During our family trip to Jungle Aqua Park, we were thrilled by the idea of staying in a resort that promised fun, relaxation, and plenty of activities with its all-inclusive offerings. Sadly, while there were some bright spots, much of our experience left us feeling frustrated, and at times, even scammed by the way things were structured. The Good - The facilities themselves are well-maintained and visually appealing. The pools and theme park rides, when open, provided excellent entertainment for both adults and kids. - The variety of pools and slides seemed promising on paper, and when operational, they delivered an exciting experience. The Not-So-Good 1. Questionable All-Inclusive Facilities & Timings The biggest disappointment of our stay was the deliberate clash in operating times for different amenities. For instance, dinner ended abruptly at 8:30 PM, but the popcorn, doughnut, and candyfloss stalls at the theme park (especially appealing to kids) shut down only half an hour later at 9 PM. This left us scrambling to enjoy everything in the tiny time-slots available and made it nearly impossible to take full advantage of what's included. Even more frustratingly, theme park rides for adults were bizarrely restricted, with only one ride open per night as a rule. This limited options and left us wondering why the resort would restrict its own attractions. 2. Artificially Prolonged Queues Breakfast became a daily test of patience. The focus on one egg station for omelets—not even offering options like scrambled or fried eggs—created unnecessarily long lines. It often felt like the resort intentionally used these extended wait times to waste your morning, essentially cutting into the time you could use for exploring the resort’s facilities. Not ideal when you're already struggling to balance overlapping schedules! 3. Staff Attitude & Service Another major letdown was the attitude of many staff members. We found them to be unfriendly, unhelpful, and sometimes even outright rude. When raising questions or trying to understand how things worked, we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than welcome guests. Customer service is key in any resort, and unfortunately, Jungle Aqua Park missed the mark on this front. - Better alignment of operating times across the resort to allow guests to enjoy all-inclusive perks without a rushed experience. - More consistent opening of adult rides so guests can maximize their enjoyment of the waterpark. - Breakfast options should be expanded beyond omelets to reduce queue times and provide more variety. - Training the staff to prioritize customer service and handle guest inquiries more politely would greatly enhance the guest experience. While Jungle Aqua Park showed flashes of potential in terms of its facilities, the inefficiencies and poor management of schedules made it difficult to fully enjoy what was offered. What should have been a stress-free, family-friendly vacation often turned into a logistical challenge, filled with avoidable friction and unnecessary waiting. With improvements in scheduling, staff attitude, and a more guest-centered approach, this resort could truly shine. However, as it stands now, I would hesitate to recommend it, especially for families looking for a relaxing time.

Pensavo che sarei rimasto deluso dopo aver letto le recensioni, ma non ho riscontrato alcun problema. Inaspettatamente soddisfatto Ho chiesto alla reception se potevamo organizzare una bella camera e siamo stati sistemati nell'edificio 4. Non era lontano, molto silenzioso e la stanza era molto grande. Il check-in è stato rapido e abbiamo preso il bus navetta per la camera con i nostri bagagli. Anche il buffet è abbastanza buono, puoi mangiare qualche pasto senza problemi. Puoi prenotare sull'app per i ristoranti marocchini, anch'essi davvero unici. La cosa principale è che la vista sul mare è enorme e bellissima, e il colore sfumato... è così sorprendente che non riesco a sopportare di andarmene.

For Val you e for money I really like that hotel. For 69 US dollars a night I got in it pool / ocean view room three meals and really horrible alcohol unless you like beer which I do like. The hotel doesn't really have a beach but they have a shuttle that takes you to resort that has facilities and the shuttle goes every hour on the hour. Two pools are huge everybody has a good attitude food is so so but what do you expect for $69 including three meals and booze . Tell you the truth I would stay there again. Staff was quite pleasant lots of activities in the evening the hotel has a good five any huge pools. I really liked it I was just looking for a place closer to the airport cuz I had a morning flight. That area is kind of undeveloped they're just building resorts there but I was fond of the place and would stay here again for the price. Don't expect gourmet food expect edible cafeteria-ish food. Slightly better than my college dorm.

Завтрак свежий, есть выбор. Кофе правда растворимый, но в остальном - отлично. Заказывайте с завтраком обязательно. Персонал дружелюбный, а самое главное - честный! Мы кое-что забыли при отъезде, позвонили через несколько часов, затем вернулись и нам отдали забытые вещи без проблем. На крыше бассейн и бар с бильярдом, настольным теннисом, шахматами. А на самом верху - мин спортзал с работающей беговой дорожкой, гантелями, скамьей, эллипсоидными тренажёрами. Расположение весьма неплохое, рядом пляж, ТЦ. До паспортного стола, гаузет - можно дойти пешком. В отеле серьезная охрана, в бронежилетах и вооружена, всегда дежурит на входе. Вайфай нормально тянет видео в фойе. В номерах он к сожалению - платный. На крыше в баре - бесплатный, но медленный. Данный отель мы рекомендуем - хорошее место!

Si consiglia di soggiornare in un hotel con vista sul mare. C'è una zona commerciale a 15-20 minuti a piedi a sinistra del cancello per navigare. È un ottimo hotel. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui.

Super buon hotel, super super consigliato, tranne che lontano dalla città, non c'è nessun altro difetto. 1. Principalmente super bella, ci sono divertimenti adulti e aree per bambini che possono giocare, la piscina è quattro o cinque, e la prenotazione può anche avere massaggi aperti. accanto a Madyan è il tipo di bella letto di letto, insieme all'hotel adiacente, e il quartiere è anche molto bello. 2. Amazing Stay at Kaisol Romance Sahl Hasheesh! Our Swim-Up Duplex Room was perfect—spacious, elegant, and with direct pool access! The staff was welcoming, the service excellent, and the food delicious. The beach was stunning, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Highly recommended! Will definitely return!

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for my partner’s birthday. From the time I got there the hotel was very helpful with giving us a upgraded room and then going further to decorate the room/bed with heart pillows and pillow doves. They also provided a birthday cake twice on the day we arrived and on her birthday which we couldn’t be anymore thank you. I want to give a big shoutout to Mohammed the room cleaner, everyday was a surprise coming back into the bedroom he would decorate the room/bed with towels making different animals etc. Food buffet was really nice also had ice cream. ( I would say the hotel should make it so guest can get scoops for ice cream during the day not only for dinner) you get ice cream during the day but it’s ice cream lollipops etc. animation team was really good always involving everyone, want to say a shoutout to all the animation team especially mo salah, high energy and kept everyone very entertained. The beach is sandy! The photos don’t do it justice as the photos I saw online shows it to be stone beach with a bit of sand. The WiFi is good for a hotel which can be used on the beach. We was able to get a sun bed everyday by the many pools and beach. Nothing to fault this hotel was really amazing! (That’s coming from someone who only stays at high quality hotels).
