"La camera è pulita, nuova e confortevole, con accesso diretto alla piscina. La mia preoccupazione è il loro cibo, la loro esecuzione e la loro qualità. Mangiamo a pranzo e non ci sono altre quesiti che ci vogliono 30-50 minuti. Il riso è per le verdure moscate, overcooked sauted e una parte di proteine molto economiche con il prezzo. A Bfast, il buffet è buono, ma alcuni cibi hanno bisogno di più disgustoso e si sente come se ieri fossero lasciati. Il cibo occidentale ha bisogno di più selezione, salsa di sapore terribile, e la patata di tosta come la pelle di vecchio 🫣"

"Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 3 notti con 1 estensione. Credi per l'onorevole Deden Farhan che aiuta mia figlia con la torta di cucciolo quando chiede di metterla nella scatola durante il colazione. Abbiamo provato la moto e la bicicletta delman che aggiungerà alle nostre esperienze di soggiorno. L'unica raccomandazione è di fissare il gusto e le varietà dei pasti per colazione, perché si potrebbe essere più improvvisati. Grazie."

"Our stay at Gaia Bandung was truly exceptional, and the team deserves every bit of praise. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Whoever selected and trained the staff clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Everyone we encountered was warm, kind, genuinely welcoming and incredibly helpful. There was something particularly special about the smiles from the staff — they never felt routine or forced, but genuinely warm and sincere. We honestly felt like celebrities throughout our stay! 😊 The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and very chic, while still managing to feel warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, with a wonderful variety of choices, so there was something for everyone. We also had a fantastic massage, which was another highlight of our stay. And then there was MonoMono. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, both in terms of the food and the experience. We received wonderful service from Ramdan, Roma, Hali and the entire team. They were knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely caring, while also knowing exactly when to be present and when to give us space. It made the whole dining experience feel very special. But what impressed us most was what happened when our stay unexpectedly took a difficult turn. When my husband ended up in hospital, the care and concern from the Gaia team went far beyond anything we could have expected from a hotel. The concierge team and the entire crew were incredibly helpful, and the duty manager and staff were checking on his condition every couple of hours. They genuinely cared about how he was doing and whether there was anything they could do to help. That kind of care cannot be taught from a service manual. It comes from people who genuinely care about their guests. Gaia gave us a beautiful stay, wonderful food, excellent service and an absolutely lovely environment — but most importantly, it gave us a team of people who made us feel looked after when we really needed it. A huge thank you to everyone at Gaia and MonoMono. Ramdan, Roma, Hali, the concierge team, the duty manager and every member of the staff who took care of us: you made a lasting impression on our family, and you deserve all the praise. ❤️ We would happily return to Gaia, and we will remember the people here long after we leave."

"I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this resort. There was a small cockroach in the cabin, but it wasn't unexpected since the resort is nestled in a forest surrounded by nature. What I loved most was the cool weather, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful natural surroundings. The campfire in the evening created a warm and memorable experience, while the BBQ was enjoyable and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. I also upgraded to the Golf View cabin (Cabins 1609 & 1611), and it was absolutely worth it. The view was beautiful, and there was a lovely chilling area near the lobby where we could relax at night. The breakfast was superb, offering a great variety of delicious food, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. There are also plenty of nearby activities to enjoy, such as ATV rides, paintball, and other outdoor adventures, making the stay even more exciting. If you're looking to escape the busy city and enjoy fresh air, nature, and a peaceful glamping experience, this is definitely a fantastic place to stay. Despite the minor issue, I truly enjoyed every moment of my visit and would happily return again. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and glamping! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Malaysian here. Tak pasti kalau aku 1st Malaysian yang checked in kat sini. Tapi biar lah aku share pengalaman aku kat sini. View is stunning and highly recommended for first timer. Kenapa ? Sebab nak masuk Bobocabin ni, kau kena bayar kawah putih fee + private car (supir) aka extra charges WALAUPUN KAU TAK MASUK KAWAH PUTIH. I’m well aware as I read some Indonesian reviews before come here plus ni pertama kali aku ke Indonesia, so okay la dah alang2 nak masuk kawah putih sekali. Fee IDR 90k per pax untuk kawah putih & IDR 179k untuk private car (supir). Sekali bayar je. Bobocabin ni MEMANG LAWA GILA. Suhu boleh capai 13degree pada waktu malam. Bawa makanan sesiap Dari Bandung sebab kat sini takda kedai. Sila gerak Dari Bandung selewatnya 1pm sebab kadang jalan jem time weekend & dari entrance kawah putih ke Bobocabin ni dalam 7km by car. Kalau korang sampai selepas jam 5, jalan terlalu gelap & takda proper signage ke Bobocabin ni. We were lucky since we arrived at Kawah Putih around 6pm and got 1 pakcik follow & show the way to the Bobocabin, selain bantu temankan supir aku yang penakut tu. Hahaha. Bless u Pakcik! Perjalanan dihidangkan dengan ladang teh yang berbukit bukau. Takda lampu jalan, off-road dan kami diberitahu yang BoboCabin ni berada di atas Gunung Mayit (?). Dari atas Bobocabin ni boleh nampak lampu2 dari Bandung, Situ Patenggang, bukit2 dan gunung2. Pihak cabin ada sediakan water heater, hair dryer, microwave TAPI TAKDA SETERIKA ! 🤣 They sell food but less option. Mostly sold out. Better bawa sesiap k! Trust me, if you check in early before 4pm, kau takkan menyesal! Sunset dia macam di syurga ! Thanks me later. Kbye! Grand Cabin, RM 198, 12/4/2026"

"The hotel is relatively brand new, the room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The swimming pool facilities in the hotel is very large and clean, as well the gym facilities are also great and spacious. The hotel is considered luxurious. However, the location is quite isolated so we could only reach the hotel if we have a private car, and the location surrounding is quite far from Lembang city center. As for the quality of food in the restaurant for breakfast, I think it should be improved from the taste and variant, since this is considered as 5 star hotel. However, as overall this hotel is great, moreover the price is also affordable."

"Stavo in una villa a 2 camere con piscina, quando sono arrivato per la prima volta, ho davvero goduto la temperatura della stanza già impostato il con l'aria.. E lo spazio spazioso della stanza ..., ma il pannolino ha solo 1 in ogni stanza. E non riuscivo a trovare un sacchetto di lavanderia.Quindi devo andare meglio. E se potesse riparare la macchina da piscina... perché fa rumore quando la giriamo E'una bella villa... e mi sono divertito lì grazie."
