Un soggiorno davvero memorabile al Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi Il mio recente soggiorno al Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi, nella camera 8006, è stato semplicemente eccezionale, grazie all'incredibile personale che ha fatto di tutto per far sentire la nostra famiglia a casa. La loro dedizione al servizio e il loro calore genuino erano evidenti a ogni passo. Innanzitutto, l'intero staff dell'hotel merita un immenso elogio. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con un sorriso. Sembrava che tutti, qualunque cosa stessero facendo, interrompessero il lavoro solo per salutare la mia famiglia mentre passavamo. Questo semplice gesto ha fatto un'enorme differenza e ha contribuito notevolmente all'atmosfera accogliente. Vorrei anche fare un ringraziamento speciale a un membro dello staff maschile del ristorante Rempah Kitchen, dove abbiamo fatto colazione. Mio figlio stava mangiando solo una banana, una salsiccia e un uovo sodo, e questo membro dello staff, che indossava una divisa diversa, ha mostrato un'osservazione incredibilmente acuta. Ha notato subito le scelte limitate di mio figlio e si è avvicinato al nostro tavolo. Si è offerto spontaneamente di prendergli qualcos'altro, come la pasta, e gli ha persino offerto una cioccolata calda. La sua attenzione e gentilezza sono state davvero straordinarie e ci hanno fatto sentire molto coccolati. Mi scuso per non aver ottenuto il suo nome. Infine, un grande ringraziamento al nostro eccezionale addetto alle pulizie, il signor Bahar. La sua attenzione ai dettagli è stata impeccabile. Ogni giorno ci lasciava bigliettini dedicati, un tocco davvero premuroso e personale. Gli asciugamani a forma di animali che creava ogni giorno erano un momento speciale: stimolavano sempre la conversazione e portavano tanta gioia a mio figlio. Il personale di questo hotel è ciò che lo rende davvero speciale. Il loro servizio impeccabile, la loro attenzione e la loro cordialità hanno reso la nostra vacanza in famiglia un'esperienza indimenticabile. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

Continue my aged bday on the second day in batam. With friend referral after they stay before. We booked this hotel during this trip for a three nites stay to lepark and rejuvenate. Usually we will choose a hotel with pool and gym too. But this time, we booked in advance via trip.com and got a very great deal. The check-in is very efficient handle by front desk executive , me Julios. (Very friendly and polite). Although we arrived an hour earlier, we got check-in instantly. I really appreciate the great surprise upon entering the studio suite. My partner have quietly arranged with the hotel for a birthday room deco. The hotel went to the great extend to offer us a complimentary birthday deco surprise (with a complimentary special hotel soft towel set) I took the hotel kind wishes and brought the printed deco banner to all the places we visit too (still in progress. Bhahaha) Everything is so wonderful at artotel batam. Thanks always 👍

We had a wonderful stay and would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the entire team for making our visit so memorable! A special thank you to Shintia at the Front Desk, whose warmth and attentiveness truly stood out. She remembered our family by name throughout our stay and kept us updated on everything from the opening of the beach club to the latest f&b offerings. Her personal touch made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. We would also like to thank Shely at the pool for her friendly hospitality and cheerful service despite the unforgiving heat, as well as the amazing team at Port19 - there were so many wonderful staff members that it’s impossible to name them all individually, but every interaction was met with genuine smiles and excellent service. We were celebrating our child’s birthday during our stay, and the thoughtful surprises arranged by the hotel made the occasion extra special. It was these little touches that created lasting memories for our family. Our room was always well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless. What impressed us most was the consistently warm and friendly attitude of every crew member we encountered throughout the resort. Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality and for making us feel so at home. We leave with many happy memories and sincerely hope to return again one day.

Ho letto alcune recensioni negative su Google o Trip.com, ma ho comunque deciso di scegliere questo resort per la posizione. Inoltre, dopo aver parlato con l'autista, ho scoperto che la vista sulla spiaggia di questo resort è in realtà la migliore di Bintan. Mangiare all'interno del resort è piuttosto costoso, soprattutto la cucina indiana la sera. Sono andato al ristorante cinese, ma non abbiamo ordinato pesce. Il cameriere è molto disponibile, gentile ed educato. Abbiamo ordinato per una persona di media statura, ma ci ha sconsigliato di scegliere quella perché la porzione era davvero abbondante.

La pulizia è ok. Il servizio clienti è anche buono. Sono molto amichevole e utile. Solo la posizione per me è piuttosto scomoda, perché non cammina a distanza con il ristorante o mart. Ma se hai un conducente, va bene. Prendete anche bene abbastanza economico come la distanza con il centro commerciale solo 2-3km. Questo è l'hotel più economico con bagno. Possiamo anche tenere il nostro bagaglio al loro lobby se vogliamo uscire prima di entrare.

