Another perfect stay, a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, very clean rooms, decent bathrooms, good beds, nothing to complain, a fantastic breakfast in the morning too, a perfect place to rest before or after a flight or during a layover. Well worth the money!

La camera era piuttosto spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Non avevamo pantofole usa e getta, ma abbiamo chiamato la reception e ce ne hanno fornite alcune. Ovviamente, è necessario portare spazzolino e dentifricio. I biscotti standard del DoubleTree by Hilton per il check-in erano deliziosi! Nelle vicinanze c'è anche un grande centro commerciale, nuovo, sicuro e moderno. Non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi della sicurezza. La colazione era relativamente semplice rispetto a quella che si trova in Cina, ma in seguito mi sono trasferito al W Hotel, che costava 3.000 a notte, e l'ho trovata molto peggiore della colazione dell'Hilton.

The Double Tree by Hilton Santiago is an incredibly neat and tidy hotel with magnificent views of the Andes, absolutely breathtaking. However, the room service app doesn’t work properly, leaving customers unsure if their orders went through. Despite this minor issue, it’s a great place to stay, and I do recommend it.

Nuovo e pulito!La vasca e il bagno sono anche ben puliti.Il letto non è un tipo di scalpamento.C'è un serbatoio di magazzino abbastanza grande da mettere un bagno.Gli utensili della cucina sono molti, puliti e facili da usare.Il personale è molto amichevole. Ho 24 ore di servizio di ricetta, il personale è in qualsiasi momento all'ingresso, quindi mi sono rilassato.Da Los Heroes, sono andato a dieci minuti a piedi, al centro della città.Secondo il piano, ho vissuto solo １ una notte, ma voglio prolungare il tempo di soggiorno.Raccomando ai miei amici.

Non è un luogo dove si può prendere il trasporto pubblico immediatamente. La piscina all'aperto non era acqua calda, quindi l'acqua era molto fredda ora, così non potevo nuotare. Ma le strutture di ginnastica erano buone. Frutta semplice, acqua era in posizione. In particolare, l'acqua, l'acqua carbonizzata, è rimasta fornita e godeta senza carenza. C'era un problema con la doccia, ma mi sono ripreso con il servizio come regalo per cambiare la stanza e il vino!

UUtente ospiteI loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night. There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix. The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish. Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

Il primo soggiorno era piuttosto buono, avevamo una stanza sul 17 ° piano dove le viste erano sorprendenti La stanza era grande e pulita. La doccia è un insetto di plastica e molto scivoloso quando bagnato. La testa del doccia era grande, ma molti dei buchi erano bloccati, ma abbastanza efficace. Il wi-fi era buono, il colazione era buono. Ci siamo stati a pranzo lì come parte di un gruppo e era molto povero. Il bicchiere era come gomma. Il letto era molto forte e molto alto al suolo. Quindi, in generale, questo soggiorno era piuttosto buono. Tuttavia, il soggiorno No2 è venuto oltre. Questa volta la stanza era al terzo piano, così le viste delle unità di aria condizionata erano in faccia, ma non un problema. Questa volta sono stati presentati due questioni significative. Il piano era molto sporco, i piedi si sono svaniti neri dopo una doccia. Il secondo problema è che la stanza era situata nel foyer accanto agli ascensori. Durante tutta la notte c'era musica alta che penetrava la nostra stanza rendendo difficile dormire. LLinaIl mio miglior soggiorno è stato da questo viaggio di 21 giorni in Sud America, Hilton Garden Inn ha il miglior design della camera, soprattutto la camera da bagno. Ho un incidente a Torres Del Paine e devo volare da Puerto Natales in Cile per un intervento chirurgico, dopo l'intervento ho controllato al Hilton Garden Inn. In altri hotel non posso lavarmi i capelli perché la mia mano è solo una sola, ma con qui sarò in grado di gestire la doccia e lavarmi i capelli anche Accettatevi rapidamente e il personale amichevole mi sorprende, e parlano anche inglese :) In Punta Arenas ho combattuto con la lingua, soprattutto in ospedale, OMG La stanza è molto pulita e la cucina è perfetta con la lenzuola molto morbida Colazione anche Best, da ciò che ho sperimentato in altri hotel in Cile City e Punta Arenas Sono tornato a casa ora, ma mi manca ancora questo hotel e non posso aspettare di dare un grande colpo e sinceramente grazie a tutti i dipendenti Raccomando molto questo hotel, e incontro molti giocatori di zucchero restare anche qui. Aspetta la mia recensione youtube con molti video per dimostrare le mie parole

888Tony88We stayed at La Quinta for 1 night on our transit to Buenos Aires. This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel since we had a great experience at our 1st visit. The hotel is located about 7 mins drive to Santiago International Airport. There is a free airport shuttle to/ from the airport hotel and you must contact the hotel via their WhatsApp no +56958109482 at least 48 hours before your arrival at the airport. The hotel room is spacious, clean, and has good sound proofing despite being close to freeway. The shower was very nice and the bed was comfortable. There is a small swimming pool, sauna and gym on the ground floor of the hotel. We had our dinner at the only restaurant in the hotel since the hotel location is far from the Santiago town. We ordered a club sandwich and soup of the day to share. The sandwich was nice but the pumpkin soup was a bit cold.

DdisasterEXEMy wife and I stayed here four years ago for our honeymoon. It seems like the place has stayed the same, which is not a compliment. The room was carpeted, yet no slippers were given to us. The aircon unit would buzz loudly and randomly during the night, which woke me up. For some reason bathtub drain stoppers needed to be requested, and the two nights I asked for one I was told they were all out. I spent two nights wanting to take a bath to relax and I wasn't able to. The elevators are extremely old and seriously need to be replaced - the door would shut in front of us when waiting for one and I got trapped by the doors once. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. It has great variety and the quality of the fruit and meals is excellent. The staff is very kind, too.

MMarcelomy personal experience was excellent. I used the hotel as a base while I travelled to different parts of Chile and also a side trip overseas. They accommodated my request to live my main bag in storage while I used my smaller bags to travel. Staff was always friendly and the food at the restaurant was great, the staff in the restaurant were very nice also. I love the location, next to the Costanera Centre and the San Cristobal Metropolitan Park. Went for hikes around the park many times aAtransfer to the airport or Uber is really convenient as one of the motorway to the airport is close by making the trip very quick. It's not the cheapest option fro everyone but the facilities, cleanliness and location makes it worth the price.

LLady KwenadiI stayed at Bbcasita - Bed and Breakfast - Hostel and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The listing says it was renovated in 2024, but that’s simply not true. The place is run-down and extremely dirty—honestly, one of the dirtiest accommodations I’ve ever seen. It felt completely misrepresented. The only good thing about this place is the staff. They were kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience slightly more bearable. But even with their amazing attitude, it doesn’t make up for the state of the property. Bottom line: it is absolutely not worth the price. For what you’re paying, you can find far better and cleaner options.
