Indonesia: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Isole Riau

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno così sorprendente a quattro punti da Sheraton Bintan! Il personale era assolutamente incredibile so caldo, gioioso e genuino cura dal momento che siamo arrivati. La sorpresa più dolce era la bella decorazione della camera di compleanno per mia figlia; la fece sentire così speciale e creava una memoria che non dimentichiamo mai! L'hotel era pulito, il cibo era delizioso (specialmente colazione!), e la posizione sulla spiaggia di Lagoi Bay era perfetta per una divertita e rilassante via di cammino. Con un servizio fantastico, grandi vibrazioni e tocchi così pensativi, questo hotel ha superato davvero le nostre aspettative.

Location was average. Check in was quick. 3 bedroon apartment was spacious but basic. No other information about hotel or room service provided. Living room sofa was worn and uncomfortable. Tv looked small, didnt use. Kitchen lacked pots pans, utensils, sufficient plates bowls, etc to cook. What was provided was pathetic. Liked the water dispenser. 3 bedrooms were alright. Toilets were alright. Not face or hand towels available. Had 2 long power trips during the first night stay. Everything including lifts in apartment block had zero power for more than 1h. Another power trip likely happened and cut power to our unit for hours (needed to reinsert the access card into the entrance card slot). Lacked of backup power to the building presents a serious fire safety issue in case of evacuation! No significant service recovery at all. Buffet breakfast restaurant lacked capacity to handle crowds. What looked like decent range of food was very starch heavy and lacked proteins and vegetables. Slow to replenish items. Lacked quality, food taste was meh. Hotel had banners selling stays and vitamin infusions for hypertension cure and other problems... Complete sham medicine! Wont stay here again! Even my 4 kids completely agree!!

Tutto è quasi buono, ma non è stato detto che si stavano effettuando riparazioni vicino alla porta durante le ore 9:00-5:00 al giorno fino al nostro arrivo. La nostra camera da letto può anche sentire le preghiere della moschea di mattina alle 4:45, nonostante chiediamo ripetutamente una camera tranquilla settimane prima dell'arrivo.

Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno in questo stabilimento, il personale di servizio era eccezionale, andava oltre e sopra per assicurare una comoda esperienza. Un'attenzione particolare è stata data al personale di sicurezza che si è spostato dalla strada per fermare il traffico sulla strada principale, assicurandoci di attraversare in modo sicuro durante la pioggia pesante. Raccomando molto di rimanere qui, specialmente se non ti importa la posizione; Prendi le auto sono facilmente disponibili per la comodità

Hotel stay was good, booked a Family room. Services were excellent and the location was ideal, all within walking distance. We had a very good sleep. My 2nd time staying here and the breakfast buffet has since improved with a wider spread. Keep up the good work! Worth mentioning is that we requested 3 single beds, although 1st night it was a full house, 2nd day morning they really prepared it for us. But since we slept well, we declined the good offer. Thumbs up!

Uno dei più lunghi hotel a 5 stelle a Batam. La vista è di verde - di fronte al campo da golf. L'hotel era pieno, amichevole ricevitore Finy, mi ha offerto una camera deluxe con letti matrimoniali, vista sul campo da golf balcone. Autobus a determinate ore a Grand Batam Mall e Nagoya Hill. La palestra era ben attrezzata. Ho visto la zona di sauna e yoga al livello 10 Una cosa da notare: il sole è al mattino. La piscina non fa il sole, perché è bloccata dall'edificio dell'hotel (fino a circa 1015am) . La zona in cui il caffè è raggiunge il sole mattinale. Il Café Luminal vicino all'hotel serveva un toast di caffè da Starbucks .non un grande fan di caffè Starbucks, quindi ho avuto succo di melone d'acqua invece. L’ambiente del Cafe è stato grande per il lavoro a distanza, poiché ci sono stati molti punti di carico. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno.

