L'hotel dispone di trasporti molto convenienti, si trova a soli 100 metri a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Tianhe City. We checked-in 2 Twin Bed rooms for 3 nights. 4 of us were extremely happy with the hotel. As we entered into the hotel, we were being serve promptly. The receptionists, the housekeeping, the cleaners are all friendly and very helpful. They offered their help prior to our request. Their service were pro-active. We just love their service so much. It was not a big lobby but it provide the feeling of home. Coffee machine is 24 hours, they provide simple supper but it was very nice. The room is clean and the size is good. The sound proof is good, water pressure is excellent, Smart home service, digital toilet. The soft drink provided in the mini bar are also complimentary. The housekeeper was so nice that she offered to help us in ironing our cloth. Nearby the hotel are surrounded by restaurants, the subway station is less than 100 meters from the hotel. Overall, thumb up with the hotel, location, service is all you will gladly satisfy with.

So happy that the hotel has upgraded us freely to the special kids room, my girl loves the pink deco! Once you enter the hotel, your kids won’t leave the huge playroom and ice park. Great value!

We had a wonderful stay at Eeril Hotel. 🥰 The location is very good. Just a few minutes to the metro station. The room is very clean, and the lobby smells good. We would like to drink some tea in the lobby but unfortunately we didn't have much time. There's a robot butler that delivers food to the guest's door. And he can take the elevator by himself! Shenzhen is very cool! The people here are very kind and friendly.❤️🥰

The staff is very helpful and attentive. They gave us a later checkout time. Utilities are good: restaurant, gym, self laundry, outdoor lounge area (very lovely on the roof) with café. The room is a good size. ¥15 for all you can watch movies, shows, and music for 24 hours. Quite a large selection, good enough of English movies. Large TV. Black-out curtains. A feature that is very rare to see; a full-length mirror. Good counter space. The overall Japanese style decor is very nice. The soundproofing is not good. Got woken up at 5am by a bird. It sounded like it was in the room with us. No shaving kit that husband actually would have liked to use this time. The washroom doesn't have soundproofing either. Overall: a cozy hotel in a convenient location, but soundproofing needs to be improved. Other than that, it would have been very nice to stay.

Booked my stay for 8 nights and below are my reviews. ISSUE 1 We were given the room facing the railway station and true to other traveller’s review, it IS NOISY! The constant honks of the vehicles can start at 7am till 12midnight everyday. When we entered the room on the first day, we tried to on the air-con for better ventilation but instead of cool air, warm air came out. Tried to adjust the settings but there was no change. Went to the reception to enquire but they mentioned they were not able to on the central aircon as it’s winter season and they would need to get management’s approval to activate it. what they could offer us was to open the one and only small window in our room. We told them we already opened it but it’s still warm so the other alternative is to provide us with standing fans which they did. Imagine us sleeping for 5 nights with the window open and the fans on, hearing the cars honks from 7am-12midnight. IT WAS TORTURE. Luckily on the 6th day, we enquired again and they finally activated the central air-con. Mind you the winter season in Guangzhou is totally different temperature than Shanghai or Beijing. There’s no need to off the central aircon at all. ISSUE 2 There were 20 floors in this hotel but there were only three lifts in this building. The lift space was small, could only fit 9 adults max in my opinion. The speed the lifts were going was also slow. Plus, you’re sharing the space with the service robots. So if you’re staying here, kindly cater extra waiting time. ISSUE 3 The rooms are not labeled non-smoking/ smoking room. So you could be staying in a non-smoking room but the room around you could be a smoking room. There were days where we could smell cigarette smoke in our toilet and unable to find the source. And there were days when we came out of our room to walk to the lift, the whole corridor smelled of cigarettes. I pity the cleaners having to use the humidifier everyday while cleaning the rooms. PLUS side - the room I booked was spacious. Could fit in four medium sized luggages with loads of space to walk around. - toilet was clean and spacious - there’s free bottled water provided and could ask for more - metro station is just below us. Conclusion, this would be my first and last visit to this hotel. Will probably stay somewhere away from the railway station in the future and will make sure to check with the hotels if their air-con is working. Not worth the price I’m paying for.

