfast My recent stay at this hotel in Japan was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to every detail with genuine hospitality. The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the exquisite onsen bath house. Nestled amidst serene surroundings, the onsen offered the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The facilities were immaculately clean, the water temperature was just right, and the tranquil atmosphere allowed me to truly unwind after a day of exploring. Each morning began with their amazing breakfast spread, featuring a wonderful selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were outstanding, and the presentation was as beautiful as the flavours were delicious. From freshly brewed coffee to traditional miso soup, every meal was a delightful start to the day. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, making my experience truly memorable. I wholeheartedly give this hotel a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing getaway, a cultural experience, or just a fantastic place to stay, this hotel exceeds expectations in every way.

Only one Onsen pool for man not sufficient and the men Onsen only 4 cabinet storage area is too small.

Close to jr station but won’t choose it next time. Stayed there for two nights as no choice of hotels due to the balloon event. the twin room is so small and hygiene was not that good, we saw a cockroach in the lobby, probably due to the restaurant next to it.

We chose to stay here because hotels in Fukuoka were very expensive, and since we had the JR Pass, this location right beside the Tosu station was super convenient. The room was very clean, and the facilities were great — especially the included breakfast! It was a wonderful chance to try local Japanese dishes, and I really enjoyed it. The breakfast starts as early as 6:30am, which was very thoughtful — I still remember rushing to catch the 6:50am train to Fukuoka after eating, and I even had 5 minutes to spare, haha! Staff were friendly and helpful, though English communication was a bit more limited — probably because it’s not a major station area. Still, everyone had a great attitude and tried their best. Overall, a very satisfying stay!

Close to the train station. The rooms are clean and and big for Japanese standards. Also the included breakfast is good, compared to other locations of this hotel chain in Japan.

Ci sono molti cibi vicino. Le strade sono belle e vicini a santuario. La stanza è grande, la TV è pulita e può essere vista direttamente su Youtube C'è un caldo indipendente 👍! C'è una cibo di rosa e soia di tofu vicino.

Questo è un resort di sauna, dove potresti avere accesso alla sauna e poi avere qualcosa di cibo in sala dopo un giorno intero di lavoro. Le camere sono letti e design tradizionali di stile giapponese, con un piccolo balcone che guarda la vista dell'oceano. Per il buffet di colazione sono estremamente soddisfatto, dove la pulizia e l'igiene sono molto buone, e il gusto del cibo è anche delizioso. È un buffet di stile internazionale, con diversi tipi di cibo da diversi paesi, ma il resort ha ancora insistito sul mantenimento dell'angolo giapponese, in cui è la mia prima volta di provare un buon colazione standard giapponese nella mia per tutta la vita, e direi che è davvero stupendo e vale la pena tornare!!

Grande giardino e nostalgia del vento!La sala ha tutti i tipi di vecchi strumenti, può godere di Nespresso 㗎 morfina.Non ci sono molti ospiti e camere, può godere di caldo.Il colazione ha pane e salad, anche se non offre cena, e molti sono vicini.

還是先説優點：酒店從外部看，維護得還是不錯的，工作人員在我們進出的時候都會點頭致意，非常有禮貌，所處位置的風景非常好，窗外的河和對面的樹簡直讓人心曠神怡，離熱氣球博物館走路就到，門口就有公交站，佐賀不大，搭乘公交四處晃悠就完全足夠了。周圍沒有什麼便利店，需要走一段路。佐賀確實很鄉下，但就是這份質樸的感覺讓我在這裏呆得很舒服，從酒店搭乘公交車可以去到巴士中心，那裡可以搭乘所有的交通線路，稍微有一點不太舒適的可能就是被套很滑，睡覺的時候褥子會從被套裏掉出來，枕頭衹有軟硬之分，但沒有高低之分，睡起來脖子不太舒服，其他真的都很好，冰箱裏還有冰杯，可以自己做冰美式，下次去，還要住在這裏，很喜歡。