Hotel is new and very clean with basic amenities. I like the room with spacious shelves that we could put our luggage bags. A lot of varieties for breakfast, and normally with quite a number of local dishes. Overall the egg station and bread are those i preferred since some food was not up to standards. Staff are courteous, pleasant and helpful when i asked for recommendation. Lobby has a huge sitting area for meeting up with friends and right at the end, a small lounge which serves drinks. The only inconvenient part is the swimming pool - it is not in the same building and cannot reach with a connecting lift. Swimmers has to move out of the hotel to go to the next building, move to level 6 and there's the swimming pool. There are changing rooms available. Perhaps the hotel is new, our taxi driver could not locate the hotel. As there are a few Harris properties in Batam, best to inform taxi driver including address. Btw, getting Grab to any other shopping malls are convenient and low cost. There are plenty of eaterie around. Within minutes walk, there are minimarts, cafe, food court, restaurant, massage parlours, skincare and hair salon! These are 2-3 storey high building. Nagoya Hill is the nearest shopping mall which is about 10-15 minutes walk. There is a school nearby so you could hear some noise when they are conducting activities. Also on-going construction nearby, can't really hear from room, so it doesn't bother us. Over all a great stay!

Highly recommended hotel! The service was tip top! During check in I checked with the front desk staff whether they have any double bed room left because I booked a twin sharing room but my son was with me during the trip so I will need to squeeze with him in a single bed but unfortunately, on the day all rooms were fully booked so they did not have any extra room. But when I opened up the room door I was surprised by what they had done with the room they actually joined the twin sharing bed into one bed. They even gave me a complimentary dinner. It's really nice of them. Will definitely book from them again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel recently. The buffet breakfast was one of the highlights – it offered a wide variety of selections to suit different tastes and made for a great start to the day. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The location is also excellent, being just next to the jetty, which made traveling and exploring the area extremely convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Look at the photo attached from the view out from the hotel! Nice place!

1. Well-equipped apartment. Safe, ironing equipment, umbrella, beach bag, crockery, cutleries, pot and pan and best of all – extremely comfortable bed and pillows and new air-conditioners! 2. Clean and modern interior. A few small flying insects that got into the room (inevitable due to the surrounding garden/forests and opening of doors) but thankfully, didn’t encounter any mosquitoes or ants in the apartment – what a relief! Fogging in the common areas is done twice a week – Tues and Thur late nights. Didn’t detect any unpleasant drainage smell in the toilet/shower so I’m perfectly happy with my assigned Queen Suite apartment! 3. Balcony views: (i) Block 1 is beach front apartments with full sea view (ii) Block 2 is made up of two sections: one section faces the Garden and the other section faces the Car-park (iii) Blocks 3 and 4 have either (i) Garden view - with partial sea view on highest floor) OR, (ii) Forest view – with partial sea view too on highest floor). (iv) Block 5 on the top floors have distant sea view (this block is on a slope and furthest from the reception and pool) 4. Friendly staff. My requests were attended to swiftly. 5. Private beach (shared among the 3 resorts there) is reasonably clean with fairly clear sea (there’re jelly fish warning signages). 6. Pool at Cassia is smaller but newer and cleaner than at Angsana. A new pool bar construction is currently being carried out in front of Cassia’s pool and the hoarding blocks the beautiful sea view from the infinity pool until mid Nov – what a pity! 7. Adequate breakfast spread but houseflies and birds were spotted in the restaurant – made me worry about the hygiene level 8. Various English movie channels but screen resolution was poor and images often lagged for a few seconds – makes the movie watching experience tiresome and annoying. Only the International news and Singapore channels did not suffer from lags/poor image quality 9. Some of the building and lift direction signs in the different apartment blocks are puzzling and confusing – the signs are probably very clear ONLY to the people who planned/designed them - certainly NOT easily understood by foreign guests! You need to get into the correct lifts in different buildings to reach the blocks furthest from the reception (to avoid climbing any stairs or slopes eg blocks 4 and 5). I only figured out the various sheltered linkways/correct lifts after a few trial and errors, lol! 10. Credit card is needed for room deposit during check in even if room cost was already paid in advance during online booking: 4 Million Indonesian Rupiah per apartment per night
