Il piacere di soggiornare a Hilton. Belle camere, eccellente piscina e un grande ristorante italiano vicino alla piscina. Molto consigliato

Ho alcune cattive cose che ho sperimentato mentre ero a Aston Pasteur, Bandung: 1. La ricezione al mio check in chiede solo il mio nome senza controllare i dettagli della mia prenotazione, mi ha direttamente detto che la mia prenotazione è stata cancellata e dovrei ricevere una notifica per posta elettronica. Ma non ricevo alcuna notifica di cancellazione, e non è divertente fare dopo che sono arrivato da Jakarta. Dopo un attimo, ora il ricevitore ha detto che le camere sono effettivamente disponibili. Voglio dire, che cosa c'è di fronte a tutti gli atti all'inizio, anche se è stato un errore, è un errore preventivo controllando molto più bene prima di dire che è stato cancellato. 2. La mia stanza era al 6° piano lontano dall’ascensore, ma la domenica mattina sento qualcosa come la pratica di cantare da una chiesa con tutti i tamburi e la voce di cantare, poi sul servizio reale della chiesa. E' stato molto sgradevole, perché voglio riposare e dormire. 3. Ci sono quattro ascensori, ma così lentamente e pieno di persone, devo aspettare più di 10 minuti solo per scendere durante il check-out, come l'ascensore si apre con pieno di persone.

Had an amazing stay at Gaia Hotel for our 1st year wedding anniversary. The staff surprised us with a cute chocolate cake and card, such a thoughtful gesture (though they did accidentally misgender me as “Mr” instead of “Mrs” 😅). The hotel is located a little further uphill, so if your activities are around the Lembang area, it’s perfect. If you’re heading into the city, do plan ahead as it takes about 30 minutes each way. We specifically chose Gaia Hotel for its amenities, and it did not disappoint. The gym was well-equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find free Reformer Pilates classes, bouldering, and plenty of outdoor activities. The property is spotless, and the staff were consistently warm and attentive. Our only regret was not booking a garden view — though the city view we had was still lovely. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d happily return on our next visit to Bandung.

The location and facilities are great for a family, but I found it strange that the hotel couldn’t provide 1 x extra pillow for the 2 nights that I was there.

The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with drinks and genuine smiles. Hasbi attended to us throughout the sty and he has been exceptional. Our room was beautifully designed with modern touches and local charm. Immaculately clean, it featured a plush bed, a spacious balcony overlooking the lush greenery, and all the amenities one could need—including a stocked minibar,a dreamy rain shower and a bathtub overlooking the scenery. What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pak Handy also come down on the 2nd day to check on our hospitality. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs. Speaking of food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse options. Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The peaceful ambiance and pristine surroundings made it feel like we had found our own private haven. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return And recommending to our family and friends. If you're looking for a getaway that blends luxury with nature and top-notch service, this resort is it. Five stars all the way!

**My Unforgettable Stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung** My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable. ---

This hotel has marvelous garden river view. The staff are nice specially Mr Mohamad Kiki and his boss in sky roof restaurant. The breakfast was great. I had great time there. But many things needed to be enhanced, the TV channels, most of channels don’t work and no movies channels. The Wi-Fi very slow. The towels are old. The cafe and restaurant desserts must be enhanced. Overall, this hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. No alcohol and has mosque .

i had a great expeirence at the Pullman hotel in Bandung, Indonesia. The room was clean and well-decored. The breakfast buffet at the Sadrasa restaurant was amazing as well with lots of food selections to choose from.
