It's a wonderful place, a preserved building that is very clean, at a very central location in Middlebury. The price was excellent, and the parking was very convenient. We couldn't get the wi-fi to work which was a pain given that only Verizon works here, and we didn't have hotspots. Very friendly staff, both the female receptionist during checkout and the gentleman during checkin, with his excellent recommendations. But: Be careful with rooms 126-129, they need a good flight of stairs, which was difficult for us, as we were coming from a big road-trip and had many bags. Perhaps the reception should make this clear during the check-in process, we would be very happy to change rooms, but it was too late. Soundproofing is not the best, but I am not complaining as the building is preserved and they can't do much. Finally, a small complaint is that there is no desk to do some work in the room, forcing us to go to cafes.   All in all, I honestly think this hotel is terrific if you are visiting Middlebury and I would 100% recommend it for a ski trip or a tour of the college.

South Burlington definitely need a car to get to Burlington proper. They do have a shuttle bus though that runs to like ten pm I think. The king bed with bath doesn’t exist , the bathtub is kind of old school. Checking in can be slow (waited in line for a bit). Refrigerators in room but no microwave, one exist in lobby. Gym is ok, indoor swimming pool is nice, gym isn’t 24 hours. Room was ok.

La pulizia è molto generale.Il personale della reception è relativamente freddo.Ci sono ristoranti che sono più conveniente per mangiare, ma in generale le strutture sono molto scarse.L'aria in palestra è molto pesante e deve essere rimossa con un ventilatore.La nostra sala da sauna è tutto cattiva nei giorni.

Proprio vicino a Killington, servizio amichevole, e una piscina all'aperto riscaldata, un posto meraviglioso.

Probably THE nicest ‘motel’we’ve stayed in as it really is a Motor Lodge type motel - parking around both sides of the building - park near your room - great finishes, clean and large sized room. Very comfortable! Close to good restaurants.

La zona circostante l'hotel è molto comoda. Ci vogliono 5 minuti a piedi dai negozi e ristoranti più centrali. Ci sono vari tipi di cibo, la maggior parte cammina. Alcuni vecchi edifici sono belli e c'è un parco. Inoltre, l'hotel si trova a pochi minuti dal lago. Vista, c'è un museo per bambini in riva al lago e puoi andare su uno yacht. Ogni venerdì sera c'è un buffet di aragoste sullo yacht. Vivere qui è un'ottima scelta per famiglie e individui.

La persona del desk front era così carina e così era il conducente di sicurezza/shuttle Scott (?). Questo personale amichevole apprezzato dopo un lungo viaggio e un check-in tardivo. La stanza era molto pulita e si può dire che la proprietà era ben mantenuta.

Not my first time staying here nor will it be my last. The rooms are simple but just what I'm looking for when in the area. They have a sauna, indoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub. The property is up against a creek and they have a couple places with fire pits right by it. During the ski season there is also a bar downstairs that's a cool place to hang. The small lodges on the edge of the property are really cool and comfortable too!
