Germania: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Sassonia

Questa è la terza volta che soggiorno in questo hotel. La posizione, la vista dalla finestra e la colazione sono ottime. Ma questa volta è stato un po' deludente. Non so perché la signora della reception abbia detto che non poteva vedere le informazioni di pagamento e ha insistito perché passassi la mia carta di credito per garantirlo. Sono fortemente in disaccordo. La stanza è stata prenotata due settimane fa, come potrebbe il negozio non avere le informazioni di pagamento. Se pago una seconda volta devo rifarlo per ottenere il rimborso? Inoltre, l'atteggiamento di questa signora è stato piuttosto ammutolito, ha continuato a dire solo una frase e ha lasciato la sua carta di credito😨 Un ringraziamento speciale al servizio clienti Ctrip per avermi aiutato attivamente dopo le 17:00 di domenica pomeriggio. Eccezionale! Se il problema persiste ti consiglio di evitarlo Effettivamente negli hotel circostanti ci sono molte scelte. Sarebbe molto problematico incontrare una reception del genere. Le ho mostrato il numero di conferma di Ctrip, ma lei ha detto che non sapeva leggere il cinese. Il servizio clienti Ctrip ha inviato un'e-mail e li ha chiamati, ma la reception ha detto che non l'avevano ricevuta e che non c'era stata alcuna chiamata. Per fortuna parlo tedesco e non le darò la carta di credito, il che farà sì che gli altri vengano a risolvere il problema.

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr begeistert. Alle gewünschten Ziele waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bahn direkt vor der Tür – einfach ideal! Der Pool am Abend bot eine willkommene Entspannung. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Lautstärke im großzügigen Frühstücksraum könnte etwas angenehmer sein. Aber wo viele Menschen sind, ist die Geräuschkulisse eben entsprechend.

L'hotel è molto conveniente, a pochi passi da molte attrazioni principali, per cui risparmiare un sacco di tempo di viaggio per soggiornare in questa struttura. È un hotel più vecchio, quindi non aspettate un'installazione di esperienza. Il personale del desk front è modesto, professionale, ma non va dal modo di aiutare. Sente molto tedesco. Parlano fluentemente inglese così facile da comunicare.

Travel24 Hotel Leipzig – Great Location & Smooth Stay! We stayed at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig for two nights and were pleasantly surprised at how efficient and hassle-free everything was. Check-in went smoothly, and the hotel even offers its own private parking. Just a tip: the parking works on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s smart to arrive earlier if you want to secure a spot, as it cannot be guaranteed. One of the biggest advantages is definitely the location – right in the heart of Leipzig! We loved that we could easily explore the inner city on foot without worrying about transportation. The amenities were perfectly fine for a short city stay. The shower is placed a bit unusually in the middle of the room, but it didn’t bother us at all – in fact, it added a quirky touch. The mattress was comfortable enough, and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver during the hot Leipzig weather. All in all, our stay at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig was enjoyable, practical, and convenient. We would happily consider staying here again for another city trip!

La casa di famiglia di due letti a doppio, la famiglia è davvero comoda per viaggiare La decorazione della stanza è un senso elegante di basso tono, e la notte è molto tranquilla Dormi bene. La colazione è grande e la colazione è sulla vista sulla riva del fiume Mi piace molto questo hotel, e mi piace anche Max.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Pool, Sauna und Fitnessraum sind super. Das Frühstück bietet eine tolle Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und äußerst freundlich. Wir hatten ein Premier-Studio in der 8. Etage mit Blick über die Stadt.

Ich habe kurzfristig gebucht und habe nur einmal übernachtet. Ich bekam ein riesiges Einzelzimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Es war sehr behaglich warm. Das Badezimmer war mit Bodenheizung ausgestattet. Im Zimmer gab es zwei Pralinen als kleines Präsent. Das Frühstück war inklusive was sehr abwechslungsreich war.  Der Preis dafür war auch unschlagbar (49€) für eine Nacht. Leider funktionierten ein paar Lampen, aber ich habe es beim Auschecken gemeldet.

the room is facing the cathedral with a good view. room is clean and big convenient to all the museums and scenic spots as well as restaurants and railway station. all at walking distance.
