Honeymoon inn fell short of expectations during our stay. While the bell services were commendable, the overall experience was marred by the inconvenience of having to repeatedly request basic room supplies, especially considering that rooms were decently priced and paid for upfront. It's disappointing to have to call for toiletries each time they're needed. While some individuals were helpful, these shortcomings detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable experience.

The property location was very nice, food was good and rooms were good as well. Just in front of the monastery 2 min walk distance plus right near the market area and cafes and landing point so overall the stay was great.

Good hotel at a convenient location. However, we were quite disappointed with the room allotted - it was the corner-most room in the deluxe category (room 109) & it was extremely congested (seemed like the space was forcefully utilised to fit in a room). Other rooms on the same floor of the same category were quite well spaced and airy. Our room’s balcony was also half the size in comparison. Rooms in the same category with the same price should not have such a difference in look and feel.

We as a family of four had stayed in Deluxe room which is very outdated and required immediate renovation.Hotel with a 4 star rating but still operating keys for door opening and once you enter a very old hotel 20 years back with old furnished tiles bathroom tubs and outdated room's.Be ware and careful as rooms images are not genuinely displayed in any online site.Although hotel highlight is there restaurant with mouth watering foods and good Vibes.

La pittoresca posizione del resort, in mezzo alla splendida bellezza del paesaggio di Manali e Guarda l'Himalayas ha immediatamente catturato il mio cuore. Da quando sono arrivato, mi sono salutato con caldezza e ospitezza che mi hanno fatto sentire a casa mia, e le camere sono state di prima qualità, con camere spaziose ed elegantemente progettate che hanno fornito conforto e lusso. L'esperienza di mangiare era un piacere culinario, con una vasta gamma di piatti deliziosi che soddisfacevano il mio palazzo. Quello che separa davvero i Bookmark Resorts è il servizio impeccabile fornito dal personale, che è andato sopra e oltre per soddisfare ogni mia necessità con un vero sorriso. Se si tratta di organizzare il trasporto o di fornire raccomandazioni per le attrazioni locali, sono sempre stati pronti ad assistere con il più alto professionalismo. Nnawab36085Il centro storico di Fortune Park Kufri è un hotel con una bella posizione sul collinare, che offre una vista incredibile sulla zona Himalayan che potremmo godere direttamente dalla finestra della stanza. La posizione è tranquilla e scenica, e convenientemente non è troppo lontano da Shimla rendendo facile raggiungere la città con taxi o auto privata ogni volta che vogliamo.
Le camere erano spaziose e ben messe, con le belle viste di montagna che ogni mattina aggiungevano un toccante speciale. La pulizia era eccellente; tutta la proprietà era senza spot e si sentiva molto fresca.
Il personale era estremamente amichevole e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Hanno preso cura delle nostre richieste immediatamente e ci facevano sentire davvero benvenuti. Il colazione era un accento offre una buona varietà e è stato preparato con ingredienti freschi ogni giorno.
In generale, è stata una esperienza rilassante e memorabile. Si consiglia molto Fortune Park Kufri per chiunque cerca un soggiorno tranquillo vicino a Shimla con un grande servizio e un bel ambiente. Vorremmo tornare!

The hotel's location is excellent—it offers convenient access to all the interesting sights. Cleanliness is a ”four out of five”—which is standard for India.
The photos in the app do not fully correspond to reality. The profile picture features an outdoor pool that does not actually exist. The toiletries provided were also an incomplete set—hair conditioner was missing.
There was some confusion when ordering dinner: we were served a different dish than the one we had ordered. The manager claimed that *we* were the ones who had made the mistake, even though that very same dish had been prepared differently just the day before. Such details do impact the overall impression.
Breakfasts were top-notch: a good variety of options, served by polite and attentive staff.
All in all, it is a worthwhile choice, provided you keep these specific details in mind. I recommend checking the photos in advance.

Rooms are cosy and quite giving restful sleep. We would also like to thank Jitender Thakur, Vinod kumar, Tarun Thakur, Palak, Lalit, Vinod Sachin, and those whom we may have forgotten their names. Our thank is for the entire staff of Justa who made us feel home.
The bar is cozy with our own choice of songs. Great for family time with delicious bar snacks.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Awesome views from our room balcony. Though this hotel is away from the main town but for those who wish to have a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, Justa is the place to look for. The meals are freshly cooked and we enjoyed every single bite.
Thank you once again to everyone at Justa. Keep up the good work.

Il campanello ci ha aiutato con i bagagli e ha spiegato l'uso di acqua calda, TV e aria condizionata con riscaldamento. La stanza è confortevole e la vista notturna dal balcone è stata la migliore. La camera dispone di mini frigo e caldaia, scarpe da letto, asciugamani puliti.La lavatrice è pulita, ma è pulita. Il ristorante è un grande cibo, abbiamo ordinato Kadhai Chicken e Gobhi Adraki e non possiamo aiutare a servire più Tawa roti per mangiare con. La vista sulla montagna al balcone del ristorante è fantastica. Poiché il nostro volo era 8.50am, non abbiamo tempo per il nostro colazione, il personale era così meraviglioso per preparare sandwich e succhi per andare. Grazie mille, abbiamo avuto un meraviglioso soggiorno.

UUtente ospitestay was awesome and food also good & tasty. and specially thanks to Mr. Bobo and receptionist gir in don't know her name but .both have very good behaviour and they was very helpful. only I have 2 point just for suggestion you have to foucused on maintenance in the room coz door manual lock is too hard & AC was not working and I called in night 2 time on reception but no one come to fix this issue. overall everything was awesome with Hill River Resort . thankyou

Nonetheless, my time at Rustic Wood Manali Hotel was enjoyable, and I would recommend it to travelers seeking a comfortable and affordable stay in the area.

AAkaschWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our visit, making us feel welcome and well-cared for.
Our only concern was a safety issue with the air conditioning unit leaking water directly in front of the balcony door. This created a slipping hazard that could potentially cause injury when accessing the balcony. This should be addressed promptly for guest safety.
Despite this single issue, everything else about my experience was excellent, and I would happily recommend this accommodation to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-serviced place to stay
