I had such an amazing experience staying here! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — especially Agus, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. He always greeted us with a big smile and was super helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast was seriously impressive — there were so many options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. You can really tell they put effort into making sure guests start the day right. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while! The location is very strategic, close to everything — shopping, restaurants, and main attractions — which made it so convenient to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, everything about this place was just perfect. Great service, great food, great location. A big thanks to Agus and the team for making our stay such a memorable one. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is my third time back, which says how much I love Turi Beach Resort because of the lovely beach view from the room and how the beach feels like a private beach and so quiet. But this time round, I got a room right in front of the pool and near to the reception. The noise from the pool and several events held right beside the pool, with an MC and speaker blasting, really spoiled the tranquil ambience I was looking forward to - an escape from the city and its noise. I requested for a quiet room with a sea view, so I was really surprised with the room given. Perhaps the proximity to the swimming pool and breakfast buffet is a plus for others, but not for me as I don’t swim and I love to walk around the resort. While I truly am grateful to the staff for the elaborate and time-consuming birthday decoration, I did not really enjoy my stay this time round due to the noisy events held during the weekend. If you’re like me, do state that you would like a room away from the swimming pool in addition to a quiet room to ensure a quiet stay. Or perhaps the hotel could alert guests that there will be events held and what time so I could plan to be away during that time instead.

I had such a pleasant stay at hotel harmoni one convention batam! The hotel is spacious, clean and beautifully designed with a grand lobby that gives a luxurious feel. The rooms and comfortable and well-equipped, making it perfect for both short and long stays.

I torti e le waffle erano più come lapis, le noodle immediate erano sottocucinate e troppo salate, il riso fresco era un po' asciutto, e il soto di me era fragolare. Solo il pollo di rhenang, le uova di lato soleggiato e il caffè erano accettabili; non volevamo provare altro. Sintesi: accogliente e conveniente alloggio. Mi piace che mantengano i pascoli più caldi per tenerli freschi, Ancora una volta, nonostante la camera di dimensioni più piccole, è così bello avere una tavola laterale e sedia per avere i nostri pasti, vestire tavolo e sedia, un posto per i bagagli, così tanti pendenti un paio di mutandine, anche frigo funziona. Tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno per un breve stato davvero pensativo di loro. Trovo anche le mutandine e il letto molto buono e ho dormito molto bene. L'hotel è sbloccato, quindi le emozioni sono buone. Il suono dimostra anche ok. La porta è anche molto luminosa. The hotel is okay overall, but some spots were dirty. The air conditioner wasn't cold at all—I set it to 16 but felt nothing. There was also leakage, so be careful not to place your things under the aircon. Not terrible-you get what you pay for. They do provide a toothbrush, but if you have braces, I recommend bringing your own (ifykyk). In the app it says there's luggage storage, but actually there isn't. Before coming, I tried calling the hotel-first time they picked up, said something, and hung up. Second time, they just picked up and hung up again. When I arrived and asked about luggage storage, they told me to leave my bag in an open area unattended. I couldn't risk that, so l had to check in early and pay an extra 100k. If you plan to stay more than one night, don't leave valuables in the room-housekeeping comes in to tidy up while you're out. Most important: If you're a light sleeper, I don't recommend this hotel. There's a live band nearby until lam, and in the morning around 7-8am, housekeeping starts working-you can hear their voices very clearly

At first, we were impressed by its simple, modern, stylish design and sparkling cleanliness. The room was spacious and had a partial sea view. However, during our 3D2N stay, the swimming pool remained closed due to strong winds. The weather was nice enough for a swim, so it was quite a misfortune. This should have been stated in their advertisements to let customers know that although the hotel has a pool, it is almost never open. The location is opposite the mall, but it’s dangerous for families with strollers or young children to cross the road.