Location is great, just across the Sunac Mall where the ski resort is. The breakfast is one type of baked bread and fresh orange juice/coffee which is okay. The biggest problem here is the cleaning. We find the room very dusty and the toilets were not cleaned properly. I hope they can improve the level of cleaning. Other than that its a good budget hotel.

Lovely hotel next to dafoshi, we had a good stayed in the paid upgraded room. Nice room with breakfast. Breakfast is simple but nice. They serve supper with all day long coffee. Front desk girls and boys are all very helpful.

We were warmly greeted and accommodated by the receptionist who helped us with check in, also sharing with us tips to get upgraded and receive complimentary welcome gifts. All requests are fulfilled on time and with diligence.  One shortcoming is the wifi is not very stable connecting to TV. Apart from that, rooms are cleaned every day. Very satisfied with the stay and it is very near to the metro station.

This is a steal! Such a nice new smart hotel! I was a bit worried about smoke 🚬 smell as in China people smoked indoor and the smell will remain in the room… Luckily wasn’t the case when I was there, very clean, very new, toilet was nice with nice shampoo, conditioner, shower foam and all smells good. They also have slippers, staff are nice, and they provide simple breakfast which you must eat. I’m usually not a bread person but their breads are so delicious! Location: it’s directly opposite the Sunac Mall, I’m here to snowboard so it’s perfect!

Situazione conveniente proprio sopra il grande centro commerciale e vicino al ponte di Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau. Il colazione ha molte varietà di buona qualità. La camera è grande e pulita con bella vista sul fiume.

Grande hotel vicino alla stazione ferroviaria Mingzhu a Zhuhai. Il posto era pulito ovunque e la camera era bella e spaziosa. Il check-in e il check-out è stato veloce con grande servizio. La porta è indietro per un comodo negozio e caffè e altri ristoranti. Non c'è molto intorno, ma è abbastanza buono se volete un breve soggiorno.

We fully enjoyed this stay in Hotel L. The front desk staffs 小敏，小陈等等are both friendly and helpful. They always smile when approached and offer unlimited assistance to our enquiries. We also wish to thank the housekeeper especially 范女士, she works with details and clean every corner of our room. In addition, she guided us to things which we would need. Lastly, all staff are very polite and do not hesitate to greet guests Good Morning everyday without fail. Thank you very much and best wishes!

Very fun place and the staff were all so friendly providing top notch service. From the time u stepped into the resort till you leave the place you get friendly service and will be v well taken care of.

Absolutamente amava il nostro soggiorno.  ci siamo trasferiti con un bambino di tre anni. Lo ha goduto tutti i suoi pezzi. L'hotel ha un occhio per i dettagli per i bambini. Ad esempio, ha scarpe da bagno per bambini, bagni da bagno,  e anche lo shampoo e gel lavaggio dei bambini.  La parte più stravagante è il colazione che avete così tanta scelta e  si può godere il colazione accanto ai pinguini della vita reale  come una vista.  Si consiglia di rimanere qui quando si visita il parco Chimelong con i bambini e si consiglia anche sicuramente il colazione.

Marriott Hotel has always been one of our favorite brands, known for its comfort and reliability. This time, we chose it to celebrate a birthday. They acknowledged my request for room decorations via WeChat, but unfortunately, they overlooked the flower delivery. When we checked in, the flowers were still sitting at the concierge, despite my earlier message—it was quite disappointing to see. On a positive note, we appreciated the room upgrade for the birthday occasion. However, the receptionist at night mistakenly mixed up our room key cards with those of another group of friends, which somewhat spoiled the surprise. The room itself was spacious, and we loved the bathtub, although the air conditioning could have been cooler. Overall, while there were some hiccups, we still enjoyed our stay and the special celebration.