We recently celebrated a special getaway at Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel and it truly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. The atmosphere was so peaceful, exclusive, and romantic — perfect for spending quality time with my wife. The hotel itself is incredibly unique, with so much history and character. Staying inside a beautifully restored ship made the entire experience unforgettable. Every corner had a charming nautical touch, and the ambiance throughout the property was elegant yet cozy. One of our favorite spots was the infinity pool overlooking the sea. The view during sunset was absolutely breathtaking, and the calm surroundings made it feel like a private paradise. We spent hours just relaxing by the pool, enjoying the ocean breeze and quiet atmosphere. The restaurants were also very good. The food was delicious, breakfast had plenty of variety, and the dining ambiance was warm and relaxing. Having dinner with the sea view and soft lighting created such a romantic mood for our celebration. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always attentive, which made the experience even more comfortable. The entire property was clean, beautifully maintained, and surprisingly quiet despite being such a famous landmark. If you are looking for a romantic escape, peaceful retreat, or simply a unique experience in Bintan, I highly recommend Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel. It was a memorable celebration with my wife, and we will definitely come back again. L'alloggio in villa vale il prezzo speso. Se cercate privacy durante la vostra vacanza, non potete sbagliarvi con questo posto. I pasti/le opzioni di cibo sono scadenti. La colazione arrivava fredda e insapore quasi tutti i giorni. Non avere un buffet per la colazione non aiuta. Se dovete servire in camera, vi preghiamo di acquistare ripiani caldi, carrelli isolati e coperture in acciaio per evitare che il cibo si raffreddi. Le pellicole trasparenti sono dannose per l'ambiente e rendono il cibo molliccio. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, anche se fosse stato caldo, avrei comunque dato 2 su 5. Ad esempio, date un'occhiata a questa pizza Margherita che abbiamo ricevuto il primo giorno del nostro arrivo.

Staffs are friendly and kind to help whenever requested. Location is good as it is directly linked to Nagoya Hill Mall. Cons is that soundproofing is not good, can hear next door TV, chatting and other noises.

During the check-in process, while verifying our guest identities using our passports, the front desk staff noticed my parents' birthdates. Without us even asking, they thoughtfully offered to provide a plastic stool for the shower to make things safer and easier for them. It is rare to see an administrative process turn into such genuine, proactive care! Security is also tightly managed, and the front desk service is available 24/7, ensuring complete peace of mind 🛁 Cleverly Designed, Spacious Bathroom The bathroom area was a pleasant surprise: The Shower: It is exceptionally clean and spacious. The layout is so generous that I easily managed to fit my 160\text{ cm} wide portable bathtub inside the stall with room to spare, turning the shower into a private spa setup. The Vanity Space: While the sink counter itself is on the smaller side and doesn't hold many toiletries, the design compensates perfectly with a wide second shelf underneath the sink area. It kept all our extra items neatly tucked away but within arm's reach. 🍜 Impressive Breakfast Buffet & Local Delicacies The breakfast spread at Oasia Bistro was varied, fresh, and delicious. For our first time in Batam, it served as a perfect introduction to local flavors: Indonesian Specialties: The buffet featured authentic Indonesian delicacies alongside standard international options, including a fun DIY ”Noodle Station” featuring classic local instant noodles with various condiments and fresh ingredients. The Bakery Station: They have an incredible assortment of pastries (like freshly baked Danishes, Palmiers, and Kouign-Amann), but the absolute star was the Pandan Toast Bread. It is a highly unique local twist on standard toast that you definitely shouldn't miss. 📌 Summary Whether you are traveling for leisure or with elderly family members, this hotel balances high-level security, excellent accessibility considerations, and fantastic dining. Highly recommended, and I will definitely book this room type through Trip.com again!

Stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan with my toddler and had a mix of positive and negative experiences. We booked a pool access room, which was extremely convenient with a young child. Service throughout our stay was excellent, and the team was always helpful. They also assisted with printing our ferry boarding passes and arranged the complimentary shuttle to the ferry terminal. The food at Warung Pak Lagoi was decent, and the service there was especially attentive. The restaurant also offers free koi fish feeding, which my toddler enjoyed. On our last day, the fish food had run out, but a lovely staff member went the extra mile to get us a small packet so my child could still participate. The shuttle to Plaza Lagoi runs hourly, but if you miss it, you'll have to wait for the next one, so plan accordingly. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The Kids Club was quite disappointing compared to the photos online, with very limited activities, missing items and play options available. There was also power trip on our first night. As our toddler was already asleep, changing rooms wasn't a practical option for us. More concerning was that the entire resort experienced two power outages on our second night. We happened to be outdoors during one of them, and the blackout was completely pitch dark. It was quite frightening as we weren't holding our toddler's hand at that exact moment and couldn't see anything around us. Overall, the staff and service were the highlights of our stay, but the repeated power outages and underwhelming Kids Club made the experience less enjoyable than expected.
