L'hotel è stato ben tenuto (a parte la palestra) con un personale molto amabile e utile. Se cerchi un hotel a piscina, ci sono opzioni migliori entro 20 minuti a piedi, poiché questo hotel ha una piccola piscina. La palestra non era molto ben tenuta con peso ovunque e l'attrezzatura stessa avrebbe potuto essere migliorata.

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

Everything was good and ok except that when I arrived to the hotel around 10:00 pm no body was there I had to go next door to the pharmacy to ask if the reception was open or if I had to call someone to check in , the pharmacy employee had to go inside the hotels office to find someone after 15 minutes someone came in

È un hotel di alta qualità, situato nella zona centrale di Aqaba, con numerosi negozi intorno. Il personale è molto utile per fornire informazioni turistiche e di trasporto e mostrare rispetto quando ricevere diverse feedback dagli ospiti.

Tutto bene, ma il problema non è quello di fornire requisiti, per esempio, ho contattato il ricevitore di mattina e ho chiesto di pulire le stanze e di sostituire le scarpe. La sera ho chiesto le scarpe e il dipendente ha risposto, e la mia richiesta non è stata fornita.

Il nostro soggiorno nel campo Shaheen è stato un'esperienza incredibile, anche se siamo stati trasferiti al campo Hasan Zawaideh a causa della bassa stagione. Poiché i campi sono vicini a vicenda, e probabilmente hanno gli stessi proprietari, la transizione è stata senza fine e siamo stati molto benvenuti all'arrivo. L'hotel si trova al di fuori dell'area protetta. Tuttavia, è anche molto tranquillo e riservato, quindi è necessario parcheggiare l'auto al punto di incontro e prendere il fuoristrada dell'hotel per addentrarsi ulteriormente. Il personale è cordiale e ci ha accolto calorosamente. La nostra bolla è pulita e confortevole. Il bagno è nascosto dietro il muro e non ha porta. I prodotti da bagno sono forniti, ma potrebbero essere di qualità migliore. C'è un limite di tempo per l'uso dell'acqua calda, dato che l'hotel si trova nella natura selvaggia (fino alle 23:00, se non sbaglio). Il nostro pacchetto include la cena a buffet, che è piuttosto buona. Principalmente piatti locali. L'aspetto è pulito e igienico. La colazione è discreta.

We stayed here as a family in a bubble tent during our trip to Wadi Rum, and overall we had a very positive experience. The owner, Eid, was genuinely attentive from the very beginning. Shortly after we made the reservation, he contacted us by email and stayed in touch throughout the process. He truly does his best at every stage to make sure his guests are comfortable and satisfied. We really appreciated that level of care and communication. The location of the camp is beautiful and peaceful. Even though the weather was partly cloudy, we were still able to see the stars at night, which was very special. Dinner was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes. The vegetable options were especially delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We also joined a jeep desert tour, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay. Our guide (I unfortunately forgot his name) was friendly and made the experience both enjoyable and comfortable. Traveling with two children, we felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout our stay. I would happily recommend this camp to other families visiting Wadi Rum.
