I loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night. There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix. The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish. Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

酒店在一個轉盤路口，交通還算方便。到旁邊的商場步行大概10分鐘。周邊區域比較安全，中國人住的也比較多，設施比較老了。 服務還可以，門廳會主動打招呼，幫忙拎行李，開門。 房間打掃第一天未補充瓶裝水，未更換毛巾，地巾打開還是第一天的濕的。住了5天，未補充洗漱用品或潤膚露（洗漱用品是掛牆的大瓶裝，和快捷酒店一樣），未補充一次性拖鞋。 房間每天打掃兩次，晚上有開床服務加打掃。後面兩天客房打掃服務還行。 客房點餐價格還比較合適，服務也不錯，口味也好。 早餐相對比較簡單，幾乎都是冷食，不適合中國胃。有冷切水果，獼猴桃，橙子，草莓，都比較酸+香蕉蘋果。有一個枱子是麥片堅果類，一個枱子麪包類，一個枱子冷食火腿煙燻三文魚類，其他沒什麼了。早餐個別服務員不是很好，其中一個年紀大點的男服務員，就倒了個咖啡，沒啥互動，在離開的時候讓等着，讓簽單小費（you HAVE TO sign this bill）。説了這個，肯定不給了。 樓下的日料和祕魯融合餐廳用餐，生魚片上桌的時候，底層的冰已經一半化成水了，導致生魚片已經泡在水裡。醬油是老抽，不過隔壁阿根廷朋友説他們這一圈都是用這種醬油。當成普通餐廳吃吃還好吧，當成高檔餐廳還是有距離

Il wi-fi era buono, il colazione era buono. Ci siamo stati a pranzo lì come parte di un gruppo e era molto povero. Il bicchiere era come gomma. Il letto era molto forte e molto alto al suolo. Quindi, in generale, questo soggiorno era piuttosto buono. Tuttavia, il soggiorno No2 è venuto oltre. Questa volta la stanza era al terzo piano, così le viste delle unità di aria condizionata erano in faccia, ma non un problema. Questa volta sono stati presentati due questioni significative. Il piano era molto sporco, i piedi si sono svaniti neri dopo una doccia. Il secondo problema è che la stanza era situata nel foyer accanto agli ascensori. It was my Best Stay ever from this 21 days trip in South America, Hilton Garden Inn has the best room design especially the bath room. I have accident in Torres Del Paine and have to fly from Puerto Natales to Chile for surgery, after surgery I was check in to Hilton Garden Inn in other hotels i can't wash my hair due to my hand is only one left, but with in here i will be able to manage shower and wash my hair too Speedy check in and friendly staff actually surprise me, and they speak English too :) In Punta Arenas I was struggles with the language, especially in Hospital, OMG The room is very clean and pillow is perfect with the very soft linen Breakfast also Best, from what I experiences in other hotel in Chile city and Punta Arenas I am back home now, but i still miss this hotel and can't wait to give a big hug and sincerely thanks to all staff I highly recommend this hotel, and i meet lots of socker players stay here too. Wait for my youtube review with many video to show convince my words

The only negative to me is the location. However its very good for those of you who prefers to be near the airport. Take note that there is no shopping centre or restaurant near the hotel. The hotel however have a very nise restaurant which serves good food.

Il RQ Santa Magdalena Hotel è un hotel nuovo e molto confortevole con un bel interno ed esterno. È così la migliore posizione vicino al centro di Costanera e al CBD. Very beautiful views. Anche le camere dell'hotel con cucina, inclusi tutti gli attrezzi e gli accessori. Il desk front dell'hotel era molto gentile e caldo. Il mio volo era al mattino dopo il mio soggiorno all'hotel. Il suo primo servizio (il suo nome era Catalina) mi ha consegnato il colazione alla mia camera il giorno precedente, e mi ha dato una camera molto bella con ottima vista. La finestra stava guardando il Centro Sky Costanera, sono così grato per il desk front dell'hotel Catalina e il suo collega che era un ragazzo. Voglio dire loro molto di nuovo grazie. Ci vediamo presto in bella Santiago de Chile di nuovo 🇨🇱💕👍👍

My wife and I stayed here four years ago for our honeymoon. It seems like the place has stayed the same, which is not a compliment. The room was carpeted, yet no slippers were given to us. The aircon unit would buzz loudly and randomly during the night, which woke me up. For some reason bathtub drain stoppers needed to be requested, and the two nights I asked for one I was told they were all out. I spent two nights wanting to take a bath to relax and I wasn't able to. The elevators are extremely old and seriously need to be replaced - the door would shut in front of us when waiting for one and I got trapped by the doors once. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. It has great variety and the quality of the fruit and meals is excellent. The staff is very kind, too.
