India: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Tamil Nadu

I would definitely return here. Overall, very good value for money.   The breakfast daily and the staff were truly exceptional.  The room was good, everything worked and in-room dining that is 24/7, was excellent.  We arrived at 2am and the food, at that time, for famished travellers was truly appreciated. Thank you Holiday Inn.  You have excellent staff and hope you are valuing them.  Staff farewelled us on our last day!!   I did not give five stars for cleanliness as the toilet seats could/ should be cleaned better.

It's not that great. They need lots of improvement in service and the rooms need some renovation as the wardrobes n carpets look old. it will also be better if they use some room freshener or candles with fragrance as the room doesn't have a pleasant smell. Overrall, it's not that great for a premium hotel.

La posizione era grande e le camere erano molto ben mantenute. Il personale era cortese e ben comportato. Il cibo e la selezione delle bevande erano anche buoni. In generale, era un buon soggiorno.

Favoloso, si trova su una collina a circa 20 minuti a piedi verso la città (sicuramente ottenere un rickshaw indietro). Non ci siamo resi conto che potevamo ordinare uova per colazione fino alla nostra seconda mattina (non le abbiamo offerte la prima mattina). Il bagno non era stato pulito all'arrivo e c'erano segni di spazzatura sulla parete sopra la zona del tè/caffee. Abbiamo anche ritornato alla nostra camera tardi pomeriggio per trovare la manutenzione che lavorava sul nostro balcone - pensava che questo avrebbe potuto essere fatto dopo il check-out! Favoloso doccia. Il ristorante ha mangiato una notte e il cibo era molto buono. Le tasse elevate in Tamil Nadu sono state aggiunte al prezzo (quasi 25%) per tenere presente questo . Cocktails weee eccellente. Abbiamo fatto il mattino “promenade” che valeva la pena di alzarsi.  La seconda notte, abbiamo portato una bottiglia d'acqua calda che è stata una bella sorpresa.  Il tè e le biscotti serviti tra 5 & 5.30pm che è stato un bel toccamento, anche se più del pasticceria di colazione sarebbe stato buono. Si consiglia di rimanere qui come camere, posizione e ristorante sono eccellenti.

My recent stay at Novotel was truly delightful. The property is beautiful, well-kept, and offers every comfort a guest could ask for. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. I’d like to give special appreciation to Miss Kulvir Kaur for her remarkable hospitality. She was incredibly courteous, attentive, and ensured that all my needs were taken care of with a smile. Her professionalism and genuine warmth made me feel valued and truly enhanced my overall experience. It’s people like Miss Kulvir who make a hotel stay feel more personal and memorable. I sincerely thank her and the entire Novotel team for their excellent service. Looking forward to returning soon!

Returning to this location after eight years, I was hoping for the same 5star experience I once enjoyed. Unfortunately, it’s not quite what it used to be, and the property is beginning to show its age. On a positive note, the staff were warm and courteous throughout—from the reception to the restaurant team. Their professionalism and friendliness was a highlight of the stay. The restaurant manager Nazim was helpful. However, the room was disappointing. Upon entering, there was a strong musty odor. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told all the rooms have this smell and that it would dissipate in about 10 minutes—but unfortunately, it lingered. It seems guests may simply become accustomed to it over time. Not me.. lol. The Colony restaurant offered a decent breakfast, though dinner not that much. It felt overcrowded and cramped, and the buffet menu was not the greatest, with food quality was just average. The key strengths of this location remain its convenient setting, friendly staff, and ample parking. With some updates and improvements, it could once again live up to its former reputation.

Il mio soggiorno cominciò con una nota deludente. Sono arrivato al lobby domenica pomeriggio e mi sono aspettato quasi 40 minuti prima che qualcuno mi raggiungesse. Anche se ero chiaramente in linea, un paio di altri ospiti si sono avvicinati al desk e mi hanno assistito prima di me. Mi aspettavo che il personale di concierge o di front desk avesse notato la situazione e aiutasse gli ospiti nell'ordine in cui arrivavano, ma purtroppo non è successo. Una volta finalmente accolto, mi è stato assegnato un quarto al quarto piano. In generale non ho aspettative particolarmente elevate per quanto riguarda l'ambiente delle camere d'albergo, poiché ritengo che spesso non variano in modo significativo in ogni hotel, indipendentemente dalla loro classificazione stellare. Ciò che ho trovato particolarmente insoddisfacente è stato il prezzo dell’hotel. I prodotti disponibili in camera, come un bar Snickers prezzito a 155 e un pacchetto di Lay’s prezzito a 55, ***** con patate e bevande carbonate, sono stati elencati a più volte i loro prezzi al dettaglio normali. Il marchio era così eccessivo che mi faceva chiedere se l'hotel volesse davvero consumare questi oggetti o semplicemente cercava di imporre una spesa inutile e inflata. Lo stesso vale per il trasporto.L'hotel ha citato 1800 più le tasse per un sedimento all'aeroporto.Ho prenotato un Uber per lo stesso viaggio per 699.Costringere bene oltre il doppio del prezzo di mercato e poi aggiungere le tasse su di esso è assolutamente assurdo. La comodità dell'hotel può ragionevolmente arrivare a un premio, ma questo si sentiva meno come un servizio premium e più come un tentativo di trarre vantaggio dagli ospiti. Il pranzo complimentare, tuttavia, ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni e probabilmente è stata la parte più redditizia del soggiorno.

Our experience at the Marriot Courtyard Madurai was excellent! Specifically the Front Desk and Restaurant (Mr Mohan) deserve praise for their exemplary services. We will definitely come back

Stayed 4 nights at The Residency Towers, Chennai early May 2026. Hotel looks grand and clean. Very convenient location if you are a shopper! 'Off' pick drive to International airport about 20 mins. Staff are very kind, polite and helpful. Staff at main door entrance always greet with a smile and are willing to collect your luggages. Breakfast spread with commendable! Many options from South Indian (fresh and on the spot) made dosa, roti, Mediterranean food staple like hummus, pita bread, healthy sandwiches, juices, filter coffee! pastries, cakes, porridge.. more than one can ask for! Special mention about Mr Deeraj. Deeraj made every effort to make my stay memorable after I had issues in the first room assigned to me. Dheeraj personal inspected the next room and assured to make my stay a good one, and he definitely did! Dheeraj visited me in the restaurant to speak to me personally about my dissatisfaction about the first room which is very commendable in ensuring guests are well taken care of. Dheeraj even gave me an upgrade! which was very kind of him. Another mention is Anand who collected my luggages. He was on full spring and energy in his work! He has very good working etiquette. Another shout out to Krish and Ashwin from the restaurant! They were very sweet and friendly to make our mealtimes enjoyable and their lightheartedness full of spirit really made my day! Myself and my husband had a truly wonderful time at The Residency Towers, Chennai! We will surely return. My only comment is, I expected all rooms to have been updated and renovated as advertised on their website, but unfortunately only couple of floors.

The room is a total disappointment. Check in on 3-June-2026 for room 2066 (not to sure), change to 1004 and on 5th night, change again to 1020 due to beeping noise as the door is unable to close properly. My colleagues, Rasal PM and Muhamed Ali (2064 to 2020) either have only hot water and disappointing room.
